Yes it's fast food but it's pretty decent. I actually feel the burgers and fries taste better other fast food places for the price. So you get a pretty good deal when you order the 5 dl biggie deal. I recommend! The salads are okay but a bit pricey

Great location, staff is super nice, they never screw up orders, which is more than can be said about most fast food places. However, they are NOT open 24 hours like google maps says it is. See picture for the actual real store hours.

I usually come here at night around 9pm or after. I haven't had them mess up my mobile app order except 90% when I order fries with no salt but they come with salt anyway. It isn't a big deal to me because everything else is right and they seem understaffed at night. I do appreciate when they do it correctly. If it's drive thru only and their dining room is closed, the line tends to take long. Hopefully they try to improve this! I appreciate the staff working here and serving everyone.

Wendy's is one my favorite restaurants to visit and get great food. :) The place itself is very clean and tidy. The food is my favorite part of my visits. From Dave's Single, Double, Triple Burgers, Baconator, Spicy Chicken Sandwiches , Tenders, Salads, etc. They are all great choices. The staff is very friendly and helpful during my visits. :) Hard workers they are to make Wendy's a safe and great place to visit. :)

Wendy's is always my go-to for quality fast food, and this one in Culver City is as good as they get. Tasty hot food and decently quick service inside and at the window.

I want to give 5 stars for the food and 24hr location. The lines can be a bit long but it's nothing bad. Their prices and quality of food is worth it. The reason I gave 4 stars is because a few times the employees forgot some of the things we asked like sauces and mapkins. Also 3 times I was asked to confirm my drink which I requested without ice, and ended up with extra ice. Just feels like an insult when you have to repeat something 3x and end up with the exact opposite of what you requested. This happens to every restaurant at some point so it's not a deal breaker for me. The food is still great and I love their 4 for 4 meals. I recommend.

The hours don't match the mobile app which says 24 hours. I placed an order, but the dining room was closed and the drive-thru full and extremely slow. I couldn't get the order which should have been quick so I'll have to complain to the corporate office to get the charge reversed, or have my credit card issuer do it. May 29, 2019: I never received a response from Wendy's, so I deleted the app and had Capital One reverse the charge. March 17, 2022: the app works well now (most of the time) and the service has improved. December 13, 2023: I appreciate the efforts of the staff to provide service on Dec 10 when their ordering and register systems were out of order. The manager honored a promo from the app that disappeared when the system went down and my mobile order was cancelled.

There was no light on the menu it was hard to see. The order guy was not helpful. Customer in the car inquired about shake flavors. Response was angry * "We don't sell shakes!" In turn I spoke up and said they sell Frosty's and they should have different flavors however the person taking the order should have said that after they stated we don't sell shakes in good customer service you must know that not everyone knows what you said they just know you're eating place next to the freeway so it's more important to inform the customer rather than turn the customer away and suppose that's all they wanted and came through and had to sit in the long line next to a wall for all the people that were in front of them and there's nowhere else to exit and still not get what they desired as a refreshment. I ordered a Junior Burger and it was quite tasty along with a strawberry Frosty which was good as well. Took away the hunger til I could get home.

I ordered at the drive through before work. The service was quick, my food was good, there was a little difficulty communicating over the intercom but not a serious issue. There’s a parking lot and I remember it being a small one. I have no complaints about my food or service, I can’t comment on the atmosphere as I didn’t go inside.

Country Style Chicken Sandwich was delicious, as well the nuggets, my girlfriend and her sister loved the nuggets, they were very yum. Interior was ok, cleanliness was acceptable, and staff were very helpful and cheery. Perfect for a quick and tasty snack/lunch.

Wendy’s is always pretty amazing. There aren’t too many of them in West LA, so when I choose to indulge, this is the nearest location. The staff is very friendly and the food is as good at any other Wendy’s. My only issue here is that the dining room felt weird. There were no pictures on the walls, so it felt like we were eating in a hospital cafeteria. All in all, you gotta love Wendy’s, so if you’re in the area, stop in for a burger and a Frosty!

The staff are helpful and friendly. Atmosphere was more for the person who has a few dollars to spend on a cheap burger. I ordered the 4 for $4 meal and shared it with my son. He enjoyed it more than me. All in all it's a fast food restaurant that you would probably go there if there is nothing else close by.

This drive thru line is always unbelievable. 20-25 minutes to pickup a mobile order! Super inefficient. The store should have an option for mobile order pickup in the dining room, especially after they close the dining room for service. It doesn’t make sense to make mobile orders wait to pickup their food for folks that want to order through the drive thru speaker.

Took about 20 minutes toget my order at the drive thru on Saturday night and was only 3 burgers

Come see a Wendy’s that is run and staffed fully by clowns! Not only will they mess up your order, but they’ll do it 2-3 times before they get the order moderately correct and there will still be a clown shoe in your order. Seriously one of the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever experienced. Edit: they’re improving. Have another star.

Very unprofessional staff. Went there today (11/4/23) around 125pm and stood at the register for about 2 minutes waiting for help. During this time, you can see the staff all playing and joking amongst themselves (manager included). Once my order was taken, approximately 7 minutes later, the order came out, and it was wrong. Too much horse playing and not enough focus on the important things (the customer)! Will not be going back to this location and the manager needs to be retrained on how to be a true manager.

Went here on a Tuesday near 4PM and waited 30+ mins in the drive thru with hardly any crowd inside. The staff got the wrong item (I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo and got a Dave's single) after all that waiting. Either properly train/hire your staff or don't even bother operating if you cannot fulfill the role of 'fast food'. There was no excuse to have Drive-thru ordering be this slow with little to no crowd. In-N-Out across the street can get orders out faster at peak hours with 3x the crowd so I guess I'm just going to keep going there from now on.

Probably my worst experience at a fast food establishment in my life. I rolled up into the drive through line at precisely 1:50 AM, after going to a concert an dancing up quite the appetite. I had the strongest craving for a vanilla frosty. Vanilla has been favorite flavor since I was a newborn, chocolate is disgusting. My friends and order a myriad selection from the menu, I was told there was no vanilla and only chocolate...I guess I can deal with that I said to myself. While waiting for our food, the neighborhood homeless man was casually standing right next to our car. The employees had little care about the situation at hand. We drove home, vanilla frosty not in hand. Upon arrival at my apartment we discovered that there were no straws provided for our frosty. Am I supposed to drink from the cup like an animal? Now you may be wondering why this is a 1 star experience - the last of my struggles have not been described yet. As I am getting ready to go to bed, I check my wallet and notice my credit card is missing. I then realize it was never given back to me at the drive through window. I drive back at 2:30 AM, to get my credit card. The employee gives it back with no apology for the disaster that has occurred. He also does not have my receipt so I have no idea how much to charge my friends and I for the individual food we ate. My night is ruined, I will never return to Wendy's again in my life.

Unfortunately, this is by far the very worst fast food restaraunt I have ever had the misfortune of visiting & I will refrain from future patronage. We were subjected to an inordinate wait time of at least 30 mins in this drive thru only to have our order nothing like we ordered. It is noteworthy to mention we only ordered 2 of the promotional $5 Biggie Bags that purportedly included a complimentary small frosty. The individual who took our order confirmed the promo offer. When we got to the pay window, the order was not only wrong, but also overcharged. When we brought the discrepancy to their attention, it took 3 staff members to rectify the issue! They continued to go round & round about not giving you a complimentary frosty & then finally said "Oh yeah we don't do that." Keeping in mind the promo offer has been running in a tv advertisement & in the fast food wars news cycle for many weeks. Also, sadly the staff do not want to be there & quite frankly do not want to serve customers at all, but earn $20 per hour. We were never argumentative, we were far more patient than was necessary & as we were leaving we were given an attitude of "So what if you never come back". As well, the food was honestly awful. I always give honest & fair reviews and this is the 1st negative & worst review I have ever rendered.

My girlfriend and I arrived between 8:10pm-8:30pm, on Friday (5/3/24). Once we were ready to order, no one acknowledged us. We stood there for a good while. All the employees' focus was on the online orders. It also seemed like there was an argument about a drive-thru order. We waited and chose to leave. I said thank you as I left (immature of me, I know), but no response. When we were outside; we noticed that there was only one car in line. I doubt I will go to this location ever again. For those that choose to go to this location; I would highly recommend you do an online order (so you won't be ignored like we were) or drive-thru.

Updated: Unfortunately, this location has gone down. The last 2 times I have tried to order, it's always something. One time, they were cash only and not allowing online orders, and the next time the inside was closed, the drive-thru was full of cars. Got to the speaker, and it had a sign taped closed. Got to the window, and they said there was an issue and they couldn't take orders. I had an online order that already charged my card. It's not the employees' fault, but whatever is happening at this location needs to get fixed. Previous: at night, if you are in a rush this is not the place to go. About a 15-20 min wait time in the drive through line that went all the way to the street, they are quick about 5 min from order to leaving. Food is good though, spicy nuggets are back and as good as the old ones. Overall, a good place for a late night snack

After a long day of work and hours of commute through LA traffic, we decided to pull into the drive through to treat ourselves some snacks. After we received our food and realized they got our order wrong. The manager refused to change our orders and said that’s what we ordered. They really don’t care, and acts like it was our fault. We didn’t waste our time and energy and will probably never go back to Wendy’s again. 9/21/23 ~4:30PM

So, the inside is always closed, the door will say drive through only but when you pull up they say they can't take your order, if you order on the app you'll have to dispute it because they can't make any orders or refund you. It has literally been my experience the past 4 times I've gone. If you can't take orders, why are you open? People come, sit in the drive through, only to get told they're not making food. Do not recommend.

I don’t normally post reviews like this, but here we are. Last night my boyfriend and I went through the drive-thru to order quick 4 for $4 meals. We get to the intercom, but nobody answers for a few minutes. We both try to call out to the intercom, but there’s still no answer. So I drive ahead and go to the pickup window where we try to explain our situation. The manager states that they have other orders behind us to make first so we would have to go to the back of the line to get our orders. When we try to say that we called out and still heard nobody, she claims that someone did respond to wait. But neither of us heard anything as we pulled past the intercom. It already takes 20 minutes to get through the line so we didn’t want to waste any more time and ended up going somewhere else. I understand that being short staffed is an issue and I try to be patient, but insisting that I needed to go to the back of the line for their mistake put a bad taste in my mouth. My boyfriend and I only came here because of the convenience, but now we’ll have to find another place for a quick meal.

Your prices are way beyond the threshold for inflation. Theres literally a photo of your menu from 2 years ago where these combos are $5 less. This Wendy's price gouges but then again so do most the fast food restaurants in Los Angeles. What's worse is the horrible location trying to turn into this place at one of the worst stoplights in Los Angeles. Avoid like the plague unless you wanna pay for $15 combo meals before taxes.
