Love there in house coffee! Hot and cold both taste yum!! Their customer service is top notch! Love all their staff. I one time ordered wrong item and they happily replaced it.

I love 7 leaves!!! The tea aroma hits you as you walk inside. The cafe area is nice to bring friends to chat or to bring stuff you need to work on. Service is fast and workers are nice!

Their matcha latte is so so. But their atmosphere is op. You can work there and use their outlets. And be productive. I was able to get a lot of work done and I want to get even more work done by going there. I came here with my friend and he also got work done too. I would come here again. I also installed their app and purchased a drink. You should come here if you read all my details.

He's like lets go somewhere else for coffee lol....I maybe put in ban island lmao Its not like its my first time with you guys but whoever listened to my wishes ancient years ago in socal to mix green tea and thai iced tea thank you

Gotta say that their matcha soy is incredible this time around. Had it regularly for the past few years, however, as of lately it has been exceptional. Creamy, packed with flavor, and addictive with each sip. Hope the quality persists!

House coffee was pretty good, I would have it again. Not a huge variety of choices compared to similar shops.

Chill vibe makes this a great place to study or work. Not a lot of conversation seems to go on at the tables. Service is fast and friendly. Try mixing flavors; house coffee and mung bean milk tea are a pretty awesome combination!

Authentic tea and unique flavors, with fast service as the drinks were done almost right after we ordered. This might be because they pre-made all the drinks. In terms of taste, they are delicious, although a tad on the sweet side, even when adjusting the sweetness to low. Some of their drinks can have oat or soy milk substituted for no extra fee, which I appreciated. Great working space as well!

Overall I think that this is a pretty good spot to chill and get work done. There is plenty of table space and outlets to plug into to keep your devices charged. I also liked the interior design with all of the furniture being relatively new and comfortable and everything felt pretty clean. Overall the atmosphere was nice to work it, but it was a little nosy. As for drinks, I thought that their milk tea and boba did not stand out. The texture of the boba felt a little flat, like it wasn't very qq. The taste of the milk tea also tasted a little off, I don't know quite how to put it but it seemed a little off. I liked the house coffe though.

I got my usual jasmine milk tea but couldn’t get half sweet because if you choose half sweet, it isn’t non dairy anymore. It was a good. The kids got the strawberry hibiscus with boba which I tasted and it was good. The pastry was warmed for us and it was yummy too. I will come back. They have indoor seating to hangout with friends.

It would be nice if customers can adjust the sweetness 0%-100% sweetness. The drinks are high quality. Our favorite flavors are the green thai, mung bean and taro milk tea. While the space is nice - clean, bright and spacious - the menu is limited. We tried the ube mocha cake and hot jasmine milk tea, and won't recommend either.

I took my family to the Cupertino store because of the Chinese New Year scratchers ticket advertisement.  I ordered and the young kid at the register told me they were out of scratchers. I was disappointed and upset. I was looking forward to the Scratchers.  We bought enough for 1 or 2 scratchers.  I don't know if the employee was being truthful.  Maybe the store was really out, but I sensed otherwise.  Waiting for the Santa Clara 7 Leaves to open...

Was disappointed by the minimal amount of grass jelly and also that the mung bean tea was artificially flavored and bright green.

I have ordered a cream jasmine tea, it was too sweet and not sure whether we can adjust the sweetness level. The store layout is good and the chairs are comfortable. But the tables are not clean enough, sticky when I touch it. The ambience is good not too crowded or anything.

My son really likes this place but it's got a small menu and I've tried one drink that looked interesting and didn't like it. I didn't notice anything on the menu I'd like to try tonight when my son asked me to bring him again. I wish they had decaffeinated milk tea. I'd definitely order that!

Pretty spacious. Service is a bit slow. Nothing to complain about on the drinks.

I got an Oolong milk tea with "easy" sugar. It was incredibly sweet and the tea tasted bitter and artificial and nothing like oolong. With so many boba options nearby, I would skip it. The saving grace is the nice staff.

My review has nothing to do with service, people who work here have always been nice and hard working. The problem with this place is how sugary the drinks are. If you look at their website you can see the nutrition info for each drink and one of the matcha drinks said 34 grams of sugar! That's crazy. I tried this place a few years ago hoping that would change but it hasn't. I got a matcha latte which I asked for no extra sweetener apart from what's in the matcha mix already, but all I tasted was a sugar bomb. Very disappointing! Buyer beware.

Ordered Assam milk tea and Sea foam Jasmine milk tea. The flavors of the tea were good, but these were WAAAAY too sweet even at the minimum sugar level ( they could NOT make it at no-sugar level). Even after diluting it with 1/4 cup of water was no help, we had to throw it away after a couple sips....

Tried the Assam Milk Tea that is "less sweet." Straight up tasted like sugar cubes. Drove back to give the inedible drink back saying it was too sweet. Nice interior. It's not a bad place to hang out. For drinks, make the 5 min drive to go to Sunright Tea.

We ordered a matcha tea which is terrible. 6 dollars tasted like water, and they added sugar directly into that which makes it taste like sand. Don’t come

Unfortunately, the strawberry hibiscus tea is not worth it. I don't know why they sell this drink so overpriced.

Every time a boba place refuses to make a drink less sweet because “it’s their policy”, not because the drinks are pre-made or anything. They deserve one star.

This place doesn’t honor coupons they sent out. I went in with the coupon they sent to my house and wanted to try it out. I tried to use the coupon but they said it was not redeemable because it was not a Santa Clara location, but there’s no 7 Leaves Cafe in the Santa Clara City (the coupon says it’s redeemable in Santa Clara). They were just trying to find excuses to trick you there and never give out the discounts. Such a dishonest business and I will never go again.

The drink looks ridiculous with the entire top not filled, not to mention I already paid extra to get a large size. I have ordered coffee at other 7 leaves they are all mostly filled up so not sure what’s up with this store and the staff there. Would not recommend, bad attitude from the staff as well
