Every Sonic is different; there is little consistency in quality from one to another. On the plus side, the staff was very friendly and helpful. On the minus side, the burger patty was cold and had no flavor whatsoever. I would probably go back and order ice cream or onion rings, but that's it.

Was hung up on when I asked if they could repeat themselves because I couldn’t understand what they mumbled. Then I called back, I had the wrong number so I apologized said I had the wrong number and again the person grumbled something extremely rude and hung up..

12 am service is not the best! they say they open until 2 am but i’ve been waiting for over 15 minutes for my 2 meals!! don’t recommend for late night eats

Ordered a medium oreo with extra Oreos. They placed large pieces of old Oreos on top of the ice cream. The ice cream tasted old and the Oreos had a chemical after taste.

I with to order food and a worker was outside standing a car talking to a friend and the car the workers was standing at talking with for 15 minutes was playing loud music and couldn't hear what they was saying on the speaker and they couldn't hear me either

Would highly recommend not coming here. Waited close to an hour and no one ever took my order. Seen one of the workers walking by and asked him if the system was down or what was going on and he said I don’t know and kept walking and wouldn’t talk.

Someone needs to retrain these workers, cherry limeade, consists of limes, cherries, grenadine and seltzer. Since early October this location doesn't put the cherries or limes, but will charge that extra thirty cents if you ask for extra cherries but you will only have one cherry. Are these employees paying for the cherries or limes being used? Just drive to Rayne they're not afraid to use the ingredients that are paid for by their customers.

This sonic has horrible customer service. I went for a large fri and 2 sodas. It took about 15 mins for them to bring out my order. I noticed I had old fries so I asked the car hop if I could get some fresh fries. While they were all bull shittin and on there phone I waited another 20 min before I went in to raise hell. They asked me wat the attitude was for and gave me some more old fries. I wouldn't recommend anybody to go to the sonic in Crowley Louisiana north parkerson 70526. Night crew 8:00pm

Terrible service! We are traveling and staying local and stopped for breakfast. Ordered on the app. 10 min later our order said it was on its way. 10 min later we still didn’t have it so we pressed the button to check and make sure our order was coming. A nice lady said it was on the way. The car hop was less than pleasant, short of throwing our food at us we tried to apologize saying we just weren’t sure if the app may have malfunctioned checking us in and why nothing came out, she stated she was the only carhop (which she wasn’t, we saw more than just her and there was only one other car there so not slammed) as she got an attitude and turned around and walked off like she put us in our place while we were trying to apologize stating we were just making sure it didn’t malfunction since nothing had come out. We sat there long enough our vehicle actually cut off and had to be restarted. We definitely won’t be stopping at this sonic again.

The worst. Most poorly made hamburgers I have ever had. It is clear whom ever made them has no pride in their job. Sonic in Crowley has lost my business. Evening shift 05/10/2023.

My chicken slider tasted horrible. The chicken wasn't even edible. I'm not sure what kind of pickles they use but they are nasty. The bread was a little hard. My fries were so bad that my dog, that eats absolutely anything, refused to eat it. 1/5 horrible food.
