I love Franki’s. I go there at least once a week and it never disappoints. The sandwiches are top quality, the staff is extraordinarily friendly, and the ingredients are very fresh. The tacos are the best I’ve had in Westchester. Pricing is fair, a sandwich with fresh avocado and hot bacon and a drink will be $8-9. It’s a small place with enough seating for 8 people max but I usually can get a seat as most people take there order to go. The exception is school days at lunchtime when half the local high school piles on for lunch.

Ate here today for lunch with 5 other ladies. The staff is incredibly kind and respectful and the food is delicious. We ordered soup They, sandwiches, salads and each was fresh and tasty. They even have outdoor seating. Thank you for a great experience. Cannot wait to come back.

We go to Franki's regularly for lunch and occasionally for a weekend breakfast burrito. All the food and service has always been solid. I asked Franki to cater my son's birthday party this year and he was very helpful planning out what we needed. Great quality and value. Franki is such a kind person and the staff are too.

Amazing subs and sandwiches! While visiting family I decided to check out Franki’s and it did not disappoint! I got the teriyaki sub and I can honestly say it was the best sandwich I’ve ever had! Definitely my new favorite. I wish I had a franki’s near where I live. Any time I visit I’ll be sure to stop in and grab that delicious Teriyaki sub!!!! Thanks Franki!

A neighborhood institution! If you are a repeat customer, Frankie knows you by name and often knows your order before you even asked for it. If you are new in town, Franki and his staff will treat you like a family all the same! If you are looking for a quick breakfast or lunch stop, this place will never disappoint! A quick word of warning: Franki can get a bit crowded on weekdays (when school is in session) between 11:30 and 1 pm - that's when high school kids have their lunch and, naturally, Franki's is where everyone goes

I ordered a Greek omelette because the app did not allow me to order a vegetable omelette. Under instructions, I clearly wrote “no cheese. Please sauté tomatoes, onions and mushrooms.” Additionally, I asked for fries instead of home fries. What I received was a Greek omelette with feta cheese and home fries. I called the restaurant and the only thing I was offered was an apology. I cannot, I good conscience, give this place more than one star. I’m sure they did to me what they’ve done to others. I won’t ever order from them again.

Advertised they closed at 3. The guy locked the door as he saw us approaching at 2:20, then stared at us shaking his head. Either correct your hours or don't be a jerk.
