Most subways are the same. The manager here is old school. Very polite and efficient. We've been many times, they do well. If a problem arises he handles it well. Great job guys!

I got a ham egg and cheese sandwich this morning and was helped by a nice kid named Ricky. The dining room was nice and clean and it was early enough that there wasn't much of a line.
Went to subway around 12:30 and the line was all the way to the door but the staff pushed out sandwiches super fast. I got my order within minutes and my sandwich was made exactly how I like it. Big shout-out to the crew working. Everybody was friendly and quick. Restaurant was also very clean.
Always great sandwiches and some.great healthy options if you want to skip the bread. I love all the vegetable options. They Usually have good deals. They staff is always friendly. Sometimes I have some issues using the app... however my order is always correct and ready to go when I order in the app.
I'm leaving a 5-star review for an employee by the name of Marquez, but not for the shop itself. I would rather give this Subway a 3-star based on the attitude of literally every other employee (including the manager). On the other hand, Marquez was incredibly polite and helpful through out my entire purchase. I could see this guy doing great in a more professional atmosphere. I appreciate his customer service.
Food and service are always excellent here. Everyone works together in harmony while whipping on them subs. Never out of anything. Cleanest place in Cottonwood and if you need a place to eat that's tempature perfect all seasons, it here, at thus Subway. Best sandwich makers ever. Dig the entire staff.

Even though the place had a very long line of people, the staff all kept there cool and worked hard to get everyone through as quickly and professionally as possible.

Such friendly employees here, but I gave them 4 out of 5 stars because company policy says I'm not allowed to have as many olives as I want on my ham and spinach sandwich without being charged double. While my dad can have some of all the veggies at no extra charge.
1 sub was outstanding but would not order Teriyakisub again tho. Also, no one explained online orders are placed on a shelf accessible from walkin area. No need to wait in line.

Everything is going up but Subway is now double what it used to be. $13 and change for a footlong and a soda. A bit sparse on the ingredients also. I think I'd be better off making my own sub from now on.
Ordered online for pickup as I have done several times before. When I went to pick up my order, my sandwiches had not been made and store employees insisted they had never received my order. Employees refused to look at my confirmation and instead spent 20 minutes messing with their computer. They finally located my order and made my sandwiches.
Proximity/convenience, affordability, time. The three unbreakable rules of service. The minute you lose control of these,you lose customers. Subway raised their prices in 2021,but it still only takes 5 minutes to order and pay. It doesn't HAVE TO be that good,but at least it's better for you than greasy look at a chicken or hamburger etc. This particular store is always spot on. They do a good job, if you've never actually worked hard for a living, believe me they do. Remember that when you go in and you're extremely demanding or overbearing and not thankful.
The gentleman making my sandwiches were very nice. But, the older gentleman running the register was VERY rude. I just spent over $40 and when I asked for more vinegar packets, he had the audacity to tell me, "Maybe you should go to Fry's and by a bottle."

I went into the Cottonwood Arizona subway at 8 o’clock this morning. The lady working there was doing temperatures, holding the monitor in one hand and writing things down with the other. Then she went to make my sandwich and I had to ask her to change her gloves. The lettuce is brown. Sadly I didn’t notice it till it was put on one of the sandwiches The lady only talk to me asking me about my sandwich. Not personable Felt I was a nuisance for interrupting her
Manager Diane is rude. She doesn't pay attention to what you want on your sandwich the way you want it. She is just in a rush to get you out of the store. If you don't do it her way she gets stressed out & replies with rude remarks.
The 2 girls that were working were extra slow! Took 40 min to get my sandwich. There was maybe 6 people in front of me. You would think the line would be out the door to be taking that long, but nope!
They always get the order wrong. Either something is forgotten or they don’t read the instructions on the receipts! When asked about the order the sandwich maker said the sandwich was made with “everything on the order” but failed to read the instructions leaving out multiple sauces/vinaigrette’s.

I preordered my food on the app. When I arrived to the restaurant there were 3 employees all standing at the register talking with someone they knew. Took about 7 or 8 minutes for them to acknowledge me and then they somehow forgot to make my order so I had to wait another 15 minutes for someone to make it

The guy Tom who was there today must have been new or something cuz when I asked for my sandwich a certain way how i always ask for he proceeded to ignore my request. Later when i asked for more olives he told me "you know you were getting rid of making your sandwich" in. Sense of i shouldn't ask for more. His attitude greatly affected the taste of my food.
Freaking outrageous priced. 2 wraps with 1 a meal was 38 dollars!! This isn't a fancy restaurant. Then the guy tells me we'll I can't put much veggies on your wrap cuz I don't know how to wrap it. Well for the price you can put as many veggies as I like! Then the guy sneezed on my good.Will NEVER go there again. The food wasn't even that good for the price of it. Thoroughly disappointed.

Next time I'll just make it home before I go to this location.

Very disappointing visit to the subway. The employees didn't welcome us even with a simple hello, just asked "what do you want". Very rude, unfriendly and disrespectful group of young adults, stated their policy is to not make fresh tea after 6:30pm. They were more interested in getting the job done quickly instead of correctly.
The staff was incredibly rude to me and my dad. The man who made our sandwich, dale I think his name was, acted like it was an inconvenience to make our food, he burnt 2 of our sandwiches, made all of them poorly and he was rude to another customer about there not being any tea. The next time I am there, if dale is working, i'm turning around and walking out. Unacceptable service
Ordered online. Took 20 minutes longer than promised on the app. I didn't mind waiting though. What bothered me was the young lady's attitude while making my sandwiches. $65 and all I heard was how she hated the online orders and how inconvenient this was for her. Worst service I’ve ever had. Today I order my food online and said it would be ready by 6:30. Got there by 6:28. I was never acknowledge by the two people there. I watched 15 people come in and out, online and walk-ins, get their food before me. I checked my order and it said it was finished @ 6:30 but I waited and waited for 40 minutes until I finally left at 7:10. These two need to be retrained or fired.
Come here pretty regularly. Have yet to enjoy a decent experience. Our visit last night was the worst, by far. Three employees sitting at a table hanging out. Waited a few minutes for them to walk behind the line and take our order. Kid helping us was so enthusiastic about our visit, he greeted us with a large burp. Just a general lack of interest in customers. The best part was asking for red onion and getting two slivers, because he didn't want to refill his empty container. My partner and I are both in the food industry, so while we don't expect the world, we do expect some sort of customer service.

So I get to stand waiting for 20 minutes because the app lied. They didn't even offer me a soda while I waited. My online order was at 6:15 pm and while I understand they were busy at this time I shouldn't have to wait 40 minutes and be ignored and treated so rude! Went to the subway and was given dirty looks for walking in a little late, waited in line where I could barely here the guy on the other side of the counter. It was completely dead in that store. Go home with my sandwich and open it up, I can barely hold it bc it's falling apart and was poorly made.
Went in for a quick sandwich after a 15-hour day running on 5 hours of sleep, but apparently the employee must have had a much worse day because he was incredibly rude. He ignored me for several minutes after I came in, even though he had clearly seen me. When he finally decided to honor me with his attention, he simply stared at me with utter annoyance in his eyes because apparently customers aren't welcome 20 minutes before close to get their two-minute sandwich. He said absolutely nothing, so I politely ordered and he slapped everything together as though he was trying to kill my sandwich. They had already put all the condiments away, and he didn't bother to see if I wanted any, so I had to put some on my sandwich when I got home.
This is the worst Subway I have ever been. Went into Subway Saturday the 17 Oct 2022. Mid day for late lunch. No one in front of store to begin my order. Said hello out loud after 10 minutes of waiting. A big scruffy guy came out and asked me what I wanted. No hello or a nice greeting. I asked for ham roast beef sub, I got what I ordered checked out with no thank you have a good day . Got home the ham and roast beef were frozen, it was disgusting u couldn't eat it. I called the store store and they told me to put it in the oven. The phone rang and rang, when they finally answered they didn't say who they were. I didn't know who I was talking to. I explained about the sandwich that is when they told me to put it in the oven. The employee was rude and did acknowledge me. I will never come back here again.

Sad respresentation of a business. The young adults that were working were very disrespectful,and rude to myself and husband. There was no how can I help you, but "What do you want?" I was told that there is a policy regarding not to make fresh tea after a certain time,and I was there at 6:30pm. There was one young man who was very helpful! I will not be spending my money here anytime soon. The district manager was also present and walked out! If this was my business I would be cleaning house and getting new staff!
Not a great customer service experience Visiting the Cottonwood, AZ Subway. My 3 basic sandwiches with chips and a drink we're almost $30.00. The gentleman that rang up my meal charged me the incorrect price but wouldn't admit it. I was over-charged for at least one of my meals. I said "you're telling me that my ham sandwich was $11.00. And he said yes it's (the year)2020." So I left.
Order here probably once a week for a couple months and have gotten my full correct order maybe a few times. Door dash doesn't take responsibility as the 3rd party and subway is rude and I've never received any sort of refund for multiple incorrect orders. If I'm spending damn near $30 for a sub, chips and a drink, I think it's reasonable to either get what I paid for, or have it taken off my bill.
They don’t honor the sales and specials that I get emailed from Subway . I didn’t get food the workers were ornery and unfriendly. I left went to Fry’s instead. This is the second time in three years I tried to get a sub sandwich at this franchise shop , still disappointed still won’t shop there . Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had in a fast food establishment. The employees are rude, want to argue over a simple question and are downright lazy. Last night we ordered at the counter. The short girl with glasses didn't smile once. She hurriedly and incorrectly put our order in. The heavyset kid was insolent and argued over the meal deals which we wanted. A very simple request turned into an argument over the fact that we had requested the deals including a kids meal. Long story short we left with incorrect sandwiches, he refused to give us the drinks. Maybe he wasn't trained right. I called the mgr. When I called the girl answered the phone "hello" ... No professionalism in the greeting. I then spoke with the manager Eli. He apologized and offered a free 6 inch sub. In the end the girl walked off, the manager never showed his face to remedy the problem and the free sandwich was placed in someone else's bag. Not only did my elderly mother feel shunted we all felt that this was by far the worst experience of our lives. We are all professional people and I'm stunned by the way we were treated. Will not be going back ever.

I don’t give my money to businesses that can’t at the very minimum acknowledge I’ve entered their business. So I left. Let’s see how the new Burger King is.

I don’t give my money to businesses that can’t at the very minimum acknowledge I’ve entered their business. So I left. Let’s see how the new Burger King is.
Absolutely disgusting. Ordered online and when I got home the only thing in the sandwich was 2 slices of meat and a massive amount of mayonnaise. I ordered tuna fish with lettuce and tomato.
2 times in a row. Nasty service, bread was old, vegetables old, $14 for a 6 inch veggie sandwich. Never going back. Was told if you don't like it don't come back!
They don’t honor the sales and specials that I get emailed from Subway . I didn’t get food the workers were ornery and unfriendly. I left went to Fry’s instead. This is the second time in three years I tried to get a sub sandwich at this franchise shop , still disappointed still won’t shop there . I DONT recommend this shop I RECOMMEND you buy your food elsewhere.
Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had in a fast food establishment. The employees are rude, want to argue over a simple question and are downright lazy. Last night we ordered at the counter. The short girl with glasses didn't smile once. She hurriedly and incorrectly put our order in. The heavyset kid was insolent and argued over the meal deals which we wanted. A very simple request turned into an argument over the fact that we had requested the deals including a kids meal. Long story short we left with incorrect sandwiches, he refused to give us the drinks. Maybe he wasn't trained right. I called the mgr. When I called the girl answered the phone "hello" ... No professionalism in the greeting. I then spoke with the manager Eli. He apologized and offered a free 6 inch sub. In the end the girl walked off, the manager never showed his face to remedy the problem and the free sandwich was placed in someone else's bag. Not only did my elderly mother feel shunted we all felt that this was by far the worst experience of our lives. We are all professional people and I'm stunned by the way we were treated. Will not be going back ever.
Order here probably once a week for a couple months and have gotten my full correct order maybe a few times. Door dash doesn't take responsibility as the 3rd party and subway is rude and I've never received any sort of refund for multiple incorrect orders. If I'm spending damn near $30 for a sub, chips and a drink, I think it's reasonable to either get what I paid for, or have it taken off my bill.
