As always! It's always acceptable! The ribs are delicious and the burgers are tasty! The service is very good! Although in all the restaurants of this chain that I've been to in different cities, they always take too long to refill your drink.

Yesterday we ate at the Foster's Hollywood in Cuenca, and the food was delicious as always. However, it took a long time for our drinks to arrive, even though there weren't many people eating. It was very cold inside, and we had to eat with our jackets on. This wasn't a one-off incident, as it has happened to us before. Despite liking your menu, we will stop going during the winter months.

We were traveling and stopped for lunch at this Foster's in Cuenca. It took them quite a while to take our order, but we ordered a half portion of nachos and the Black Label chicken. It took about 10 minutes for the nachos to arrive (a little burnt for my taste, but oh well). Then came another 20 minutes for the main course. We decided to order dessert since we weren't in a hurry, and that took another 10 minutes. Almost an hour and a half to eat, which has never happened to me at any Foster's before, and there were only four tables. I don't even want to imagine what it's like when the place is full... There was a little problem at the checkout, but it was sorted out because their tablets weren't working and they couldn't apply the promotions, but they finally managed to get it done. I wouldn't recommend this Foster's, to be honest.

No lo recomiendo. Por el precio de las hamburguesas no vale la pena ir, la calidad que tienen no vale eso. Por ese precio es mejor irse a otro sitio. La smash no tiene una verdadera carne de smash, los nachos con poca carne e insípidos. La atención de la camarera bastante mala, 15min para que venga a pedirnos la bebida teniendo el local solo con 2 mesas, un total de 4 personas. Si puedes evitar venir mejor hazlo. Lo mejor del sitio es que lo han reformado y se ve más moderno pero más nada.

Ya hemos venido varias veces en famila, y está última visita fue la gota que colmó el vaso.. por norma general aquí la atención no es muy buena, pero el otro día una camarera de piel morena, pelo rizado, gafitas y grandota, nos atendió de muy malas maneras, solo por qué le pedí la botella de agua del tiempo y que la trajera cerrada ( tienen ahora la costumbre de llevarlas abiertas a la mesa, y se por extrabajadores que las rellenan con agua del grifo ) a partir de ese momento todo fue a mal. A mí hijo no le trajo su vaso que ponen con el menú infantil y a otro niño de al lado si se lo dió... Tuve que pedirlo a otro chico como favor. Todo horrible. La comida , mejorable pero comestible cuando vas con hambre. Lo peor de todo esto, que si quieres Foster en Cuenca, no tienes más alternativa. Un saludo y gracias

Fuimos un día entre diario a las 13:15. Eramos en total 4 mesas durante el tiempo que duró la comida, y aún así tardaron mucho en venir a tomarnos nota y mucho más todavía en traer los principales. Además, iban saliendo sin orden alguno. Unos habían terminado de comer y otros no tenían aún su plato. Pedimos el punto de la carne distinto (había una embarazada) y salieron todas igual, así que a esperar otros 15 min y más retraso aún. Y ya para colmo la Black Label Burger, una de sus hamburguesas más caras de la carta que cuando llegaron (pedimos 2 y eran idénticas) hizo que se nos escapara una carcajada. Servicio horrible deja mucho que desear…mi experiencia de hoy es para decirle que donde han aprendido a ser camareros y gestionar un restaurante .demasiado tiempo entre plato y plato y colocan uno sin retirar el otro se quedan amontonados hasta que tú les di a que los quiten , 2 veces he tenido que reclamar el postre de mi hijo y la segunda vez me dice la camarera ( esque no sé si hay ) y no puedes decírselo al comensal??? Alucinando dejan el poste de mi hijo sin quitarle el plato de pasta y sin cubiertos para el postre cansada de que alguien me hiciera caso me he tenido que levantar, para unos creps una cuchara ?? Eso le han puesto una cuchara hasta donde yo sé se comen con cuchillo y tenedor , ha visto que habíamos terminado y se ha ido sin retirar platos y sin ofrecer postre y así hemos estado más de 20m cansada de espera intento llamar la atención de alguien y después de 4 intentos le pedimos postre y café y yo le tengo que decir que se lleven los platos , el remate ya es que después ya de otro tanto tiempo viene un camarero con el café sin haber servido primero el postre y se lo comento y me dice voy a ver si te lo puedo traer rápido … a los 10m conclusión me he tomado el café frío en un restaurante que hacía frío donde me he sentido mal atendida.

En primer lugar, llame por teléfono para preguntar si la comida sin gluten se podía elegir para el pedido a domicilio, la chica que me atendió no sabía y preguntó supongo que a algún responsable, me comentó que la comida sin gluten no podía ser enviada, y le dije que si una persona celíaca no tenía derecho a pedir comida a domicilio, y me dijo que no era posible y suerte en la búsqueda, lo segundo fue que finalmente hicimos el pedido porque éramos bastantes personas y cuando llegó la comida estaba fría y no fue por culpa del reparto, fue culpa de que la hicieron muchísimo tiempo antes de la hora estimada de llegada del repartidor, el cual fue de UBER que iba en moto y la verdad muy amable, pero mi experiencia con Foster Hollywood cada vez peor y en este local mucho más. No volveré a esta franquicia jamás. LA RESEÑA LA PONGO PARA AYUDAR A PERSONAS COMO YO, PERO GOOGLE ES BASURA YA QUE SI PONES UNA RESEÑA MALA TE LA BORRAN, PARA ELLOS SOLAMENTE CUENTAN LAS BUENAS POR NO QUITAR CLIENTES A LOS NEGOCIOS.

Terrible experience. We asked if the cheese was pasteurized for important medical reasons, and neither the waiter nor the kitchen staff could answer. A complete lack of professionalism and customer care. Furthermore, each Coca-Cola, which was the only thing we ordered, cost us €4! An outrage for service that left much to be desired. We left without eating due to the lack of information and the poor treatment. We won't be back.

A disappointing visit to this Foster in Cuenca. Seven of us (two adults and five children) went because we were close by, and they welcomed us quickly. The problem came later... we waited an hour for the adults' food, and then it arrived cold. To make matters worse, we had a gluten-free children's menu, which wasn't even on the table that hour. We decided to get up and leave, paying for what we had consumed so far: three children's meals, some fries, and a drink. However, the cold food that arrived was taken away and they didn't charge for it. All that was left was to pay because they would reheat it. Bad for Foster Hollywood, since we were regular customers.

We went to this restaurant with the intention of enjoying the food and taking advantage of a promotion, but the experience was very unpleasant. From the start, the staff was appalling: the waiter treated us rudely and told us they couldn't apply the promotion because they "didn't have Wi-Fi." We suggested that if that was the problem, we could share it with them on our cell phones. When they called the manager, he didn't even bother to come to our table; from the kitchen door, about 10 meters away, he spoke to us in a joking tone, forcing us to come closer to him so he wouldn't have to shout. After a long time and after calling his boss, they simply told us to sit down, without giving any explanation or confirming whether they would apply the promotion. In short: poor service, zero professionalism, and no empathy for the customer. We definitely won't be returning.

A very bad experience at Foster's Hollywood in Cuenca. To start, it took about 10 minutes for our drinks to arrive. The nachos arrived relatively quickly, but they were burnt, and they didn't even bring us cutlery or plates to eat them. After finishing the starter, we had to wait 45 minutes for the burgers to arrive. In my case, I ordered the Bacon & Cheese Fries Burger, which according to the menu comes with brioche buns, but they served it with sesame buns. An unacceptable detail. As if that weren't enough, the manager kept shouting from the kitchen giving orders, creating an uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere. Between the slowness, the flaws in the dishes, and the poor atmosphere, the visit was totally disappointing.

The cook should be more interested in cooking the food than sitting in the front drinking a beer with the waitress. Then, halfway through dinner, some women that obviously knew the waitress came in with her kid. It suddenly became incredibly loud. While they were talking, the phone just kept ringing unanswered. Interestingly, the woman and her kid walked out with a sack of food, but nothing was rung up. The food is actually decent but this place is horrible!
