The portions are very large for the price. I enjoyed the Creamy Tzatziki Chop and had enough to take home for dinner. The fries were a little soggy, but they weren't bad. The dining area was lovely, clean, and air conditioned. The staff were all very helpful and kind. Would eat again :)

FINALLY, an incredible, crispy gluten free fried chicken - love their proprietary flour and cant even tell it's gluten free. so yummy, cant get to get back

First time trying Starbird and fairly impressed by their food and atmosphere! Nashville Hot Tenders,if not too oily, would have been the best tenders I had so far! Fries were ok, star sauce was yum! By far contender for the best-fried chicken place in my list!

The chickens pretty good. Portion sizes are kinda below average for America. The sauces are fire. People at the counter are nice. There isn’t much love in the food but it tastes alright for the sandwiches. I’ll go back. Around dinner time the place was packed with kids running around. They forgot my sauces and I walked back from the car and they gave them to me without question.

I'm a sucker for Fried Chicken. It speaks to the Seoul of a Korean person lol. With that being said My son and I actually stumbled upon this place by accident. We were actually looking to go to The Counter but they were permanently closed (Say Whaaaat?!). Since it was our first time here our person behind the counter was very thorough explaining everything and asked if we wanted all the things on our order. He also followed up with us which is a nice touch. They lso h ave ordering kiosks if you want less human interface. I like how they have an interesting twist on their menu. They have the right amount of selections to choose from. I was really tempted to try the Seoul Star or the Nashville Hot Chicken Sando but I'll save that for next time. I ended up getting the Cali Bacon and my son got the chicken wings. The Cali Bacon had the usual lettuce, pickles, tomatoes and a real interesting mayo with liquid smoke and a dash of sugar and pepper. It added a nice flavor profile to the sandwich. One cool feature of this place is that you can choose between the flats or drums when ordering wings. I thought that was kinda cool, especially for my son. He didn't care though lol. We both ordered fries but it was actually too much food and we wasted an order of fries. Had I known I would order just 1 fries as I really don't like wasting food. They also had a few chick salads which looked amazing. Order neighbor next to us ordered one and she was looking like she was enjoying it. Again, a decent sized serving. Their drink selection is pretty cool too. It's sourced from a local alameda based small batch beverage company. They had interesting soda flavors but I went straight for the Peach Iced Tea which is one of my favorites next to... Beer. One of the things I really appreciated was the bright, clean atmosphere. They did a good job designing the interior with clean tile, bright to medium woodgrains and splashes of yellow in both signage and tile. The last interesting point is the the bathrooms are external. It's right next door which isn't a big deal. This location is in an outdoor mall environment, hence the external bathroom. Overall a great place and I'll definitely be back to check out the Korean style sando and a salad. Enjoy!

Great chicken sandwiches, lemon pepper wings and their truffle fries.

I ordered the Indian hot tender box and masala fries. Both were delicious, especially the fries because the spices are really flavorful. The tamarind mint sauce went well with both chicken tenders and the fries.

I would recommend that you avoid the more traditional commercial chicken places and come here for great flavorful chicken and delicious Masala street fries!

Solid location! Very fast and easy on Black Friday. Seating is very limited during busy times but if you go just before, you will be fine. Overall, food was excellent and would go back.

Overall fairly high price for the quality of the food. Portion sizes were really good, however the taste of the food didn’t line up with the cost. As you just walk up when your number is called and they have automated ordering, the service can’t be commented on.

Got a crunchy ramen salad with NO chicken and also Nashville hot fries. Both were delicious until I found a hair and a piece of chicken in my salad. Service was definitely not great. The lady taking my order was inattentive and I had to correct my order. She was also not particularly welcoming or friendly. I understand the extreme difficulty of working in a service environment but she still could have not rolled her eyes at me. A bit frustrating as I was originally planning to come back and try different offerings at starbird. :(
