First time here. I got the dynamic shrimp. I loved it. It took a bit for them to make, but well worth the wait for it.

Trisha was super helpful and genuine. I always have a great experience going here. She’ll make your bowl right and ingredients are always fresh.

Very tasty poke bowl with fresh ingredients. The large bowl was a really big portion. The staff was absolutely friendly. It would be nice if they didn't use plastic plates and plastic cutlery - for the sake of the environment.

Pokeworks, conveniently located right across from 24 Hour Fitness, is a solid go to spot if you’re craving fresh, made to order poke with plenty of customization and flavor. I ordered the Poke Your Way option, which lets you choose between a bowl, burrito, or salad. I went with the poke burrito, and the customization process was seamless. You start by choosing your base, then move on to proteins like ahi tuna, salmon, spicy tuna, spicy salmon, shrimp, lobster surimi, chicken, or tofu. From there, you add mix ins, sauces, and toppings to really make it your own. Everything tasted fresh, well balanced, and thoughtfully assembled. I also ordered from the Hawaiian Hot Plate section and chose the Charred Salmon Teriyaki. This dish was a standout. The salmon was flame cooked on the spot, beautifully charred, and perfectly glazed with a rich, savory teriyaki sauce. You could tell everything was made to order hot, fresh, and handled with care. The char added depth without overpowering the natural flavor of the salmon, which is something not every place gets right. For a signature drink I ordered the Passion Lychee Green Tea with crystal boba. It was light, refreshing, and not overly sweet exactly what you want alongside a flavorful meal. The crystal boba added a nice texture without being heavy. What really elevated the experience was the service. Jarason and Josiah were outstanding friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They took the time to explain options and made the entire visit feel smooth and enjoyable. Service like that makes a noticeable difference. Definitely recommend Pokeworks in Newport Blvd.

Destiny was awesome she was extremely helpful and gave me amazing customer service and the whole pokey set up is beyond fantastic. They have such a huge selection of topping sauces sides, and a good amount of poke as well. I recommend this spot for some fresh poke if you’re in the mood and I’m definitely gonna come back to try a bunch of other items as well

Destiny was amazing! She helped me in making the best bowl yet. Her friendliness and questions at each station were great. She was very welcoming upon entry and finalizing the order. The atmosphere and cleanliness of the place were a bonus!

The staff was great. There was an issue with ordering online and Randy resolved it gracefully. I love the spam musubi! I got a rice burrito and the macaroni salad. Both were great! The mango milk tea was perfect!

I often choose takeout and love the cooked proteins like sweet sesame chicken and charred salmon, with all the other ingredients and toppings always tasting fresh. The staff are incredibly friendly, making the experience even better. The last time I visited, Angel truly went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service during a busy lunch hour, making me feel valued and cared for.

And the third time I was there they ran out of the drink I ordered completely and asked me to substitute. When I said it’s ok just refund me, the server gave me a strange look like they don’t understand. And the cashier didn’t know how to refund properly! They had to call the owner on the phone and couldn’t even give me a receipt. So I had to void the entire order! Please train your employees. Will NOT be back. Will delete my reward account. Original review: First time trying. Build-your-own poke bowls as well as signature bowls are available. We ordered with tuna and salmon, the base had ramen option which is rare. Fresh and good tasting sauces! They also serve spam musubi which was warm and tasty. Also served boba drinks and smoothies but weren’t available for some reason when we were there. Outdoor seating available for you and your pup.

The regular portion has 2 quite small portions of salmon/tuna/etc. I felt like most of my bites were all rice and some veggies. “Where’s the fish??” Then nickel and dime-ing to pay extra for cream cheese or a little avocado? Come on, it’s already almost $20 for a bowl! Miso soup has no flavor. And the tiny portion of Mac and cheese was not worth $4. The staff were excellent at portion control.Not going back.
