I’m so amazed by this incredible service!! They serve hot wings and they’re the most delicious wings we’ve ever eaten!! The area is kind of hidden but once you’re there it’s all about really nice customer service!!! Thank you guys so much….

Not an independent Wingstop location - it is a superkitchen with 5+ other restaurants all serving food out of a single tiny window. Be prepared to stand in a very long line (over 20 minutes) when you arrive to pick up your food because every DoorDash and UberEats driver is also in the same line as you to pick up their food. Confusing setup, slow service at the window, and terrible parking. On the bright side, once you get your food, it's the same great WingStop experience you're used to. Bottom line, I recommend you order from a different WingStop if you're picking up the food yourself.

Also, the fries were extremely soggy, which was a bit of a letdown. Overall, I was pretty bummed out by my experience, and I don't think I'll be returning to any Wingstop any time soon. The idea of a shared building/kitchen where customers can order food from multiple restaurants is interesting but seems to affect the food quality and customer service. It's not for me.

To be honest, the chicken wings were not fully coated with sauce, and the skin was visible (see photos). To make things worse, I didn't have any napkins, utensils or ketchup to go with them. there was more oil on the chicken than buffalo sauce, i always say i prefer bdubs n this is exactly why. the one time i decided to give wingstop another chance 👎🏽

Don't bother ordering from here especially on Uber eats. The system is not integrated, so the tablet for pickup doesn't recognize your order, and there's only someone to help if there happens to be other food being loaded into the cubbies. Parking here is terrible and you have to drive through multiple sketchy alleys full of trash. Honestly this place gives Wingstop a bad name. They're better off not even having a location here with the low quality of food and service provided. They also didn't provide utensils, straws, or napkins. I could deal with the inconvenience and poor service if the food were at least good, but as other reviewers said, the boneless wings are embarrassingly small, and the classic wings didn't come properly sauced. Save your money and time, go to a real Wingstop. I promise they are actually good, this location is just an abomination.
