I'm a longtime fan of Round Table Pizza. Naturally I was glad to see they opened another one in Fox Hills Mall like they had in the 90s. My first visit left me underwhelmed. The pizza just wasn't as good as I'm accustomed to from the locations in the South Bay area. For whatever reason I decided to give this location another shot. This time the pizzas were on point! They had that unmistakably Round Table taste...absolutely delish! My only complaint is that the prices are extremely high. If I'd had the time or the gumption I would have driven to Big Nick's in San Pedro for some authentically amazing hand tossed pizza for half the price.

Worked at round table as a kid for four years. Never written a review before as I’ve always at least kind of liked each restaurant. This one is easily the worst one I’ve been to, and I’ve been to many. Parking is god awful (this place is at a Westfield mall). Super busy and very under-parked. The service here is beyond terrible and they make very marginal pizzas….even though it’s a chain. Round table pizza is my favorite pizza, literally, and I’m never coming back here. I’ve tried two time and both times have been the same. Check out the entire restaurant full of people waiting on food that was promised earlier…or just simply not getting helped because they’re understaffed. Awful.

Ordered a medium BBQ pizza for my kids, took 45min to get delivered (typical) but when the pizza arrived its not even cut. Horrible! Just Horrible!!!!!!

Ordered an extra large gourmet veggie pizza with sausage added which I've ordered before at other round tables and really liked. Got a large pizza instead (even though I ordered an extra large) with very little vegetables in general and no spinach or green onions on it all. The sausage I paid extra for never made it onto the pizza. Called and addressed all of this to the manager who refused to make it right and then hung up on me. I will never go to this Round table again. Their pizzas aren't what they describe and picture them to be and they have 0 customer service skills.

We’ll….let me say that I placed my order at 4:45pm…..website said my order would be ready for pickup at 5:15pm…..6:00pm and I am still waiting:….this is very disappointing and I can tell you I will never come back or recommend this place to anyone! Employees do not care and have no urgency to get their customer in and out of the restaurant. Makes my sad because I always had good memories of Round Table pizza…..but now I can tell you this place will not last.

The “manager” refused to honor my reward coupon. They accused me of counterfeiting it, despite the fact that they saw me click on the “redeem” offer and saw the countdown timer with their own eyes. They were extremely rude, walking away and ignoring me. Considering they rolled their eyes and sighed when I walked in, my only assumption is that they didn’t want to work. Since they refused to give me their name, saying they were franchised and therefor “don’t have a boss,” I am adding a picture. I wish I could give zero stars for lack of customer service.

I ordered pizza and wings from Westfield Mall location for delivery. Driver arrived 2 hrs later and I called and told them this is ridiculous. I shouldn't have to pay for this. Driver left with my food. I had never ordered food from there and won't ever again. I'll stick to my other wonderful pizza places. Thank you

This place isn't worth your time, money, or energy, even when they have enough dough to make you a pizza. But the odds are 50/50 they won't have dough unless you're calling at noon on a weekday, which is also one of the only times you can call and actually get through to someone. If you put in an order on a delivery site it will process, but there's a decent chance you'll get a notification later that they were unable to fulfill your order, conveniently after every other pizza place has closed. Sometimes you'll order and it will take two hours to get 4 personal pizzas delivered. Other times it comes in 40 minutes already cold. Sometimes you win the lottery and it actually shows up, hot and on time. On these occasions the pizza is ok (though they will likely mess up your crust selection) but entirely unworth the $40 it took and the stress of not knowing if they'll actually pull through. The only reason to try and order from here is if someone in your household inexplicably craves Round Table and you love them enough to put yourself through an obscene gauntlet to get them what they want. Or you just truly hate yourself.

Sigh. I've not had many good/positive experiences at this location YET I'm loyal to roundtable. My pizza is most times not good, my order is lost or misplaced or they tell me it was ordered for another location. Today I ordered online & they said it was at another store. It was actually under the counter. They laughed while I waited 15min..

It is not clear whether we are waiting for an order or the end of the day. I placed an order and it took exactly one hour and forty-five minutes. I do not understand what they are doing and this is not the first time.

I'm sorry for the bad review but I ordered a meat pizza which was good, stuffed crust for an extra 3 to 4 whatever they charge, and you didn't stuff the crust! I'm not from around here I'm from canada so it's not like I could go back and return it.

Worst Roundtable EVER. We saw our food get placed at the wrong table. Employees, LAUGHING, not caring that 48 minutes passed by and we were still waiting for our food. Unacceptable, they literally laughed about the situation. Such a waste of time. Would not recommended nor come back.

Terrible service we ordered are food waited 15 to 20 mins for the food but while waiting everyone after us that ordered getting their food. Then the manager sweeping and cleaning the floor and with them same nasty gloves trying to hand food to the customers. That just nasty and then kicking everyone out in a rudely manner. They need to work on cleanness and customer service badly. I won't be back to this one maybe I try other location next time might get better service.

It was not sanitary. The guy that took my order and money also prepared my pizza. He did not use gloves. With this virus going around. That's not good. It isn't good period. But in these times that's a deadly mistake.

This is a formal complaint regarding my order placed yesterday via Uber Eats. The pizza arrived burned, it was missing several ingredients and tasted nothing like a Round Table pizza. ​When I called the restaurant today to complain, the employee who answered was unbelievably rude. She made excuses, blaming the terrible food and service on being "understaffed" and "busy." Your internal problems are not the customer's responsibility. ​She also admitted that they were out of some ingredients but sent the pizza out anyway without notifying me. Sending an incomplete order without the customer's consent is completely unacceptable. If you can't fulfill an order properly, you should cancel it or communicate with the customer first. Can't believe I paid $110 for two pizzas and a wing. ​The lack of quality control, accountability, and basic customer service is astonishing. I will be reporting this entire experience directly to your corporate office. This is not the level of service I expect, and your team's conduct was unprofessional and insulting.

I guess roundtable uses doordash for delivery so the cycle begins. Contacted roundtable about missing pizza. We were told to contact doordash. Contacted doordash, doordash said to contact round table. However, doordash resubmitted order for 1 large king arthur to be redelivered and round table canceled it. Probably because it was close to closing by now. Contacted round table multiple times over the next few days and no manager ever available to help get a refund. We do not live locally so can not easily just stop by the store daily hoping to find a manager. Will not be ordering from this location again.

When I politely asked why both weren’t ready together, the woman with dark skin and yellow hair responded rudely, saying, ‘Take the first pizza and come back later for the second.’ I live 10 miles away, so that wasn’t an option for me. The shorter woman with curly hair was also unhelpful and kept interrupting. Another delivery person came in and had to wait so long that he asked them to prioritize his order. The woman with yellow hair responded with rude words and started arguing with him as well. The whole experience was incredibly frustrating, and with service like that, it’s easy to see why customers might feel upset. It could really hurt the restaurant’s business.

The manager refused to give me a full refund and pushed store credit instead. I said sure. Fast forward one week later when I try to place the exact same order, that same manager refused and claimed I never mentioned the pizza being left in the rain and cold. The manager clearly failed to listen, failed to take notes, and then tried to gaslight me by telling me what I said. The manager was rude, argumentative, and completely unprofessional. When I asked for the corporate phone number, they refused to give it to me and told me I had Google and could look it up myself. That alone tells you exactly how little accountability exists at this ratchet store. Food left in the rain, missing paid items, a manager who lies, talks over customers, and refuses to escalate complaints or issue refunds for cold and wet food. Save your money and order literally anywhere else.
