Picked up some picanha and they came out nicely. Bought their ribeye before and that was also really good. Price is comparable to grocery stores, but you get way more bang for your buck here. Dips & sides are reasonable prices for quick snacks and appetizers. The agua chile was my personal favorite. Seems like a nice family owned shop. Solid quality and supporting a local business.
First time visiting this meat market, clean welcoming environment, staff greet me as soon I walk in, very cordial. Product is great, they have prep meat and chicken as well ready to cook as option. Price is average but quality is better. I strongly recommend to give a try and support this business, they are working hard for it
I found this "Carnes &Cortes Meat Co" store when I was walking my dog. I couldn't tell if the store was open for the business or not. The windows were dark, and I couldn't see anything inside. Anyway, I walked into the store. I met a young man who greeted me with a great smile. He was attentive and polite. I asked him when the store was opened. Then he said that the store had been opened for ten months, but I didn't know that. The store was small inside and it was cleaned & well maintained. Their meat seemed fresh and good quality meats. They had the steak for $6.99 per pound, and I bought it. After that, I came home, I cooked the steak. I prepared steak and vegetables with seasonings. Then, put it in the oven for 20 minutes. After that, I tried the steak. The meat was tender, juicy, and scrumptious. The roasted vegetables were crispy and delicious. It was an enjoyable dinner, which I had. I would like to recommend the "Carnes & Cortes Meat Co" store to everyone. If you like the steak, they have the good quality meat and delicious steak which you would enjoy it.

We stopped in to take a look and sampled some ceviche. They had fish and shrimp. Both are delicious. Looking forward to grilling up the meat we picked up too. Definitely heading back here.

Try this place for the first time, and was very pleased with the prep carne asada that has a natural steak flavor, free from any red powder that changes its taste to mimic slightly a chorizo taste. Plus the price was reasonable.

Had a mixture of different meats and all were delicious. The seasoning is on point. Short ribs are my favorite!! Also cannot forget the ceviche and aguachile especially for this time of year!! Highly recommended.
