It was 20 minutes before they close at 1:00 in the morning on a Monday night and Mr Logan was the young man that cooked my pizza. The colony is 23 minutes away from where I'm at. It was worth the drive because the pizza that young man made was wonderful! I've never had Domino's Pizza make me a pizza that good! If it were up to me the young man needs a raise at the least . He did really good! Logan thank you very much you did a great job! I told him I wanted a lot of beef on it and he loaded it up. It was a beef onion and pineapple.

I just wanna say I used to work at this establishment so I know how hard it can be. I’m also a manager at another franchise and I can recognize good stores when I see them. This store has always been top tier. It terms of customer service, food quality, and delivering! The managers and drivers are the best at what they do, I wanna take this time to point out the notable ones. Aaron the driver, Logan and Brandon two of the managers. Great store! I highly recommend.

This is the fastest dominos I've ever seen in my life. I'll place the order and then hear a knock like 10 minutes later and every time I'm in disbelief. I've ordered from here probably over 50 times and every single time they are on top of their game and unbelievably fast.

They served me well over the years. The food is nice and hot when it get delivered. I've only had a few times of the pizza either being too greasy or not to my liking in the past six years. I learned to just start paying with cash :) and voila the food started getting more and more perfect!

Just recently had Dominos after probably 2-3 years. I was blown away with how much better it has gotten. My wife has to do Gluten Free Crust and she said this is by far the best Gluten Free Pizza she has ever had. I had an original crust pizza and was blown away. There were plenty of toppings and just tasted fresh. Will totally buy again. I don’t know if it’s just this dominos or what, but will be coming back!

Pizza was made fast and it was hot. My kids and husband love their pizza options. I don't personally eat there because the times I've had their gluten free crust, it's been terrible. But the regular pizza is great.

My wife and I moved to The Colony about 4 years ago and have been ordering from here the entire time. They are more consistant than most pizza chains and when a mistake happens they own up to it and tske care of the customer. Thank you to the team up there for the great pizzas and bread twists.

I wanted to take a moment to share my positive experience at your store today. I stopped by to pick up my pizza order, and Bre kindly informed me that she had accidentally forgotten to turn on the pizza warmer, which caused my pizza to be cold. However, she immediately took responsibility, sincerely apologized, and offered to remake my order without hesitation. What truly stood out to me was Bre’s attitude!! She was so genuine, kind, and professional throughout the entire interaction. Mistakes happen, but the way she handled it reflected incredible customer service and care. I had driven 30 minutes to visit this Domino’s because of the great reviews, and now I completely understand why. Bre absolutely made my day. I’d been having a rough one, and her kindness and positive energy turned it around. Because of her, I’ll gladly make that 30-minute drive every time. 6/30/24 We stopped in just before the evening shift change & let me tell you, I haven't witnessed a more efficient & seamless change of personnel ever. The gentleman that took our order was very approachable with a genuine inviting smile with zero indication he was at the end of his shift, which is too often very apparent with many who just can't wait to get out of work. At first sight of so many hands on deck, I told my roommate, "this location must really do the business to support this many on a shift". And then it occurred to me, " Wow, this is a shift change!? " The entire environment was spot-on, to which any other restaurant could learn from. Kudos to the entire team that day. If I owned a restaurant I would want that day shift team without a second thought. Bravo and thanks for such an unexpected great experience. ***Note to Management: With the 6/30/24 day team, you've got something special there.

We tried ordering online on the app to our house and it kept redirecting us to another dominos in plano and then canceling our order after charging us x2. This is the first time has happened to us. We’ve ordered delivery to our house a few times before and it has no problem but tonight the app was messing up. We called the store and the manager there was more than helpful and we were able to place our order over the phone. Highly recommend this location for customer service and food quality.

Quality of the pizza is on par maybe higher than other Dominoes I have tried. It is a major pizza seller so I would not find it fair to rate it compared to more expensive gourmet pizza joints, as quick big box food sales itself on a price taste balance instead of going all out for taste and charging any premium. Dominos Pizza Tracker helps a lot especially since most of my orders are busy afternoons I cannot make lunch or get out of the house; knowing the progress helps me time meetings etc. I prefer Domino's for lunch more than most of the other delivery places in this neighborhood, as their Sandwiches and Wings are what I consider the bread and butter of this establishment and they are a good hot meal alternative when you don't have something homemade and cannot travel for lunch. Delivery staff has always been nice and professional.

Great place for pizza, subs, chicken wings, salads and pastas. Wings and pizza are good. Easy to order through app and earn points also. Open normally until 12 am or 2am. Normally has 7.99 take out specials and 5.99 medium pizza specials. Lava cakes are good.

The person who was taking the order put us on hold for 10 minutes and it took 28 minutes to take the order. Other than that everything was fine. Pizzas were tasty

The Dominos Tracker has become useless. I come into the store for a pickup when my order is showing complete in the Tracker and wait for several more minutes for the order to actually be completed. Does Dominos give bonuses based on quick fake order prep?

Was going to rate 1 but upped it to 3 after speaking to the store. Ordered a pizza, the delivery ETA delayed 2 times then I got order complete on the tracker BUT no pizza. This isn’t the first time. Called the store, the lady I spoke to was great, professional, apologetic and said she would prioritize redoing the order immediately. She couldn’t explain what happened but said she would check with the driver. Very annoying and frustrating when you order a pizza for a speedy, easy meal when you’re hungry and end up waiting for 1.5 hours, have to call the store etc.

Updated: I'm writing this review to remind myself to move on from Domino's. I am over the lack of consistency with their pizzas especially if these are franchises that are to use the same blueprint. I ordered a specialty pizza 3 times and this was my last attempt to get that premium taste of a good pizza. Another fail. There has been countless other times when I just moved on with a bad pizza because I was hungry. All of the staff are always nice, but I'm tired of the inconsistencies. I'm not interested in another remake or a free pizza. This also goes for Frisco Main. Thanks but no thanks. ******** Prior Review: I know it's tough to run a very busy business. However, this location has been good to me. The pizza is fresh and fast. Delivery is prompt too. The issues I've experienced with a bad pizza here or there (cut in a square opposed to triangle, or no extra sauce when it was requested) they made it right. I ordered a pizza today and picked it up. Unfortunately the pizza had very little sauce when I asked for extra sauce. I didn't realize it wasn't right until I got home. I called the store and Katelyn put in a fresh order and had it delivered to me. This location goes above and beyond and they have very nice management and employees. I've been dealing with this (The Colony) location for 3 years.

Half of the time the drivers either refuse to take the time to call and come up, forcing me to come down 4 stories, or they can't figure out how a callbox works. This blows my mind, I delivered for dominos before gps when we used maps and I always made my deliveries, especially if I wanted a good tip. If I wanted to come downstairs for my food I'd save the money and order for pick up. My solution to this problem is easy, if you can't deliver to my door you don't get a tip. People are lazy nowadays and nothing upsets me more than a driver calling me and whining about how they can't figure out the call box or find it and force me to come down for my food. Get it together guys!

I was not terribly impressed with my experience with this location. We ordered 2 pizzas at 9:26 and they were not delivered until 10:24 even though the tracker said the pizzas were out of the oven at 9:41. The pizza was not hot at all when it arrived. If I lived in the area I would not order delivery but would potentially order for carryout.

I ordered online. When I got to the store. I entered and waited behind the yellow line. The person at the counter called me forward, asked for my name, then turned to get my order. When he found it he came around the corner and told me to get behind the yellow line. He then set my order on the cart, stepped back said thank you. I picked up my order, was not offered my receipt. Before I even left the store, the person said loudly, "im going to sterilize this cart". Mind you. I never touched the cart. That's rude. When I got home and opened my pizza there was a long black hair in it. That's rude. I could order pizza from anywhere I chose Dominos, I won't make that mistake again.

So this is about the 3rd time we've ordered delivery. It's been a couple of months since the last time Everytime our order has been wrong. We decided to try it tonight and again, our order was wrong. I specifically ordered a thin crust pizza with parmesan Alfredo sauce and 4 veggie toppings and instead I got a thin crust cheese pizza, slightly burnt, with no toppings and marinara sauce. This is ridiculous and I am super annoyed. Delivery guys are super nice but their pizza making skills are the worst I have ever seen!!! Save yourself the trouble and order elsewhere

Ham turned green after only a day stored. The Pizza was stored correctly, so I'm afraid they used old Ham, it's supposed to at least last, and it always has. Lost half my Pizza to this and I called and the lady was not helpful, she said they had no control over how I store my pizza, geez. Won't order from here anymore, I'm not sure how fresh their things are.

On Tuesday 9/21/2021 I ordered Dominoes & with my order should have been a 2 Liter Coke Zero. When my order was delivered I saw it was a 2 Liter normal Coke. I’m a Type 1 Diabetic and can’t drink it. Honest mistake from the store, not a big deal so I call the store & ask for refund of the drink. I’m told that refund could not be done until next day due to their system, but they’ll be in on a Thursday & can just do refund for me then. I have no problem waiting for them to process refund until Thursday. I don’t see a refund so I figure it’ll take awhile to show up. Now Thursday 9/30/2021 still no refund and if it was done it should have showed up by now. I call back and now I’m told again that it can’t be done, this time until tomorrow afternoon. I just wanted a refund after their mistake on an order. I keep being told it will be taken care of, when it isn’t & now being told to call back again after waiting over a week for a mistake on their end to be corrected. I feel like I’ve been patient, but I was told it would be done. It wasn’t, & now I’m being told to call back later after over a week.

Poor customer service and horrible management skills. Lack of training for new employees. I have ordered pizza from this location a total of three times. Two times was delivery and the other was carry out. The first time I placed an delivery order here my card was charged and another store later called back and said I will have to replace my order and my card will be charged again and I will get my money back in two days. I paid twice with the understanding that the rep was new and just stopped ordering from dominos. I decided to place another order by pulling up my address to see what store service my apartment not knowing that this was the same store. After placing the order and being charged, another store calls to say my order was canceled and I will have to pay again. I told the representative that I had already been charged and could not afford to pay twice. He advised it was the original stores mistake and to call them back. I spoke to a manager name Ruby who said there was nothing she could do but offer $5 and I will have to repay. Her excuse was the rep was new. To add insult to injury the manager Ruby blames me for ordering from that location

Ran my card then asked if an hour was okay after I had already been charged. I've now been waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes and still no pizza. Called up to this location and was told that 1 hour and 30 minutes is there new standard time. I was not told it would take almost two hours and I haven't even got my good yet. Order tonys pizza and pasta instead. Avoid this location.

I have ordered from here at least 3 different times. The first time our food was okay. The second time we ordered a double pepperoni and they barely put any pepperonis on it. They messed up on our second pizza, which was supposed to have 2 toppings on it and only gave us cheese. I called them and the lady told me that the pepperoni one was made correctly, so apparently 12 small pieces count as double pepperoni.....every time we have ordered it before, the pizza was covered in them. She told me to either bring back the cheese pizza or she could give me $15 store credit for the next time I call in and place an order. I accepted the store credit on Jan 12 and she wrote down my name. I tried to order pizza from them about a week ago and use my credit. Apparently my name was NOT written down and they conveniently had no record of my order even though it was showing on my Pizza Profile account. I was told there was nothing they could do. Disappointing food service and disappointing customer service!! Will not be ordering from this dominoes until they get their act together.

Today is March24,2022 it's now 8:08 pm I'm guessing drivers are allowed to give themselves tips off of my account without my consent. Gm isn't there but 2nd shift manager has the nerve to say that what they were supposed to do. Isn't it illegal to that? No longer trust them with my card and they better not say they don't take cash over an order over $40 worth like they told me a few days ago.

Me and my fiancee ordered pizza from here as carry out 2 days ago and the total came out to $22 and it charged my card as a "pending" charge, now two days later it completed as $45! When we called they tried to say it was MY bank that took the money from my account but I call BS! It completed in my account from DOMINOS. SMH don't pay with your card here !!!!!

In the past, we have ordered from here with little to no problems. HOWEVER, on this night, Aug.19th, 2017 about 1030 pm, I used the App to place an order. My card was charged for the order. after an hour, I called to find out about my order. I was told THEY FORGOT! So , we waited another 45 minutes, we called Domino's again. They said it was "for carry out" "but it was on the way?" We waited but no pizza! Called to ask for our money back. The guy was RUDE and hung up. My husband drove to Domino's to talk to the manager. Turns out the rude employee was the manager named 'Steven'. He did not offer an apology nor did he try to make their wrong right. Unprofessional managerial skills and lousy customer service. Off to Whataburger.

TERRIBLE customer service from GM. I ordered on their app and after hitting submit, it said there was an error and to try again. I immediately received an alert that my card had been charged for the order, so I called the restaurant to see what the issue was. After 10 minutes of the GM telling me my card was not charged by Domino's, raising his voice, and insultingly speaking to me like I was a child, I hung up and opted for Pizza Hut. Interestingly, my card was charged not once, but twice by Domino's. Called and disputed the charges with my bank, but I will NEVER order from Domino's after this incident. Mistakes happen, but how you handle the issue is something called retention, as in repeat customers. Might want to consider hiring managers with real customer service experience, then you won't lose loyal customers...

Had a coupon for online order with pickup, placed the order online, order did not reflect the price on coupon, called store, told not to worry they would fix the price on pickup, sent hubby, got back a VERY upset hubby, price 3 dollars higher than coupon, called store, told meat was higher, cannot do anything about it, online is different menu, store has no control, feeling like I was cheated. Just saying...obviously it won't happen again, cheat me once....

Ordered to go. The pizzas were ice cold, lacked cheese and toppings. It was like biting into a piece of cardboard. The manager (not sure of name but she was wearing a pound of makeup and had funky colored hair) laughed in my face when I asked why the pizza was so cold. I will not be spending my money at dominos anymore if this is the kind of customer service I get. Spending $45 on pizza i at least expect it to be hot and edible.

I have ordered from.dominos 3 or 4 times before, usually pretty quick and good. Tonight I got my pizza, it was soggy on the bottom, greasy on top. I ordered pepperoni, mushrooms and onions, I got about 1 or 2 small onions per slice, and 3 little mushrooms here and there. We ended up throwing it in the trash, never again will i.order from them.

Guy at register did not know any of the menu items when I asked what was a combo special, so I just order the same thing I always order.we are New to the colony area . So instead of doin a delivery we drove to the nearest one. Then he over charged me. Sat and waited for him to let me know my pizza was ready and after 25 mins I finally asked someone else if it was ready it had already been sitting on the wait table for at least 10 mins. And was cold. Did not complain just left.

Consistently give a shorter estimate before you order than the actual time it takes. Not a little off, but twice as long!

Owners of this store are horrible. Clearly they are going to run this store to the ground. Food is nasty here. Understand who you're supporting, bad place to support. Will NEVER eat here again

Almost every weekend I order pizza from this location and always I add extra cheese and extra pepperoni they’re never put anything extra on my pizza if you don’t want to put anything extra just take extra options out

1- They dropped off pizza at the wrong address 2-I called and they sent another pizza, I told them not to ring the bell or knock as it’s late night. 3-The guy comes back & rings the bell. 4- The new pizza smells horrendous and is very greasy. I do not want my money back but what kind of operation are you guys running? Absolutely absurd.

Our family is been having so medical issues so we decided to Order pizza from Dominos to avoid cooking Today. We ordered 3 pizzas at Dominos in The Colony. I called in an order and 2 of the 2 pizzas were very wrong. One was for my sister who had major surgery last week. She wanted a thin crust medium with chicken, cheddar cheese, spinach, and lite on the Honey BBQ. She received a thin crust with chicken and regular cheese MISSING SPINACH NO HONEY BBG instead a thick COVERING SPICY BUFFALO SAUCE. The second pizza ordered was a MEDIUM HAND TOSSED WITH ALFREDO CHICKEN WITH MUSHROOMS, SPINACH AND AND THIS ONE IS CORRECT THE THIRD ORDERED WAS A HAND TOSSED, PHILLY BEEF, ONIONS, and PROVOLONE WITH GARLIC SAUCE. I called the store and the manager (unsure who that was but 1 who stated he was a manager but was a delivery driver another do said she was a manager actually makes the pizza saying she could not have made a mistake) She also claimed that she talked to the manager and they would not correct the order and I should have ordered it on line if I want it correct as my story did not match their memory. I told her I had made the guy repeat the order x 2 because he kept saying a Philly cheesesteak which I did not want due to a severe allergic reaction. She said I should have caught the error when he called the repeat the order back. She went in to say I can talk to the manager at 4p…. Another manager”. She hung up on me so I called back several times. She blocked me from calling and told me I’m “black listed” and my number will be blocked. Seriously!!!! The lady is crazy.

Ham turned green after only a day stored. The Pizza was stored correctly, so I'm afraid they used old Ham, it's supposed to at least last, and it always has. Lost half my Pizza to this and I called and the lady was not helpful, she said they had no control over how I store my pizza, geez. Won't order from here anymore, I'm not sure how fresh their things are.

So this is about the 3rd time we've ordered delivery. It's been a couple of months since the last time Everytime our order has been wrong. We decided to try it tonight and again, our order was wrong. I specifically ordered a thin crust pizza with parmesan Alfredo sauce and 4 veggie toppings and instead I got a thin crust cheese pizza, slightly burnt, with no toppings and marinara sauce. This is ridiculous and I am super annoyed. Delivery guys are super nice but their pizza making skills are the worst I have ever seen!!! Save yourself the trouble and order elsewhere
