As a Doordash Driver, they are kind and respectful. They have the order ready by the time I get there, and when I asked for water they gave me a large cup for water. I am very thankful for their kindness to delivery drivers.
Love this place! Very convenient location. It's mostly busy but the drive-thru moves fast. Always receive friendly customer service too!
We visited this McDonald's about 11:15 pm. I was pleased to find the gentleman who took my order was awake, kind, and patient. I requested to make a change to the meals I ordered, he advised they couldn't do what I asked and offered another option. I really appreciated that because he could've simply told me no and moved on. The other interactions, payment and picking up order, were both equally pleasing. The food came out quickly and was hot and fresh.

I specifically asked to have this survey because of the cleanliness of the restroom. This is the best Mcdonalds restroom ever, never been to any Mcdonalds that have a restroom like this branch has, smells so good and super clean.
No problem, I had good service. IT usually begins with your attitude being friendly and goes a long way. I don't eat out a lot. Was hungry hungry so I stopped.
I love their burgers and they’re never raw. Their fries are seasoned perfectly there always fresh. Lastly their drinks are never flat either. They’re my favorite restaurant in Crowley
Had a mobile order issue. Tarence made it right without a question. He has a level of professionalism I hardly see anymore. Please keep doing what you’re doing!
The spicy sausage and egg mcmuffin is not veary tasty because of the spicy sauce. The SAUSAGE should be spicy then it will be a highly recommended item

Usually pretty good for fast food! Always willing to replace anything that isn’t correct, and done so with an apology. Most employees are very friendly and courteous. If you need to call the store don’t go by the number on here, use the one on the receipt! I’ve suggested an edit so eventually it’ll be correct on here as well! Didn’t give 5 stars because they do get it wrong from time to time.
This McDonalds was torn down and rebuilt last year. Have not been inside. I drive through occasionally for breakfast on my way to work. Food is typical McDonalds. The drive through staff have been very friendly and pleasant.
went through drive through and there is always a man with a really cool deep voice (sounds like he could be on a radio talk show) that is always in drive through taking orders. I think he is very nice and a great worker. but there is a manager women I believe she is Hispanic and she was very rude to me and ignored me when I was asking her a question about her closing hours. so 5 stars for the employee but the manager lacked in her professionalism towards her customer.
I've only been through the drive-thru since the new McDonald's opened. I can't believe how fast they are. I'm used to sitting and waiting 15-20 minutes at Whataburger. I would say the whole process was less than 4 minutes. All of the staff was very friendly. The chicken nuggets and fries both times have tasted great.
Food is good, but service could improve some. You not sure the customer service you will get at times. You have your pleasant crew, like you crew that can care less about the customers, which has a lot to do with which manager is on duty. Pleasant manager, pleasant crew, moody manager, moody crew most of the times. Go often enough to see and know that the lady managers due a lot more than the guys. They inter act with the customers, they help their crew and are way, way more nicer and customer service managers.
I come just about every other day cause this is the only place my nephew will eat. There service is always super and the drive- thru attendants are very polite, well spoken, & friendly . I have yet to have a mistake on my order & there fast.
terrible customer service. i get it, it’s fast food.. still there should be some level of professionalism. asked for a kids powerade got a medium so we asked for a small cup got an eye roll and huge sigh. k. whoever is taking the orders has never taken an order before so that took way too long. please tell your staff to get it together. if they hate it there that bad they should consider other places.
Day shift is awesome. They get the orders right every time I've gone. I never give 5 stars to anybody unless it amazes me. That why I didn't give 5 stars.
Food is always hot and fresh. Sometimes not the best customer service but then again my expectations aren't that high at McDonalds.
No one is there to take orders anymore and the computer is always messing up. The young lady that works evenings came to help me after a few minutes to take my order. She was very helpful and efficient in taking my order to make sure it was correct. She deserves a raise! All the other employees and managers just look at you as you stand there like a deer in the headlights.

The staff is super friendly but friendly only goes so far when EVERY order is wrong and missing items. I have given them multiple chances and every time it's wrong. I order on the app so there's no question whether or not I actually ordered it (I've done that before) but even then it's wrong. I'll just drive the extra mile to go to Alsbury.
It’s a new establishment and it wasn’t busy at all yet there were quite a few tables that needed to be cleaned and French fries swept off of the floor. It is a shame no one seems to have pride in this nice new facility. There were plenty of people that could have picked up a rag and a broom. I feel bad to have give it this type of revue. We were there about 4:30
Ordered from the app to gain points and right near the end payment option my screen went blank. There's more... the app still charged me! I drove to McDonald's and went inside. The MOD explained no refunds in store for app situations, but I would be refunded. I ordered anyway and went to work. Sure enough, I was refunded hours later. OK. That is expected. Thank you. But here in lie the issues. Problems 1. MOD was not welcoming or concerned. 2. I did NOT receive app benefits and points. 3. I tried to enter my receipt into MCDvoice and AGAIN failed twice. I feel like just another person that doesn't matter.

Service was fair, not enough ice in my drink, in an uninsulated cup. Food was fair. The menu was very poor, basically not a menu at all. Overall, I would give this place a C-, and I probably won't go back.
Not a fan of the new format at this location. You order at kiosks, you are required to know which table you are sitting at if the order is for dine in so you need to choose your table before ordering. Then they bagged it as a to go order anyways. So if I ever go back I would choose to-go and save some time at the kiosk by not having to choose a table first. Getting a drink refill is time consuming. No more self serve, you have to ask for a refill at the register. It's not like Chick Fil A where there are 5 or 6 people behind the counter ready to help. McDonald's had only one employee behind the counter taking orders at the only manned register in the restaurant. So refills are definitely discouraging. The food was good and the dining area was mostly clean so a couple stars for that
The little manager lady is rude as heck and literally downgrades her younger employees! The food was done right
Very annoyed with the fact I’ve ordered chicken nuggets on numerous occasions via door dash. I specifically put the type of sauce needed in detail. I have not received any sauce in any of my nighttime door dash orders. If you all are going to continue to stay on door dash during the later hours make sure you double check to ensure all items are placed in bag. Especially since the person picking up can’t open the bag!!!!
This location is VERY inconsistent on getting your order correct. Gotta make sure before pulling away EVERY TIME. Also getting asked to pull forward to the next window when there is absolutely no one behind you is just annoying. Next time maybe I'll beat them to the punch and ask them to meet me at the next window lol...
Pro: it didn't take long to get my order. Con: I had to stand there for several minutes while more than one employee looked toward the counter but never came to help me. Most of them were talking and goofing off. Also, the manager tried to tell me that half a piece of bacon was all that came on the Bacon Quarter Pounder. She said it only came with 3 pieces and I actually asked her if she was joking. She did ask me if I wanted extra and had them put more on the burger for no cost, but I have never been to a McDonald's that doesn't give you at least a whole strip of bacon on your burger.
The speed of service was quick. However, the delivery was poor and the quality was not good. Request sweet sour sauce for the McNuggets & it was nit in the bag even asking the window person if it was in the bag. The fries were fresh and hot. The quality of the nuggets left much to be desired. The burger which was supposed to be to be in the $5 meal was a chicken sandwich. Seem to be in too big a hurry and not focusing on accuracy.
Ordered two fries, three burgers, and two snack wraps. I’m not sure why that took 20 minutes, but it did. And then the receipt they gave us didn’t let us do the survey because there is a big blank strip running up and down it.
My husband put in a mobile order. We bought 2 adult meals and 1 kids meal. We went through the drive through and they are so disorganized that we had to wait over 10 minutes for our food. When we got home our meals looked like a 3 year old prepared them. Y'all use to be a decent location now not anymore slow service and Incompatance in the kitchen.
We stopped by because it's a big building, so we thought it had a playground, and OMG, IT DOESN'T!😱😡. The sitting area is actually small,dull,and a boring eating area, I asked the lady(very nice) she said they had a large kitchen area😱like why??? The only reason I go to McDonald's is to take my grandkids to play, the fries,dark,hard and old! My daughter threw away the food! Why would they serve your food like that! Very disappointed! Always slow, but this time in particular used the app and had the order canceled on me. Usually wouldn't be a big deal but had to go inside to find that out just for them to say, I guess just re-order it. With 25 minutes for lunch that just isn't an option and in my opinion isn't exceptable.
This “new” McDonalds has gone all the way down hill, I’ve only been there twice since they reopened, and do NOT plan on going back. The first time I ordered 3 breakfast platters, they got my entire order wrong so I have to wait for them to fix it, they bring it back and only have one thing of syrup in there for 3 platters ??????? I ask them for more and it literally took 14 min to get me additional tubbies of syrup. The 2nd time, I only ordered a medium coffee in the drive thru and I noticed they were sending every single car to wait around the corner, same with me. I WAITED 30 MINUTES FOR A DANG COFFE!! Get it together !!

I noticed she should have much more cash back as change out of a $20 bill. The receipt showed the non-English speaking cashier rang my order up as a #3 full meal with extras added ($9+). I kept saying “I want the three-dollar bundle” and she kept speaking broken English “number 3 double cheeseburger, yes?”. The day-shift manager finally came and figured out the problem — non-English speaking employees should not be taking orders at the register !! My order was re-submitted 10 minutes after talking to the manager, and proper change given back, but for whatever reason, my new order number was never called. 14 minutes later, I asked and had been sitting beside the register. My number was 208 and they were calling number 224 when I received a cold cheeseburger and limp soggy fries…. By this time all tables/chairs were occupied with an order line out the door. I didn’t feel like waiting another 15 minutes to go through this again…
You're better off going to the Counter. Mobile app services for Counter Pickup is way too slow. 3 Customers ordered right there and got their meals while I was still waiting for my order.
This spot only cares about their speed of service and not the quality of food they deliver. My nuggets taste and feels like rubber after I asked them for well done. Tastes like they’ve been sitting since they opened. Won’t be going back here ever. I’ll drive to the on that’s 5 miles down before I go to this one that’s less than one away.
Okay so I am a Uber/DD driver, and this location recently renovated. Put a nice pick up area for mobile pick ups between the outside door and the inside door. Wonderful. Except they close at 10 and close the doors. So what exactly is the purpose of it if they don’t leave that side open? They can still lock the door to the store. Everman location has the same setup and they leave it open. It helps alleviate all the drive thru traffic. It’s dumb and waste of architecture if you ask me. Take into consideration GM. By the time we get to the window, customers food is ice cold.

While waiting at the light I was happy to see one of your workers with a tablet out picking up garbage from the McDonald's side of the sidewalk. Unfortunately he threw each piece into the plants on the other side of the sidewalk. This happened just now at 1:58pm on Thursday Aug 10th. I then watched him walk towards the store with his reflective vest. Please train this young man to actually throw the trash away instead of just trying to make "his area" clean.
I moved in the area in 2010 and this place used to be a quick and really good. For some reason this place has gone way downhill in recent months. The drive through is a joke making people pull to the side so it looks like your getting people out fast isn't good customer service. It takes twice as long to get your food but i guess as long as it looks good to corporate doesnt matter about the customer. The last 3 times I've been I had to go in after 10 mins and they had no clue where my order was. I get it if it was once or even twice but 3 times in a row is ridiculous.
If you want a guaranteed issue with your order, this is your Mcdonald's. It's typically only 1 or if 10 times that they get your order correct. My 10 piece is not only burnt but they only gave me 8 nuggets.
Order 3 meals and they forgot all three fries that go with it. But thats not the worst of it. Got the chicken sandwhich and pulled out a long hair out with the bite. This place may be new but the service is worse than what it was. This place is banned!
I come from a home of discipline and obedience none more than the average single mother,hard working single mother parent of four can give and the rest is just common sense. Basically what I'm try to say is treat others as you would like to be treated!I will post her name when I get it,she is the American lady with the Rick and Morty sweater at the first drive thru window she is rude and has no Manners, I hope McDonald's change the face that receives it customer and speaks to them rudely. I will be contacting corporate and reporting her there as well as on Google Reviews I hope you don't go there just to prove a point that customer service is everything.or find another job where you don't interact with human life.
So sick and tired of not getting hot food here. This was literally my final time going. How do you have a crispy chicken sandwich on the menu, order it and not only is it not crispy but it's not even hot because it was obviously made an hour or so ago hoping for someone to buy it. Same thing with the stupid french fries. It's a wrap...I'm done!!!
The new store is awful especially compared to the old store. They consistently leave items out of the doordash orders and in person the all items you would usually grab for yourself (straws, napkins, ketchup) are only behind the counter and they don’t give them with your order despite being on the order. You go back up to the counter and wait for the SLOW cashier to finishing ringing someone up and then finally give them to you so you can enjoy your now cold food.

I would give this location negative 5 if possible. Every time I place an order through their app for delivery from this location it is cancelled. Every. Single. Time. When I call the support number they just say the location cancelled the order without reason. No other location does this. I understand the occasional technical difficulties, but ever since they reopened only 1/7 orders have actually been "accepted". Our orders are very simple and minimal, so it's not like we are getting much or anything complicated. Ridiculous.
If you want watery poops and ur wife to throw up three times with in 10 minutes of eating then this is the place for you! I ate here once before and had a stomach ache afterwards and blew it off as a fluke but never again.
How y’all have a new beautiful building and have the worst customer service. Every time I come here the burgers are just thrown together, so messy with sauce everywhere. They always having conversations while they are supposed to taking orders. They never get the dang orders right. Y’all have two lanes opened but always have a line stacked up cause someone is waiting at the menus trying to order while y’all talking and laughing.
Just go to Zaxby's next door. At least the food isn't sitting out all day & fries cold!! Never Again!!!
1st I ordered on the app to as it says "receive my order quicker" after being asked to move up to wait on my order, I was completely forgot about. Waited 17 mins and went inside to see what the hold up was, just to be told my order was completely forgot from the manager who couldn't keep up with what was happening in his kitchen because he was stuck on fries. 5 minutes later handed my order and still missing 3 items! After a total of 27 minutes I had my order. This location is the worst at forgetting items and in this case about a WHOLE vehicle waiting for their order which we could clearly be seen from the window. Worst experience EVER! & not even acknowledged by the manager because he was in a rush to get back to the fries.
Went through the drive-through they put me on lane one to wait for my food. It was more than 15 minutes. I went inside and I still waited. 15 more minutes inside that’s messed up next time going to the one in Asbury bad bad service.
To the man that is the manager on night shift tonight. How about you train that new employee you're walking around that it's bad business to say "look at all them big backs" Right next to the drive-thru full of cars with their windows down that can see and hear you. And then not even correct him. Terrible leadership and a terrible mentor. It's shameful.

Worst service. Ordered via drive thru, asked me to wait on the side while they "make" and finish an order. Proceeded to wait 20mins with no word on that last order. Went inside and I see a lot of staff just standing around talking to each other. Asked for that order and they never tried to make it in the first place. Thanks for making me wait for nothing. Every single time I go to McDonald’s I ask for it to be cooked to order so it is hot and fresh. This location is the absolute worst of that. They will make me pull of and wait 5 to 10 minutes for my food still but it will not be hot and fresh.
Had trouble last 2 times with inside pick up from app order. One time they did not have order ready and was 30min wait time last time it appears someone took wrong order and manager was rather rude about whole experience all she kept saying is I made the order but would not state wether she was going to remake my order or not. After politely asking her what she advises me to do she said she will remake order this time. I think this will be my last visit to this location for a while.
I just left the drive thru. I know it's McDonald's, so I shouldn't expect much, but I'm pretty sure no one likes to spend any amount of money on poorly prepared food. We're only eating it because we're starving right now. You probably can't tell by the photos, but our fries are brown, old, stale, and burnt all at the same time. My cheeseburger has stale buns, and the cheese was not even fully melted on the burger. I haven't been to this location in years, but now I see why they have low ratings. Oh, well also ordered nuggets, and they didn't even ask what sauce we wanted, just assumed we wanted bbq and threw one in there.
Just went through the drive thru. Order our food ask for NO salt on fries(to make sure they were fresh) because this location is a hit or miss on fresh fries. Tell me why fries still were not fresh. My son got a Sprite pure carbonation no Sprite whatsoever. Tried calling phone isn't working.
Long wait, no one in line. Staff was rude, girl that was working had better things to do than her job. Chicken straps were under cooked, mushy, and took forever to get... they should have been completely cooked for the 15 minute wait we had. It is not a McDonald's that we're planning on going back to. We'll find some place else to find a bite to eat, as we go through town. It was unfriendly, staff was rude, cold, and really slow.
I ordered 3 burgers from the app and I went to pick them up, and one of the burgers was just two pieces of bread! The lack of attention to detail is astounding! I don't want to KNOW what the back of the kitchen is like if that can't remember to put a patty in between two pieces of bread!
Like others have said before. The kids working here are too lazy to do their jobs. They refuse to bring the food out and are super slow. Nothing has been done about it because they are continuing to do it so I am just wasting my time ranting about it. Those with walking disabilities go somewhere else.
Worst customer service! Lisa who was supposed to be a manager treated me very rudely. I have been going here for years and have never been treated so poorly. I had purchased a Big Mac and one of the patties wasn't even a whole patty, not sure how nobody saw this when making it, or they just didn't care.
For the umpteenth time now, I have not received part of my order. This time however, after waiting for 15 minutes while the rest of my food got cold, apparently the part that was missing was just sitting on the counter in the kitchen... Check your order every single time, if you think it's worth it. Honestly you'd probably have better luck at the Burleson location. This is ridiculous.
Waited at window 2 per the instructions from payment window almost 13 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers. Finally, a lady brought the food out and the bag felt way heavier than what it should have...it was the wrong order. I went inside where there were 7 other people frustrated trying to get their order as well. When I explained the situation to the young lady behind the counter, she was completely confused and got someone else so I could explain it again. After another 7 to 8 minutes I finally got my order, which still was made wrong and contained items I didn't order. So over 20 minutes to get 2 cheeseburgers is insane!

Over 20 minutes trying to utilize the drive through due to an inability to listen by those taking the order. Remake was still not made to order. Simple order(s): 2 egg mcmuffins and a senior coffee on order; 1 egg McDuffie no egg, hashbrown, iced Carmel coffee on second order. Still made incorrectly Second time when ordered face to face. Found first order of 2 egg mcmuffins still had sauage despite being marked egg when arrived to destination 20minutes away. Pathetic service from all staff handling ordering and remakes up to the shift manager.
1 star. Came through the drive thru it took 5-6 minutes maybe longer for a caramel frappé. I pulled in at 5:46 was the only car in the drive thru in the a.m. 4/14/25. I didn't pull out until 5:53. Do better morning crew.

The employees always ignore you at the counter at this location. They'll make eye contact and then quickly look away like they didn't see you. On top of that, the manager has long dreads and has them uncovered while preparing food. He was wearing gloves but I watched him prepare several items and his dreads were hovering only a few inches above the food he was preparing. Pretty gross
We had a uber order to pick up for someone and they denied us and clearly the web said open until 1am and it was 12. We had honked and they looked at us and ignored us without saying anything, poor service, they need to be fired asap

I used to LOVE this location. The lady who was there at breakfast always called me hun and was so nice. The drive through has 2 guys who are still great. The guy with the TV host voice and the taller guy who was out sick for a week but the others now are terrible. I cant even get one word out of my mouth and the guy says in a monotone voice anything else?? I'm like please give me a minute and I promise I will tell you when I'm done. I now NEVER go there if im ordering more than 2 items because they will have me pull over and wait for my food then bring me the wrong thing twice before getting me my food and if I don't insist on getting my sauce before pulling over I won't get it. And now the orders are starting to be wrong and I have to send it back before I leave. I just went through and ordered a fish sandwich with extra tartar sauce and the receipt reflects that but I barely got any tartar sauce (pics included) and they have started giving 1/2 slices of cheese but still charge for a full slice. I think I will be taking a break from here for a few months or indefinitely.... So a year after my original review of this place and I have now dropped it to 1 star. This was the 3rd visit in 3 weeks that there was no toy in my kids happy meal. I called to tell them and the manager said he would tell his staff to check better next time.. NO offer for a toy if I came in or ANYTHING so... clearly this location don't need my business. Maybe I will try again in another year... can you give zero stars???
I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I went through the drive-thru and the employee taking my order (Hispanic female) was extremely difficult to work with. She kept inputting my order incorrectly, and despite me correcting her multiple times, she still didn’t get it right. To make matters worse, she was incredibly rude throughout the process. I ended up leaving with the wrong food and a bad taste in my mouth from the service. If you aren't patient enough to handle customer orders correctly, you shouldn't be in a customer-facing role. This was a week ago and was contemplating on writing a review.
My friend and I pulled up to the intercom ready to.order and the guy literally came over the speaker and rudely stated " Sorry we are closed so uh find somewhere else to eat!" Im like seriously that was so rude I wish I knew his name and he is solely the reason we will not be revisiting this location.
We paid $8 for some damn nasty warmer nuggets. Gross. Would you like to eat nuggets sitting out for awhile??? Nasty Don’t go here. Don’t waste your money
I can't give this hardly any stars because I didn't receive my food. The young man that was very helpful and was the only pleasant part of visiting this establishment
Reason for 1 star Atmosphere seemed like the morning openers didn't care about giving your order completely manager gave me my food and said have a good day I asked where my drinks were but she continued to walk away as I was talking. Food/service didn't get my complete order also no receipt so I can't prove my order even though it's in there system between 6am 640 am #9 substitute bagel for biscuit 2 sausage biscuits 2 hash browns large orange juice large caramel frappe got everything except #9 sandwich also orange juice was medium and barely any caramel. Very dissatisfied manager needs repercussions not other workers also receipts should always be given out no exceptions or you didn't ask. Something that's always going to happen human error so again hand out receipts every time and or always ask paying customers
I ordered my food as take out in the lobby at 634. I didn't get my food for an hour. The manager tried to explain that he has 3 call ins and tried calling people in but no one answered. It was just chaos though. They were serving drive thru constantly but had at least 10 customers sitting out in the lobby waiting for their food. And even some of those people who ordered after me got their food first. Made no sense. Definitely need more reliable workers. The manager was nice but seemed a little overwhelmed with things which is understandable but still. An hour. For fast food.
I’m at my breaking point with this McDonalds, most of the time I come I have to send something back to be remade. But yesterday top it because they put fresh fries on top of stale fries. When I come I’m always spending over thirty dollars with the size of my family. Then the number on the website does not work nor they gave me a receipt.
Stayed in the drive-through on 10/30/25 prior to the store closing once it became my turn to order the YOUNG GUY ~ tells me that they are closed and his MANAGER said he couldn’t take my order ~ REALLY…!!? YES I WAS IN THE LINE MUCH BEFORE 11:00 p.m. I don’t get it how restaurants make up there on RULES BY THE MIN~ Based off of whatever managers on duty and the staff..!!
I typically love this McDonald's; however, recently I experienced an unpleasant interaction with an employee. As I went to the counter to pick up my order, an employee had make questionable remarks towards me. As a person of color, I find it very disrespectful when strangers decide it's justifiable to assume my ethnicity and begin to 'attempt' to speak the language in which they presume I am. I felt very uncomfortable during this interaction and even more while dining in as the employee reproached me and decided to ask for my Instagram. This is completely unacceptable and it disappoints me that this is my favorite McDonald's to go to.
Do not do mobile orders at this location. Have ordered ahead through the app 5 times; every single time without fail we have to wait for the food to be cooked to order. Meanwhile the rest of the people who ordered via drive through continue to leave with their orders. Then make us wait almost 30 to 45 mins for said mobile order. And they mess up orders constantly.
Everytime i come here they always mess up my order! I usually just order a happy meal for my sister and its just a plain cheeseburger and they always put everything on it, I am always having to take another trip so they can give me a new one which is unacceptable!
If you’re doing drive thru, it’s great and fast but that’s it. They only prioritize the drive thru and left the whole lobby continue to flood with more people with very simple orders. We came in and waited 20 minutes for our food while 5 other people got their orders, which I didn’t mind since again, they were simple orders. But EVERYONE was upset with the lack of appearance and communication from the staff. We had to go up there just to find out they didn’t even start it.
Employees with attitudes I guess Teenagers being jerks at the window when we were asking a simple question about why we couldn’t get our food for pickup doesn’t require extra effort to just give you the code and then releasing the order so we had to go inside Gaves us an attitude because we didn’t want to go through drive through again for an order they could have released while we were there. Made no sense Everything would have been fine if they didn’t have an attitude Like it’s 9:30am and you already in a bad mood!? Like come on self awareness
Ordered 4 of the $5 bags for of them and a large set of fries and got a size medium this isn't okay for service not to mention it's been the 7th😡🤬🤬 time that I get my fries like this you guys got to do something not even because we waited almost 10 minutes stop skimping out the customers food and that's not it mind you every burger that we got was loaded with ketchup disgusting couldn't even grab it without our hands getting full of ketchup you guys need to get your stuff in order and this is coming from a team lead from another location this is trash
After having experience with this location I knew to check my order before driving off...sure enough missing a burger...told them about it and they gave us a mcdouble plain and it was supposed to be a regular burger....then my son opened up his nuggets (we were home) and 4 pieces of hair....1 about an inch long, 1 curled piece fried into the nugget and two small pieces literally laying on the the inside of the box(probably was fried and broke off the other piece) DISGUSTING. I tried calling to speak to a Mgr so far for an hour now and the line is just busy and hangs up. I would like my money back and to never return.update: after 2 hrs of calling they finally answered and the Mgr offered meal replacement (no thank you) and a ŕefund
