Terrience was so patient and helpful while I fumbled through menu options for my rambunctious kiddos. It’s been a long time since I’ve received that level of customer service anywhere!

The crew (no matter what time of day) always courteous, and polite. The food (order) always correct, and HOT!! Highly recommend this business for a GOOD BITE TO EAT!!

The manager Arthur was amazing he was very helpful and communicated very well! Great customer service would come back again!

Went to burger king in Victor mall Saturday. I orders chicken nuggets for me and my kids, when I tell you these were the freshest nuggets I could get and the service I received was surprisingly great! Ik alot of teens don't tend to take there first jobs serious but I was once a teen in need of a job so I can understand. The young lady was so nice and patience as my son couldn't decide what he wanted. She then gave him a burger king crown and he was so excited to bring it home to show mom. He to this day asks to go back and get a crown and nuggets. I appreciate the service and can't wait to bring him this weekend! Good job to the staff it was busy ofcourse but I'd wait in line again and again thank you for making my son's whole week!

The food is okay. Pretty standard Burger King food. Generally fairly clean building.

Standard fast food fare. The fries get cold fast and are almost uneatable.

Very fast, employees are always very nice and very quick to respond if there's an accidental mess-up. Food tastes like it should (for fast food) and, from what I can tell, it's kept very clean. However, I do seem to run into a problem if I try to call them: the phone only rings 2 or 3 times, then starts making noise like a fax machine (I know it's not one, because I've called the number before and talked to someone through it). Hopefully they can get their phone situation fixed.

Slow service was the highlight and understandable in the current staffing situation but the poor quality of the food that already isn't great is inexcusable. The food was cooked in bad oil and held too long, and the onion rings were coated with a ton of salt on top of that. Even my 2 yr old wouldn't eat her lunch.

Explain to me how I can approach the kiosks at 10:15 and place an order for breakfast, which is on the screens and the kiosks, only to be told after placing my order and waiting 10 minutes that they don’t serve breakfast and don’t open until 10:30, so I have to order something else

I have to say everytime I order from here, it seems the quality inn food just isn't at this location. I get sick Everytime.... Once in awhile they get it right but it seems 85 percent of the time it's like eating cold left over food... The taste just isn't there at this location... Maybe bacon was old or mixed in a sauce under the cheese I dunno.... Just seem seem to mess up my order for some reason... ItjIt weird tasting....

Service was ok-ish I ordered a chicken sandwich it was a little to oily the French fries were salty and also to oily but I guess you can’t have high expectations for fast food anymore other wise it was ok rather have spended my money else where.

Gave us the wrong food and was missing a few things from our order. Some food was over cooked other was under. Still not the worst for fast food.

One of the slowest and worst burger kings I have ever been to. I waited 20 minutes for a double whopper and fries. The fries were half empty. When I asked about it I got a nonsensical answer. Go to Pita Chik instead!

I ordered with the Burger King App and was instructed to pick up my order at the pickup window. After waiting for 15 minutes and there was no longer a line at the order window, I inquired about my order. I was told, "you need to check in if you have an app order." Got it. However, you should have a sign somewhere that indicates this, or the app should instruct you to "check in." I have ordered at so many other Burger Kings and have never had to check in so, how would I know that this is the procedure?

There's a few people there which isn't an issue, they got my meal incorrect along with my drink so when I asked for something new for a drink, they rung it up for a new drink. I declined. Not recommended.

Burger King is Burger King whatever but seriously the guy working cash at 230 on sunday October ,4th 2020 is awful he just mopes around behind the counter no sense of care that there is a line or people waiting I straight up looked him in the eye and asked for ketchup after already waiting 20 min to get my order and he just walks away wandering around. Watched them mess up 3 orders in a row, took them 15 minutes to refund one, then proceeded to put my order in wrong and then after refunding it, still not do what I said. I don't want to be mean but it's astonishing how they messed up so much in such a short amount of time. The woman asked me what my drink was (after I didn't get it) and I said "Coke with no ice." What was in it? Ice. In the 3 seconds between me and the machine. Amazing.

Stood in line for 20 minutes from when i placed the order for a 10 piece nugget... while the lady at the counter kept handing her friends out free fries and making sure there food is made first.. definetely dont recommend eating here unless you have a whole lot of time to wait!

Must have been in a bad mood or something. Walked around as if she could care less and had horrible manners. Her phone preoccupied 95% of her attention as she had to carry it between the register and food prep area. The whopper was mostly lettuce and mayonnaise with no meat flavor at all. My favorite part was my side of fries that were a mix of soggy with no salt and so hard I could wittle them down to use as dart.

Went in and Pricilla was extremely rude to me. Saw her screaming in the face of one of the workers and on top of everything my order was wrong. I hope they get it together soon. Till then I will be eating Chinese instead when I go to the mall

I give this place a one, due to staff not wearing their masks properly, and one roaming around without mask on behind prep area. Food has gottten better, but if Mcdonalds and other restaurants in the mall can wear their masks properly, then employees at burger king can have the courtesy of properly wearing their masks during a pandemic while preparing food and handling food to give to customers. This is the reason why covid numbers are up. Irresponsible people. I have to edit it, to make this even worse review. The bacon burger i ordered today, was rotten tasting, meaning the bacon, was spoiled tasting. On top of that the replacement burger was even worse tasting without the bacon. SO, not sure what is up with this place, but i am no longer a customemer if bk can't make their food right and fresh. Something made it taste spoiled or off, so i question how it was made. Maybe person didn't know how to make it or used a different burger, but if i ate that, i would of been sick with an upset stomach. Even if bacon was different bacon as woman in the back who made it stated, i don't believe it would taste rotten like that as a whole.

I give them 0 stars the food was gross the chicken nuggets were nasty my kids ate them and they. Didn’t give me all of my food. I had to go back up there bc they missed out of my nuggets and I order. The only thing the angry Whopper did was make me angry. Took the meal back and got a full refund. Disaster of a store. Should just close the doors and get out of fast food. Every location is on the decline and they seem to be ok with that.

Never going to this place again! There’s this lady that works in the kitchen and it was bad. She picked a piece of food off the ground, threw it away, and didn’t even change her gloves! She just went on working. Her attitude was also very bad. I recommend not eating there, very bad service.

OH MY GOD. Okay. Strap in yall. This review boutta be wild. Okay so I go to the mall with some friends before work. Fine! Chill! All good. Well I’m feeling a little thirsty, wanted a sweet treat by the end of our shopping. I had about an hour and a half left until I had to be at work (mind you I live 20 minutes from the mall, go home, go to work which is also 20 minutes away) and we made good time to leave. I figured if I stopped at Burger King and just got a drink I would get what I ordered relatively fast (considering it was a drink.) ROOKIE MISTAKE! I ordered my drink on the kiosk. I waited like 30+ minutes. For. A. Drink. OH HELL NAH. Just know that this Burger King drink made me late for work. The service was INSANELY slow. I’ve also had many rude encounters at this Burger King with employees and the service is just not good. I love Burger King, but I refuse to get Burger King at the mall anymore because of how BAD the service is.

the GM called out my name for my order and i went up to the counter and told her my name and she scowled at me very hard i don’t care how bad of a mood you’re in there’s no reason to be rude like that especially when you are a general manager. If you’re that miserable find a different job.

Pretty disappointed with this Burger King. When I ordered yesterday, there were only two people ahead of me, but after waiting about 20 minutes there were around 10 people behind me. My food came out barely warm, and the two people in the back were just messing around while one lady—who seemed like she just got back from her break—was trying to get orders out. Really poor service overall. I feel bad for the woman that was trying.

Just leaving Burger King in eastview Mall with a new chicken wrap and when I get out to my car I realize they just cut a chicken Junior and half instead of giving me a chicken tender. Gross. I'm honestly surprised Burger King has been able to get the chicken jr. So small that thing was almost paper thin.

Honestly, I used to work at this mall and eat here pretty frequently. I mean other than the usual long wait and occasional missing items, it wasn’t all that bad. But today when my husband ordered from there, I was absolutely disgusted! He unwrapped his burger to find that part of his bun was moldy! I was shocked and told him he needed to go back and get a refund, but he just ended up throwing it out and leaving because he didn’t want to have such a long wait again just to talk to someone. Someone needs to get a health inspector in that kitchen ASAP!

Oh my god, I’d give this place 0 stars if I could and I’m not even exaggerating. My family and I ordered two chicken sandwiches along with some other stuff. This employee named Matt told us they were completely out of chicken sandwiches. This other employee named Daryl (I hope I spelled that right) stepped in and told us they actually weren’t out of chicken sandwiches, and that Matt lied to us because he didn’t want to cook them because they were about to close. We were then told that we would be getting our chicken sandwiches. After waiting about 25-30 minutes and not receiving anything, we find out that another employee by the name of Tiffany threw our food out for whatever reason. We demanded for a refund and Matt was being extremely difficult about it, giving us loads of excuses not to give the refund. Daryl, however was being extremely kind to us and giving us company numbers to call for help. We didn’t get a refund until about 45 minutes after we ordered our food. Sometime during all this madness a woman came up to the counter to complain about raw food they had given to her that her son ate! I have no doubt Matt was behind that as well. In conclusion, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! MATT NEEDS TO BE FIRED!

One star because less isn't an option. I order via the screen assuming if I punch it in its harder for them to mess up my order... wrong! So about 6 or 7 people around the time I went up to order slowly trickled up. Not a ton all at once. So after ordering someone I was with went to the other side of the food court after I finished ordering. Got in line order and received food before me. Mind you I placed my order 15 minutes prior to them even leaving to walk away. Then they added a disgusting Amount of mayo on a sandwich that the menu on the screen explicitly said it doesn't have mayo on it. Nothing about this experience was positive.
