Always a wonderful experience! Theyre super respectful and awesome people who a very perficient at they're jobs. Great food, great prices, and great experience as usual.

The 5 stars 🌟 is based on the quality alone this is my second visit because I feel they deserved another chance. The rice and shrimp were fresh and amazing, the boneless spareribs wonderfully tender and plentiful yes The eggroll was great quality. I wish it was fried a little longer. Now let’s get to the dining room. There’s not much seating, but overall large dining room. The windows could use a good cleaning, but it’s one of the only Chinese restaurants in this area, open late a little renovations can go along way to give it that spark. But I was very pleased with the quality of food this evening a must visit if you are in the area and craving a snack. This will hit the spot and make sure you request that everything be fresh and great customer service. The staff was absolutely top-notch. Happy eat’s to all.

The food is great! Speedy delivery and easy to also order online. Very hard working family, also super nice, community friendly people. Not a lot of room in store to eat, but they make feel a part of their family.

Pit stop, got beef lo mein and beef and broccoli. Definitely not bad at all. It's a legit Chinese take out and would order from them if I lived around the area. Good job China city!

Like most people I tend to leave a review only if I had a bad experience, I've worked around this store for about 10 years and have gone to them over the years a few times, some bad and some good(like most places) but never bad enough to leave a review. The last 2 times I've got food from them it has been the best I've ever had from there, I don't know if it's a change in cooks or what but I highly recommended them.

A little high price for mediocre take out but they do have decent food and they're safety for the pandemic is a good set up I just wish I cld go in there once and see them disinfecting there station.

We have almost always gotten Chinese food from China moon but now that they have closed we have been looking around for a new place to order take out. We have ordered here a few times now and I think we have found our new spot. In our quest to find the best we tried a couple other places that didn't really work out. Although we will still miss our old favorite, I can't complain about what I'm sure will be our new favorite.

They have probably the best food around town not only in Cortland but Ithaca as well. The only problem was I ordered chicken wings which is $5.60 and I was expecting to get chicken wings but I got three pieces of chicken LOL like that’s not even cool lol 3 pieces of chicken though? For almost 6 dollars??? That’s 2 dollars a piece of chicken. They need to change that up. Other than that the food is amazing, best around. Fresh and delicious!!!

Good food, sometimes I get a gut ache though, it's all made fresh in the kitchen I think and the people are nice but hard to communicate with obviously due to a language barrier, the food takes a while but comes out nice and good tasting.

The food is great, service is quick. Parking spaces are small and crowded together tightly. Prices are a bit high, but that seems to be the norm these days. They are not as bad as other places I've seen lately!

Usually pretty good food when we come into town for visits. This time 12/21/23 everyone else's food was good but my General Tso's chicken tasted fishy. Will still stop by again our next visit. This is a grab and go dining, not really a place to sit and eat.

I'm left feeling quite confused. This is a first impression. The food was great. I ordered and paid online using their website. When I got there to pickup my food the person there said something about orders needing to be $10 if you use your card. The website says nothing about this, it doesn't stop you from ordering, and I added a soda to my order to pay more for my order, and that didn't come to $10 either, but they let me go anyway. I'm severely confused, and I don't want to order here again because I feel like I was manipulated into paying more than I intended, but I honestly don't know.

Absolutely not good experience. Vegetable Mae Fun noodle dish (8.00) nothing but ramen type noodles with no sauce or broth. Disgusting. 3 sprigs of broccoli. Onions, carrot and mushroom cut so small they are inperceptable. Husband says his dish is awful too. Two thumbs down.

Rice was fine Gen Tso's was the worst I've eaten ever! So much breading I couldn't find the over cooked stringy rubbery chicken. Won't go back

When they tell you that you’re food will be ready In 10 min just make sure that you go there after 1 hour otherwise your food will be not ready

There is a man who picks up the phone with an nasty attitude and the food is nasty. I recommend you do Big Hanan. The lady there is extremely sweet and polite and the food is way better! Don’t waist your time please.

Have ordered from this restaurant every other week. Tonight was the first time food arrived cold and inedible, looked like it had been sitting around. Called to ask for my order to be refilled, and was confronted by the individual working saying it was just made and there was no way it was cold. Food internal meat thermometer said the chicken was 66 degrees. Employee wouldn’t remake it, will order elsewhere from now on.

Their menu says that they give free delivery when you order $10 or more, yet when i ordered almost $11 worth of food BEFORE tax they still charged me and they continued to argue with me over it even though it says it in print on their own menu.Portions are extremely tiny compared to other Chinese restaurants... took forever to relieve my food and overall not pleased with my experience. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this establishment. Go else where. Says that they don't use MSG but they do.

Ordered lunch special today and did not enjoy it at all. Pork fried rice wasn't fresh at all, was very dry and felt like it was made 2 days ago. Sesame chicken tasted horrible at was more dough than meat there. Probably the worst chicken I ever had..... it was a big mistake to go there. Plus eating area was complete disaster, household items everywhere, no room to sit down. ... Stay away from this place.

Food tasted extremely old. The lo mein had a very odd taste. It tasted like it should have been thrown out days earlier. Very friendly staff but the food could be much better.

I order from uber eats they forgot my drinks and the driver and the Uber customer services confirm that the driver was sitting in the restaurant waiting for my food. I will never order from this place again.

The quality of food is low, the quality of service is lower.... The owner is very unpleasant to deal with. She has so interest in assisting her customers, especially those who door dash. She will flat out deny you service if she doesn't want to be bothered with it, I had asked to get a 2nd bag to double bag my order, she said no you should have brought your own.

The food was terrible. The general and sesame chicken were both dry and 90% breading. The pork egg roll was gross, the chicken chow Mei fun was flavorless. The Chinese veggies were fine. We only ordered here because on Mondays they are the only Chinese place open near us. From now on we will not be having Chinese on Mondays.

The chicken looked gray which was evident it was old but the rice that it came with was good. He charged me 20$ for old food :/. Never again

Ordered the Pu Pu platter for 2 because it is supposed to be a smorgasbord of appetizers. It didn't come with all the items they advertise on their menu. The fried food was oil logged like it had been refried multiple times. The slice of teriyaki beef was like a slice of beef jerky on a stick. Their fried rice has almost nothing for vegetables. This place used to be really good but the last several times I wasn't impressed. I won't be ordering from this place anymore. Maybe others have had better experiences, but as of late my opinion is this place fell off and the food and service just aren't the same to me.
