Always the best service and best coffee in town!

Two handy locations on opposite ends of town. The port Watson one can be tricky in and out being right on a busy corner but I would far rather support a local business like this then hit one of the chains. My favorite is the chocolate granita for hot weather but be careful if you share it with any little kids it's very sweet and will Jack them up.

You can never say enough nice things about this place. The staff are always smiling, the coffee and pastries are always good. This business is very much involved in the community and they should have the community just as involved with them!

Great place for good coffee and pastries. Fast turnaround, friendly service with a smile. It's a drive thru, so if you want to sit down this isn't the place to go (but we sat in our car which was equally lovely).

This is one of the things that makes living in Cortland great. The locally roasted beans, fresh baked goods , the delicious drinks both hot and cold make this place hard to pass up. Having 2 locations in Cortland and one in Homer , this is totally the best coffee in CNY and far beyond.

I have been going to Coffee Mania since I was a child and even through Covid they built community and brought smiles to people and animals alike. (I love seeing dogs get their treats!) When I went to SUNY Cortland, I would always get a coffee from Coffee Mania before my early morning classes. What a great establishment! Excellent menu items; pleasant service! Overall, a 10/10! There needs to be a Coffee Mania on Long Island!!!!!

Service is excellent. Employees know their menu, which makes making drinks super fast. Coffee (cold and hot) as well as tea are made to your liking. We were happily surprised with service and taste of our drinks. We stopped two days in a row for the fixing ;) The prices are great as well. You will not be disappointed.

When I first moved here, I never really understood the hype around Coffee Mania. However, I totally get it now. I normally just ask the barista at the window to give me whatever their favorite drink is, and they never fail! I truly couldn’t be more glad I live a minute away from this place. I highly recommend stopping by even if you’re just driving through Cortland.

Great place, sometimes it's so busy you can't get in line without holding up traffic. The staff always seem to be in a good mood. A nice way to start the day.

Locally owned drive-thru coffee joint. Great coffee, great employees, and fast service. They also own Origins in Homer, which is a sit down Cafe.

There coffee is really good. Just a drive up on port Watson st and Groton ave. No breakfast. You do have to wait most time in the Am a good 5-7 mins

I had my dogs with me and they gave treats to our dogs. Our drinks were excellent. I would suggest that you hold most of the ice when getting an iced coffee, because they fill it with too much ice. Other than that the workers were very friendly and I would definitely plan plan on going back.

Good coffee and very, very fast compared to other similar facilities. I will say, it would be great if they could move to a different lot because there's room for about two vehicles per side and the third is in the street... But the drinks are great so don't let that deter you.

Coffee is good but when I pulled up I simply said quietly that my baby is sleeping and the girl literally yelled back “IM JUST DOING MY JOB” ok lady..maybe you should find a new one. I would’ve definitely become a regular here but I’m never coming back. Just rude for no reason

It is a drive thru coffee shop. Very nice and polite. We walked up to the window(never been there before) the girl politely waited on us as a line of cars started behind us. Coffee was good. Def need to be super specific for cream and sugar....

The coffee was actually horrible tasting... But their attitudes and what they can do in there made up for it!! Maybe I just ordered it wrong.

Ever since I started working in Cortland, I've heard rave reviews about CoffeeMania. But the lines were always long, until today -- I was on a later schedule so I finally had a chance to stop in. First, when you order, be sure to specify hot or cold coffee -- for some reason, my simply asking for a "large coffee" resulted in being given an iced coffee. They quickly corrected the order, but I noticed the iced coffee costs more than hot coffee... no idea if I was overcharged since I wasn't offered a receipt and I had also ordered a pastry, for which prices were not posted. OK, so mistakes happen -- why a 2-star review? I wasn't crazy about the taste of the coffee. And as I got down to the last "2 fingers" of coffee in the cup, I was greeted by a mouthful of coffee grounds, right in the middle of a video call with a co-worker in a different city. Yuck! This experience definitely fell short of all the good things I had heard.

I've had coffee & smoothies from coffee mania & it's not really my thing.. Smoothies are yogurt & syrup based.. I prefer real fruit & non diary products in my smoothies. The fact that coffee mania lines are always interrupting the flow of traffic is ridiculous.. maybe have your customers put their hazards on as they're waiting in active turning lanes.

Never have I met such a poor excuse of a barista that wanted to stand there and argue with me over MY TASTE BUDS! I do not care if you've been there for 8 years. I WAS drinking the pomegranate green tea longer than that. The tea is not what it used to be and has tasted like blue raspberry for the last couple of years at this point. The last time I had a PROPER TASTING PGT from here was when they were doing gallons during covid. Guess I will take my business elsewhere since staff has become hostile and inconsiderate.

My price differs on the daily. The service is usually quite good, but the people behind the curtains seem to hold inappropriate grudges stemming from inadequacy and indifference. His mother and girlfriend know better.

This location is suffering! Employees are Lazy and dirty. Cross cintamination is to be expected. Used to be my go to. Now I only go to the one on 281. Thankfully, they still have their stuff together. I'm not the only one who has noticed either. Also, I spend less because I live on this end of town. As a result, Starbucks has gotten a lot more business from me. Please clean up this location because I would like my coffee mania back.

I really want to give this a 5 but just simply can not and here is the only reason why. Do you see the picture...more than half the cup was ice!? I looked on the menu and they actually charged to remove ice??? If people want watered down coffee here you go. Now I think this coffee could slam but can not tell because covered in ice. The menu says they charge for less ice Times are hard but come on. Charge for less ice. Do better.
