The food at this buffet is excellent, great variety of dishes and desserts, but they have something very against them, they do not have any house sauce, they are all commercial sauces and their oysters, clams are not clean, that is to say they only split them in half and that is how they give them, especially the live clams, some even have a little dirt on them, some clams still have frills and I repeat in some cases you can feel the dirt, another thing that would be great would be to fillet the mojarra (remove the bones from the fish) and with this I assure you that people would ask for a lot, much more, honorable mention for the fried mojarra and the fish ceviche, they should train the waiters more, they do not know anything about the menu, the types of fish in relation to cost benefit, it is excellent

I didn't like the food. The shrimp were tough, as were the tilapia, which were too dry, with almost no meat, and bland.
