Had a wonderful experience with the staff at Burger King, the blonde manager was very kind and personable when asking if our order was all set.
Went to burger king in Victor mall Saturday. I orders chicken nuggets for me and my kids, when I tell you these were the freshest nuggets I could get and the service I received was surprisingly great! Ik alot of teens don't tend to take there first jobs serious but I was once a teen in need of a job so I can understand. The young lady was so nice and patience as my son couldn't decide what he wanted. She then gave him a burger king crown and he was so excited to bring it home to show mom. He to this day asks to go back and get a crown and nuggets. I appreciate the service and can't wait to bring him this weekend! Good job to the staff it was busy ofcourse but I'd wait in line again and again thank you for making my son's whole week!
Very fast, employees are always very nice and very quick to respond if there's an accidental mess-up. Food tastes like it should (for fast food) and, from what I can tell, it's kept very clean. However, I do seem to run into a problem if I try to call them: the phone only rings 2 or 3 times, then starts making noise like a fax machine (I know it's not one, because I've called the number before and talked to someone through it). Hopefully they can get their phone situation fixed.
Slow service was the highlight and understandable in the current staffing situation but the poor quality of the food that already isn't great is inexcusable. The food was cooked in bad oil and held too long, and the onion rings were coated with a ton of salt on top of that. Even my 2 yr old wouldn't eat her lunch.
Painfully slow service. Kids working there don't understand first in first out concept. My few visits here, despite the food being 'made to order' - it was luke warm. Not hot or fresh in taste, for some reason.
A plastic cup is not a toy. Just say your kid meals don't have toys. Honestly, it's like the manager of this place is hoping to see the tears well up in children's faces.
I ordered with the Burger King App and was instructed to pick up my order at the pickup window. After waiting for 15 minutes and there was no longer a line at the order window, I inquired about my order. I was told, "you need to check in if you have an app order." Got it. However, you should have a sign somewhere that indicates this, or the app should instruct you to "check in." I have ordered at so many other Burger Kings and have never had to check in so, how would I know that this is the procedure?
Tried for two drinks got one then asked girl about second one got nasty attitude and reply from girl. We will never use BK here again.
OH MY GOD. Okay. Strap in yall. This review boutta be wild. Okay so I go to the mall with some friends before work. Fine! Chill! All good. Well I’m feeling a little thirsty, wanted a sweet treat by the end of our shopping. I had about an hour and a half left until I had to be at work (mind you I live 20 minutes from the mall, go home, go to work which is also 20 minutes away) and we made good time to leave. I figured if I stopped at Burger King and just got a drink I would get what I ordered relatively fast (considering it was a drink.) ROOKIE MISTAKE! I ordered my drink on the kiosk. I waited like 30+ minutes. For. A. Drink. OH HELL NAH. Just know that this Burger King drink made me late for work. The service was INSANELY slow. I’ve also had many rude encounters at this Burger King with employees and the service is just not good. I love Burger King, but I refuse to get Burger King at the mall anymore because of how BAD the service is.
the GM called out my name for my order and i went up to the counter and told her my name and she scowled at me very hard i don’t care how bad of a mood you’re in there’s no reason to be rude like that especially when you are a general manager. If you’re that miserable find a different job.
Pretty disappointed with this Burger King. When I ordered yesterday, there were only two people ahead of me, but after waiting about 20 minutes there were around 10 people behind me. My food came out barely warm, and the two people in the back were just messing around while one lady—who seemed like she just got back from her break—was trying to get orders out. Really poor service overall. I feel bad for the woman that was trying.

It set that it is open at 10:30. When we arrived at 10:50. A woman said that “We open at 11. Just guys for you to know”. Why time is different than in Google and BK App? Horrible service with lazy people
Just leaving Burger King in eastview Mall with a new chicken wrap and when I get out to my car I realize they just cut a chicken Junior and half instead of giving me a chicken tender. Gross. I'm honestly surprised Burger King has been able to get the chicken jr. So small that thing was almost paper thin.
Honestly, I used to work at this mall and eat here pretty frequently. I mean other than the usual long wait and occasional missing items, it wasn’t all that bad. But today when my husband ordered from there, I was absolutely disgusted! He unwrapped his burger to find that part of his bun was moldy! I was shocked and told him he needed to go back and get a refund, but he just ended up throwing it out and leaving because he didn’t want to have such a long wait again just to talk to someone. Someone needs to get a health inspector in that kitchen ASAP!
Oh my god, I’d give this place 0 stars if I could and I’m not even exaggerating. My family and I ordered two chicken sandwiches along with some other stuff. This employee named Matt told us they were completely out of chicken sandwiches. This other employee named Daryl (I hope I spelled that right) stepped in and told us they actually weren’t out of chicken sandwiches, and that Matt lied to us because he didn’t want to cook them because they were about to close. We were then told that we would be getting our chicken sandwiches. After waiting about 25-30 minutes and not receiving anything, we find out that another employee by the name of Tiffany threw our food out for whatever reason. We demanded for a refund and Matt was being extremely difficult about it, giving us loads of excuses not to give the refund. Daryl, however was being extremely kind to us and giving us company numbers to call for help. We didn’t get a refund until about 45 minutes after we ordered our food. Sometime during all this madness a woman came up to the counter to complain about raw food they had given to her that her son ate! I have no doubt Matt was behind that as well. In conclusion, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! MATT NEEDS TO BE FIRED!
One star because less isn't an option. I order via the screen assuming if I punch it in its harder for them to mess up my order... wrong! So about 6 or 7 people around the time I went up to order slowly trickled up. Not a ton all at once. So after ordering someone I was with went to the other side of the food court after I finished ordering. Got in line order and received food before me. Mind you I placed my order 15 minutes prior to them even leaving to walk away. Then they added a disgusting Amount of mayo on a sandwich that the menu on the screen explicitly said it doesn't have mayo on it. Nothing about this experience was positive.
