Opinions de Horchata Culver City
This is some of the best Mexican food I’ve had in a while. It’s an affordable place to eat. You can eat here with $10 dollars but I decided to get a carne asada plate. I found about this place through my Mexican grandma. Staff is friendly and this place is legit. 100% will be back to try different items. Anything on the menu is good
hard shell shredded beef tacos is very good - texture flavor with red salsa sauce my go to place in westchester area - opens early 8.30am dine-in and outside friendly nice staff back for more hard shell shredded beef tacos so good and fish taco 4.18.25 back for more tacos carne asada and shredded beef hard shells are so tasty and good hot salsa overall my local go to tacos and more - i recommend and open 8.30 for quick breakfast bite too
Great Mexican food for takeout. I love their hard shell tacos. The grilled chicken and fish plate are very tasty as well.
Authentic Mexican food with kind staff. We got the breakfast burritos and they were amazing.
Solid fish tacos! Everything tasted authentic. I also got the horchata, which was sweet and refreshing. I'd want to return here for their taco Tuesday deals.

The flavors here are fire. Found my new spot. Carnitas burrito was so good! The hard shell taco! Gf loved her shredded beef enchilada. The sauces and salsa was great. Consider me a regular.
Really tasty food. I’ve been here a few times but their California Burrito really pushed me to leave a review. Their carne asada is cooked nicely and seasoned very well. Their tamarindo is my favorite and their customer service is always a plus. Also, their decor and music always sets a beautiful atmosphere when enjoying the food. Definitely recommend!
Friend and I just got the asada burritos, mine with guac and his regular. Both super good!! Meat isn’t dry or plain, nice and flavorful. Salsa has a kick so if you don’t like spicy get it on the side. Came with chips, and over all well priced! $10 a burrito
I’ve been coming here for years since the place was a Campos Tacos location. Menu hasn’t changed and the same friendly employees are still around. For you vegetarians out there, their Chile Relleno Burrito is pretty delicious stuffed with rice & beans wrapped in a decent sized flour tortilla. Their Taco Tuesday special is also affordable around $7 which includes 3 street tacos, rice and beans. Of all the meats, I personally enjoy their carnitas but plenty of others to sample like their shredded chicken. Go for off the menu items like fish and chips and you’ll be served a generous fish filet with crinkle cut fries. I like that they’re open in the morning which means breakfast burritos or chorizo con huevo tacos and will serve most foods all day for when you get that taco or horchata drink craving at 9am.
Highly recommend great food , and great customer service .
Had lunch here. Very solid food. Had their al pastor torta lunch special which had excellent meat, beans, and avocado on a very fresh bun. Came with chips and a drink for $9.00. We also has their quesadilla with Pico de Gallo and avocado on corn tortillas. Also, very fresh! Will return. We have come back four times since our first try. Really, really great Macho Burritos, which come wet with either a Spanish sauce or enchilada sauce and your choice of fillings. So far, all have been winners! Today we shared their cheese enchilada, chili relleno, and a pork tamales along with rice and beans. All were STELLAR!!! The rellenos were light as a cloud! All sauces have been spot-on! Don't miss their Horchata drink! The best my wife has had ever!
Good Mexican food. Note that if you order online, their web site asks what kind of taco you want (hard or soft shell) for some combinations that don't include tacos (e.g. 1 enchilada + rice and beans). No, you're not getting an extra taco.
Highly recommend great food , and great customer service .
Great Mexican street food from a restaurant that traces its Culver City history back more than 50 years

Got al pastor tacos, which came out pretty quickly and tasted good. They have a great Taco Tuesday deal of 3 for $7 street taco-style and it comes with rice, beans and small bag of chips. Would definitely try again!

Food was ‘okay’ and the service was friendly… but not having a restroom (or at the very least a sink) to be able to wash your hands seems highly unhygienic considering most of their items are meant to be eaten with your hands (like tacos, chips, etc)… they shouldn’t offer a dine in option if that’s the case. I’m well traveled and this was a first for me!

I got the beef burrito and it has this weird taste. Turns out this burrito is just chili and rice. The chili taste weird. Chips were stale and the Jamaica was too watery. I give it two stars cause I was really hungry so I ate it. I’m writing this review from the toilet seat.
I ordered huevos rancheros, and she handed me this soup with an egg in it , In a to-go container. Definitely a two-star restaurant.

I had the most blandest, and nastiest bean, cheese, rice burrito I've ever had from this place. Because there was no flavor in the beans, it made the whole thing taste terrible. The service is ok but the food is bad. Def not going back. I've only been there twice but I should have learned my lesson the first time
Going to write a completely honest review. This place has gone downhill, happened after they decided to change their name. Used to be “campos” I’ve gone here so many times and a lot growing up. But the food does not taste the same anymore. Newer recipes but not good. It taste cheap. It doesn’t taste like authentic Mexican food anymore. I suggest going to other locations…. campos on robertson or the one on Venice. I keep giving this location a try since I used to come here but it’s just not the same and I get let down every single time.

So disappointed! I ordered a shrimp burrito via Postmates. I didn’t know the shrimp burrito was going to come with all this nasty green avocado chipotle sauce. They don’t specify what actually comes on the burrito. I don’t eat cream or cheese. The beans came with cheese and the burrito came with cream. Suffice to say I spent $20 and could barely eat anything that I ordered. Literally could’ve just thrown $20 on the ground or went to Taco Bell. The shrimp I did taste was cold and had no seasoning. The shredded taco was the only saving grace. Safe to say, I’ll never order from here again.
They don't have restrooms for the customers . Don't bother asking they will turn you down . Can't wash our hands before we eat . Food is edible nothing to get excited about . Take your chances .
