This is one of the nicest branches of The cheesecake factory I've been to. Great variety, everything looks fresh and the staff is really nice and friendly

Went here with my family for a big occasion. I had avocado tacos which were tasty and inventive; also a tomato-basil flatbread pizza which was almost like an actual pizza at the Good Earth grocery store, just not as crispy. For the dessert, I had the mango-lime cheesecake which was suitable for my nearby birthday. I was really looking forward to a good chocolate martini this visit. I’ve had really good chocolate martinis here before. Unfortunately, the chocolate martini this visit was not good. It was very icy with minimal chocolate expresso flavor. The crunchy ice watered it down. I expressed my concern to the waiter, but he did not seemed concerned. Pic of martini included. While the food was better than I expected, the service was well below what I would want from a restaurant. We went on a Sunday at lunchtime, and the restaurant was pretty empty. We went to ask for a table and were told that we’d be seated in 2-3 minutes. We waited quite a bit longer than that. Eventually, a waitress who appeared to be in training got us to a table. It felt like we had to wait unusually long amounts of time between every service; it was also frustrating to have the bread only come nearly half an hour after we were seated (we probably would have been much more patient as the bread was very tasty). I think we had three separate waiters during the lunch. The appetizers (avocado egg rolls and chicken dumplings) were both tasty; the dumplings had a delicious Asian flavor that I did not expect from this restaurant. The Louisiana chicken pasta was massive. We shared it and still had enough for both of us to have lunch the following day. The flavor had a good heat, and the chicken was deliciously crispy. Finally, we tried a non-cheesecake chocolate cake, and it was also delicious. The frosting was very flavorful, but it wasn’t too rich. In summary, while the food was good and actually exceeded my expectations, the service was far below what I would have anticipated.

I visited this location on my birthday, and overall, it was pretty good. I tried the: -Korean Style Caulifower (great flavor 7/10) -Spicy Vodka Pasta (amazing flavor and just the right amount of heat, solid 10/10) -Then finished off with one of the peanut butter themed cheesecakes (I forgot the name lol, but it was DELICIOUS! 10/10)

The Cheesecake was good. The entrees were ok. We found the Crusted Chicken Romano was dry with not much taste. The Chicken Madeira was very flavourful. I was very disappointed they did not have the ahi tuna nachos or crab cakes available at 7pm. So we chose the calamari which came out very greasy with too much crisp batter. Overall, the service was great and fast. However, the bathrooms do need some attention.

Service and food are pretty good at this spot. You get fairly large portions and there’s lots to choose from. The pizzas do come overly crispy and dry though. The cocktails have way too much ice for the money you pay. I don’t come here too often for that reason.

*Response to management: Pass. I should not have to ask to speak to management when the server already knows we've had so many issues. I really don't understand how you would think that a customer who is already having a bad experience would want to go out of their way further to have a discussion with management as well. You really didn't need to write this response anyway since it is the same thing you've told every other person who's had a bad experience at your establishment. Meaningless. Extremely disappointed! It started off okay and just kept going down hill. We were served our Brussels sprouts first. They did not have the glaze on them so they just tasted like oil. It was very difficult to get the glaze for them and by the time we got the glaze, the Brussels sprouts were cold. In the meantime we got pretzels with cheese sauce. The cheese sauce was cooler than room temperature. I asked if it was suposed to be that way and our server said, "no" and took it to be warmed. Again, by the time we got the cheese sauce, the pretzels were cold. There was a lot of waiting and it was just a really bad dining experience. I was so frustrated by the end that I didn't even want cheesecake anymore.

We used to love Cheesecake factory but management has to be replaced. Went there with a group of 7 of us asking to sit outside. The host was already annoyed we asked to sit outside and said you would have to wait an hour. We had a dog so obviously we would wait since there were only 2 tables seated outside figuring we could talk outside for a bit anyway. He then said well we can't put tables together either so you wall will have to sit apart. Told him we have in the past but whatever, we will sit next to each other "on separate tables." Other people came in and when told it was an hour in a half seated restaurant and an empty patio, they turned around left. Those were 8 different tables that stated the same thing a Monday afternoon in an half empty restaurant like hell waiting that long. Finally it was an hour and fifteen minutes we went up asking what is taking so long over an hour in a half empty restaurant. The host said oh you wanted outside let me ask the waitress. Told him we waited an hour and he said well i tried to contact you. I told him you did not text and I was sitting right in front of you on the bench for the past hour and half and he said well I must have had the wrong number. I said but I was right here in front of you. Anyway, the seem to be always understaffed and have the bartender waiting tables outside. She felt bad they had us sitting there since she could have taken us earlier. She also thought it was most bizarre they would not be able to put two tables together for a party of 7. She did a great job, but unfortunately, this happens too often there. There are no managers and seems it is run by a bunch of clowns. When you pay $70 per person with tip, you expect something better. Thank God there are other restaurants there and I would avoid it next time. I do not recommend it at all for the price and service it is no way worth it. I hope Cheesecake Factory upper management comes in and does a lot of replacing because their customer service is a zero.

Meet my sister here for brunch. They mustve been short staff or whatever but it took forever to order our food. The waiter never even checked on us to see if we needed/ wanted anything. Had to ask for the complimentary bread and only got one when it did come out. Ordered steak and eggs but got beef jerky and eggs. Sent it right back!!! Everything else was kinda mediocre. My wife's chiliquilles was more of a big nacho. She ordered chicken but got pork. Luckily I ordered some appetizers to keep my going but man this place sucks

I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at this location. When we were seated, our waiter only brought two pieces of white bread for the entire table. Our food took about an hour to arrive, and while we were still eating, she brought boxes and bags to the table as if she was rushing us out. The service overall was not good, and I chose not to leave a tip. Later, I noticed my card was overcharged. When I called The Cheesecake Factory, I was told that the server named Lily had added a $16 tip to my bill without my authorization. I spoke with a manager, who said they would investigate and send me a gift card by email, but I have not received anything yet. I hope management addresses this, because the experience was extremely disappointing.

If I could give a negative star I would. We had a big party and called advance and made a reservation for 330. We weren't sat till 430. It took 40min for our server to even get our order and another 45 for our foodto get there. On top of that the shrimp was overcooked and was very oily. The beans weren't even edible had 1 bite and spit it out it tasted way to bay leafy, the rice was plain with cilantroon top and wasn't cooked all the way, the chicken sandwich was dry. We had a chicken sandwich that came out after everyone was almost done with there food and it was so dry my husband had to force himself to eat it and he isn't picky. The bathrooms had no toilet paper. And had to call someone for help. Inly thing that was good was the drinks. On top of that it took 30min for us to get our check. On top of all of that 5 our of our 14 people went home with food poisoning. Let's just say it was an awful experience and never going back. I myself am a server and was so disappointed and embarrassed for somewhat people seam to love.

Dysfunctional & Slow Service! They forgot that I ordered a 6 inch strawberry cheesecake to go, even though I was standing there waiting for my paid item for over 30 minutes. The Manager had excuses & Bs as to why it had taken so long. They were not busy. They had to prep my cheesecake at the counter because they'd forgotten, and the end result looks terrible. I am going to call them for a full refund+

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff showed a complete lack of attention and professionalism — at no point did they seem interested in providing proper service or helping with what I needed. It felt like they simply didn’t care about their customers. To make things worse, the manager was sitting in the kitchen eating instead of supervising or supporting the team. This kind of behavior shows poor leadership and a lack of commitment to good service. A restaurant that doesn’t value respect and care for its guests will never build loyal customers. I truly hope they reconsider their attitude and improve their customer service because the experience was disappointing from start to finish.

Disappointed with the Fettuccine Alfredo I usually enjoy The Cheesecake Factory, but this Fettuccine Alfredo was a real letdown — especially for the $34 price tag. The pasta itself was fine, but the chicken tasted and looked like canned or pre-packaged meat rather than freshly grilled or prepared. The sauce was thin and lacked the rich, creamy flavor you’d expect from a classic Alfredo. For a restaurant known for quality and generous portions, this dish felt rushed and overpriced. I’d recommend trying something else on the menu, because this one definitely doesn’t live up to The Cheesecake Factory’s usual standards.
