Run of the mill Five guys. Finished my run, and was craving for a burger. Ordered a double bacon cheeseburger, and cajun fries. Fresh, tasty, and they were generous on the amount of fries they gave for the price. Cashier was friendly, and their cooks were chill. I would come back if I visit the mall again.

Food was REALLY good. The serving size of small fries is a medium other places. Be aware, though-- a "little cheeseburger" is one patty. A "cheeseburger" is a double, which they should explain to you, when ordering.

Visited here a couple times. Most recently either summer 2024 or summer 2025. Yes, it's a premium burger joint. On the other hand. The burger wows me everytime. The price of a custom burger and fries may scare someone (it gets me everytime). Here's the catch, most individuals may not require another full size meal for the remainder of the day ( bro, and the fries, geesh). This is a premium hamburger and fries place. Fries cooked in premium oil, burger grilled to your liking in front of guests. Clean atmosphere. Also, theres the new drink high tech soda machine for refills. This Five Guys is attached to the mall, ample parking. Public transit station nearby as well. Only item missing here is a pretzel bun option.

Great staff, very friendly and polite. Fast order and food preparation - like always the Burger, shake and fries were delicious. Overall still a bit pricey I‘d say, 30$ for a fastfood menu. That’s why I only rated 4 stars.

These guys are doing a great job. Burgers are amazing and the fries are good although they could've been a lot crisper. We really enjoyed the place and atmosphere. Highly recommended to give it a try!

It is good that u can choose your own topping but the bread tastes so so and gets wet at the bottom. Free peanut is good, though.

Love five guys in general, typically order from another place but ordered pickup from this location. When I got home the both burgers were WAY over cooked, literally burnt. Couldn't even finish it. Staff was unfriendly as well when I picked up my order. Wouldn't recommend this location specifically.

RIP-OFF PLACE! NOT RECOMMENDED! AVOID! I came to this Five Guys located at 6000 Sepulveda Blvd, Culver City, CA 90230, in Westfield mall in Culver City. I looked at the meny and saw that a hamburger costs $9.59 so I ordered it and asked for combo (fries & Coke) and was expected to pay around $13, like it use to cost on at Mc Donald or Burger King. But the price ended up $19.38!!! This is a RIP-OFF place!! $5.39 for fries?? WOW!! That's insane!! (See the receipt in pictures). The hamburger was delicious but the fries were very bad, oily, soft, hard and some were overcooked. After complaining they changed the fries but I didn't noticed any difference. While sitting there and eating I realized that I couldn't call anyone as the playing music in the premises was far too loud! Extreamly annoying load music that just continued. I classified it as harmful noise pollution! This was LAST TIME I PUT MY FOOT IN A FIVE GUYS! RIP-OFF PLACE! NOT RECOMMENDED! AVOID!

I've been to many Five Guys in Florida and California and this location was by far the worst. The person taking my order was more interested looking around than paying attention to my order and of course he took it wrong. I find a table for myself and my family and my wife asks the bus boy if he could please clean our table, he proceeds to wipe it with a dry paper towel that did absolutely nothing. This location was disgusting with peanut shells and fries all over the floor. When our order gets called we are not given our full order and have to wait while the rest is done. My burger was not how I ordered because the cashier didn't take my order right. The bathroom was disgusting and smelled like there was urine all over. All the employees looked angry and like they didn't want to be there. Will think twice before choosing Five Guys again.
