My husband and I just moved to OB and noticed this cute Italian pizza restaurant on our drive just a few blocks down from her new place! We ordered the create your own pizza and added a few toppings including pepperoni, mushroom, tomato, and sausage. We called the place the order ahead of time wait time is 15 minutes and then we walked over to pick it up. The service was amazing, very warm and welcoming, felt like a really nice family style operation. We were both very pleased and happy with the quality of her pizza! The serving size is pretty accurate for two to three people, but we were able to Devour the whole seeing the two of us! I looked up later the reviews for this restaurant and totally aligned with their consistent five-star rating. Really excited to make this place a regular visit in our new town!

As I walked into Good Pizza, I could feel the warmth of the small family atmosphere wrapping around me like a cozy blanket. This isn’t a place for big parties, but it shines for a simple outing with a friend or two. The pizza? Absolutely fantastic! Each bite is a delightful reminder of how good life can be. The salads are enormous – perfect for sharing if you're feeling generous! I love that you can grab a slice of heaven to eat in or take out. Good Pizza reminds me that sometimes, the best moments are shared over delicious food in a humble, welcoming spot. It’s a little treasure worth finding!

We tried the pizza first and were blown away! Fresh and made to order, you can't go wrong. After talking with some of the staff, we decided to try the meatball sub. The meatballs are made on site and let me tell you, PERFECTION! and I'm someone that rarely tries meatballs because they never compare to my own. Well, they do, and it was one of the best I ever had. On top of the great food, every staff member was very personable and extremely helpful. I highly recommend trying this place out.

This was our second time here. A mom & pop shop family owned. We loved the counter view, watching the people go by walking their dogs, boards, etc. We were on vacation coming from Phoenix & this pizza spot did not disappoint. The pizza was thin, but still doughy, chewy & soft. The sauce & ingredients were fresh. We ordered the Pasta Al Forno & that did not disappoint. Service was excellent & the beer, Kona was amazing. When we go back this has now been added as on of our favorite spots.

This spot is such a hidden gem and the food was delicious. We got the margherita and added Italian sausage + the Caesar salad. The croutons on the salad are made in house and could just be eaten on their own. The family that runs this spot is also so friendly! You can bring your dogs as well. Highly recommend!

End of summer Sea World trip for my family. Found this little hole in the wall Italian eatery and my family was extremely happy. The best authentic Italian food we have ever eaten. Great prices and even better food. The most food my daughter has ever eaten in one sitting and she’s a very picky eater. Love love this place and must visit from now on every time we come to SD.

Haven't been here since 2017 when it used to be Surfrider Pizza. First impressions... Staff is VERY welcoming and man does it smell good in there! Decent selection on display and staff was helpful on menu options. I decided to go with what they suggested (which was the meatball sub) and I'll tell ya, it did not disappoint! They mentioned that they make their own meatballs and their own sauce. The bread, the sauce, the meatballs, the cheese, the peppers on top... All of it was DELICIOUS! Although I ordered my sub to go, I noticed they had plenty of deals regarding beers (on tap) and pizzas. I will most definitely be coming back!

Absolutely wonderful, while if I have been a couple times now. Owners and kids are enthusiastic friendly and very kind. The pizza is absolutely fabulous and super customizable. Very excited to have them in the neighborhood and looking forward to coming again soon. Highly, highly recommend.

Popped in because I live around the corner - they’re not open with the full menu just yet, but grabbed a couple slices and tiramisu. The pizza crust is delightful, light on the sauce (which I like), and the tiramisu was good as well.

Pazzo’s is simply the best food place in all of Ocean Beach. First, the family that runs it is so nice and sweet, every single time I’ve been they have been so welcoming. Most importantly though, the food is absolutely fantastic. Every item I’ve tried has been a home run and you can tell they are made to order. The prices are the best deal in the entire area and the portion sizes are even better. I’ve dined in, gotten take out, and gotten large orders for parties and it’s a 10/10 every time. Don’t skip the tiramisu either. I cannot recommend this place enough!

We loved Pazzos! Can’t wait to come back. My son and I were visiting from Minnesota and we came back twice in 4 nights. The laid back atmosphere as well as the amazing Sicilian Pizza and pasta were a dream. It was a perfect place to grab a nice draft beer and great food. Simple and easy. They are doing everything right here! Thank you!

My son and I have been trying different pizza places in the area. Most are NY style pizza. I personally am not a big fan of NY style pizza. Most pizzas around here are too greasy. We ordered a half extra cheese, half the works. Pizza was outstanding. Definitely getting pizza from here for now on.

We got sandwiches for dine in and a pizza for take home. We loved the seating at the window. Sandwiches were great (meatball and the chicken parm) but the pizza is outstanding (meat lover). Cheesecake was a hit as well. Our last day in town and we're getting more Cheesecake and a meat lover pizza for our ride to AZ tomorrow. So glad we found this place. We will be back our next visit I'm sure!

Went for lunch to the small, family run business. Personable owner greeted and waited on us. Homemade dough for pizza and bread. "The Gina" pizza was delicious. The pasta choices were great size for the prize. Off the beaten path, but worth it.
