Experiencing this restaurant for the first time as a foreigner truly encapsulated an authentic American dining experience. Delving into the never-ending deal, I couldn't help but feel a tad guilty considering the generous portion size in comparison to the price paid. The quality may not reach top-notch standards, but it's a gratifying choice for those seeking something random, especially with the delightful addition of their breadsticks! The ambiance was heightened by four birthday celebrations during our meal, and the decorations added a cool vibe to the experience.

Located inside Westfield Culver City (Fox Hills) Mall near Best Buy. We went to this location on a busy Friday night for my mother-in-law's birthday dinner. We got there around 7:30 pm and the wait time was 30 mins (not bad). We got a text right at the promised time and were seated. The restaurant is clean and organized. Food was cooked to perfection with that authentic Olive Garden taste. Service was great from every single staff member we encountered, all were friendly and courteous. Shout out to our server Stacy who was super attentive and helpful with the menu, she was amazing the entire time making sure my mother-in-law had a good birthday experience. The pace of service was perfect and very enjoyable. Overall, we had a great experience at this location.

We arrived during on a Saturday around 3pm. We were seated right away and our server came to take our drink order. More than 15 minutes passed and a manager came by to ask if everything was okay. Within minutes everything came out fresh, delicious and as we ordered it. As this location is in the mall, we got what we expect and will come back again.

If you come here not expecting real Italian food, you can have a perfectly fine experience. This chain offers safe, mass-market dishes that are clearly adapted to a broad audience rather than Italian culinary tradition. The pasta and pizza are okay, but lack the depth and authenticity you’d associate with Italy. Service is quick and friendly, and the atmosphere is modern and functional. It works well for a casual, no-frills meal — just don’t think of it as an Italian restaurant in the traditional sense. If you’re looking for genuine Italian cuisine, you’ll want to look elsewhere.

My family has had a few meals at this location and we will almost certainly have at least a few more. Their food is exactly like all other Olive gardens, so if you have had it before you know what to expect. I ordered chicken parmesan, but I substituted Fettucine Alfredo for the Spaghetti. My wife ordered steak gorgonzola alfredo. My chicken was well seasoned, hot and crispy. It was exactly what I wanted it to be. Was it the best version of this dish? No. but it was extremely satisfying and I will order it again. And again. My wife' pasta was ok. I enjoyed the bite that I had but for her, the gorgonzola was overpowering. I think I would have enjoyed it more than she did, but I like gorgonzola cheese, and we found out that she is not overly fond of it. Order this dish with caution. We also ordered a few dishes that I did not take pictures of. The fried mozzarella was good. The kids pizza was okay, i think my son is growing out of the kids menu. My Mother in law ordered the shrimp alfredo. She finished it, which is rare. Overall, my family enjoys this Olive garden. The service is good, and the food very consistent.

The servers and managers (of which I think I saw two on tonight) are very attentive. Very refreshing after being abandoned and neglected by other restaurants, but never Olive Gardens. Just saying it's nice to be taken care of for once. Our server was Personable and attentive to our service and of which we appreciate. We'll be back again. For what it is, this location is very good. You definitely feel the mall atmosphere when you enter, no patio out front to sit on, it extends into the mall where curious bystanders can feast their eyes on your order. It was pretty loud tonight, almost every table was full of people and people excitedly chatty. Was difficult to talk to my colleague across the table. The food was great, and service spectacular as usual for Olive Gardens. Managers checked in on us maybe 5 times in total, both of them. Just a tiny bit much but again, I appreciate not being neglected. For Columbus day, their Restaurant is entirely staffed and we appreciate that also. Rare to see these days.

My family of three really enjoyed ourselves at Olive Garden the food was very well seasoned and brought to us quickly. My favorite is the Tour of Italy because if the variety in flavors in the lasagna, pasta and chicken parmasean combo. I'd also have to give a huge shout out to our waitress very attentive and detail oriented. Amazing overall

American chain serving up generous amounts of Italian food. You get the choice of soup or salad with your entree as well as unlimited breadsticks. This location is located inside the Westfield Culver City and there’s plenty of free parking. Indoor seating. Credit cards accepted. It is good for large groups. When we went on a Tuesday night, we made a reservation online but it wasn’t necessary since we got seated immediately. Some may find the food on the salty side, but we still enjoyed our chicken pasta.

Service was uneven. We waited 20 minutes for soup, but it was steaming hot, freshly made, hence the wait. Our waiter would vanish for 10 minutes at a time, where the manager started helping serve us if we wanted more soup. They were short staffed, but it felt like they weren't really working their servers super hard, with 3 - 4 tables each, at most. We were the last ones in the restaurant and still waited for simple requests. We still had an enjoyable time overall, with the amount of food we got and left with.

I came out the house to try the new Calabrian Steak & Shrimp Bucatini. Terrible they need to ask how you want your steak cooked it was very hard to chew and the steak was cut thick into cubes but the shrimp had a good taste. Have loved Olive Garden in the past but at this location we had a terrible waitress. Salad came after the entree was served. Bread sticks came at the end of our meal and we asked for them three times. Used plates and salad bowl were never removed from the table nor the tables adjacent to our table. Breadsicks were almost burnt and didn't have butter or garlic on the tops and we're wrapped in a paper napkin. Very disappointing for a restaurant we've enjoyed in the past.
