They brought back the original prices for family nights. $13for family size any kind. Who cares if you've got to bring it home? To cook it it worth it .

Love the Staff here, they are the friendliest people. The food is always delicious and if there is ever a problem they will make sure you leave happy :)

I love this place! Take and bake is the best because you spend half the price you would at a regular pizza place. And it only takes about 15 minutes to cook it at home so ultimately it's half the time to get your pizza than it would be to have it delivered as well. Half the price and half the time. Sounds good to me.

We come in and get pizzas to bake at home every few weeks. Check out the Tuesday and Friday specials. They have it made fresh in just a few minutes. It bakes really fast. I decided I like hot out of the oven pizza instead of getting pizza somewhere else and having it get cold by the time I get home. Check out their salads. You pick the topping you want.

I love Papa Murphy's! I get the thin crust vegetarian with red sauce, no tomatoes or zucchini, but add sun-dried tomatoes and feta cheese. So good!

Ordered a Large thin crust pepperoni pizza online, cooked it that night and something was off just didnt taste as good as usual. Was emailed a survey and I let them know service was great but pizza was subpar on that visit. Couple days later Mark called me and discussed what we thought went wrong, and then went above and beyond to make it right. Lets say my next pizza from there was great, and Marks customer service was spot on.

We had such a great experience at this Papa Murphy’s! The manager went above and beyond to make sure our order was safe for my daughter, who has celiac disease. Mark took the time to follow every celiac protocol with fresh gloves, clean prep surface, and separate ingredients, and did it all with a genuine smile and great attitude. It’s rare to find someone in food service who truly understands how serious cross-contamination can be, and I can’t thank him enough for taking it seriously while still being friendly and professional. It’s clear he cares about his customers and runs a great team. We’ll definitely be coming back because of the trust and care he showed us!

This nationwide if not global change has matured nicely since the last time I ordered perhaps some 4 years ago. Papa Murphy's has done a good job using technology both at an app level and website level to make ordering and the whole buy pickup cook process simple.

What I like about papa Murphy's is you take it home after work and bake when your ready no microwave, I have never had a bad pizza unless I cooked it too long. Staff is always respectful and friendly

Maybe not be a gourmet pizza or served hot and in front of you. But fantastic as they are quick and flexible to make it almost any way you want it. A hit to take home and make during a football game

Order was ready early; the person who gave me the food double-wrapped the items, and ensured that I knew how to prepare each item.

From out of town we did not know that they are uncooked that we had to cook it , I could of bought a frozen one from Walmart. But overall it looked great nice size

I like the fact that I can buy these and make them later. My kids like this place. I however am not a fan of having to pay around $30-$40 for 3 pizzas that I have to cook and at separate times if we get stuffed crust. I feel this pizza is fairly overpriced. Pizza hut has $5 pizzas, Domino's has $5.99 for two or more and little ceasers just sucks so they are irrelevant lol prices should come down some in my opinion. Oh, the Taco pizza is one of my absolute favs.!! They need this year round NOT seasonal!!!

Very disappointed with the cost and lack of ingredients in my order! Either lack of proper training or a change in prices and lack of ingredients!

Absolutely love the pizza, really dislike dealing with the store though. Everytime I make an order, it's NEVER ready when they tell it will be. I've waited an extra 45 mins before my pizza was ready to go, other people came and gone with their pizza and I was still waiting. I voiced my concerns to the acting manager and I was treated like I was the problem. I very rarely order from here due to this being a recurring problem. Oh and the parking lot SUCKS!

I ordered a Hawaiian pizza with extra Canadian bacon reg pineapple. I understand being charged for extra but I didn't get extra and their was no pineapple on the pizza at all. It is like the 3 time my order was very wrong. Can't do this anymore.

We usually get our pizza here, but the last time we ordered a cowboy there were hardly any toppings. We had to come home and remake it

I have been coming to this place for years. I would have to say the Pizza here was awesome in the past. So tonight i order two Pizza's, a pepperoni and a Chicken, Bacon, Artichoke Pizza. I cooked them exactly how the instructions said. The pepperoni turn out great, and to add only $5. But, the special Pizza mention above, started bubbling, smoking and ended up burning. Remind you, the other Pizza baked fine. So I call and complained and the first person i talked to said she would make another one for us. My wife went to go pick it up ( we took pictures to share and even said we would bring the Pizza back to give it to them) as she was almost there "Debbie" the manager called me and said they would not replace the Pizza because they don't know what could have happened to the Pizza after it left the store. Unbelievable! What did she think we did with it?? Anyways, i will never go back here after coming here for years, poor management skills, loss of money and time. I strongly encourage people to never........never.....never go to this restaurant! Drive to the nearest Papa Murphy. This one in Cottonwood is an absolute joke! Sorry for the rant, but the people in charge here should be terminated immediately before this place go out of business. They have lost mine!

2nd time trying these guys again. Not sure if it's because of COVID or what but the workers there don't seem to understand how to run the store. I ordered online and apparently said I didn't want sauce?? I checked my email order and it definitely said I ordered red sauce on my pizza. I thought "oh well, I'll just call them and tell them and theyll tell me to go grab some sauce". Nope, that wasn't the case. The young girl who answered the phone tried to argue with me about my non-sauced pizza. All I wanted was some sauce. Asked to speak to the manager, she said "well our manager isn't here" Also just tried to get some freshly made cheesy bread without cheese (vegan). They said they couldn't do it because of corporate?! I dunno what the deal is here, but it's being run pretty poorly.

Just left there , 2 employees watched me walk in and stand there . They turned several times to see me standing there , non of them acknowledged me nobody greeted me they didn’t stop their private conversation, when the conversation was done one left to the back the other turned away and kept doing what he was doing. They must be making tons of money to avoid All customers walking in . I won’t go back I went to another food venue I Don’t recommend this pizza place .

We visit this location frequently and always get the Gourmet Vegetarian. It is excellent and a treat. We have had it over a dozen times. We are self isolating for health, so I ordered online for a drive thru window pickup. We drove around the building twice and no one came to the window. Finally, my wife went in and picked up our pizza. She told the sole employee, who was constantly coughing that it did not look right. The employee said it was correct. We took the prepaid pizza home and carefully removed the plastic covering that the employee had been coughing on. We remained concerned about the pizza itself but hoped the heat would kill any germs. We cooked it at home exactly by directions (as we have so many times) and it never cooked in the center. Although thin crust, it was soggy, tasteless and we will not go back soon. We complained to the company the same day and gave all details including time and order number. We got a non corporate email back the next day asking for the same details again and saying they would talk to the employee. No call, no apology, nothing. This is not right. Perhaps takeout is not such a good alternative here during the lock down.
