a little slice of taiwan in the states! definitely more expensive than what it would be in taiwan, but that’s expected. impressed by how dedicated the brand is to shipping ingredients from taiwan. the mangos did not taste as good as the ones in taiwan, but it was good in american standards. overall grateful for the presence of 鮮芋仙 in america.

Meet Fresh is one of my favorite dessert locations during hot summers. I admire their variety of desserts with a large selection, especially the grass jelly menu. The refreshing, lightly sweet flavors are perfect for cooling down on a warm day, and the texture combinations — from soft taro balls to chewy boba and silky grass jelly — make every bite interesting. If you’re a fan of traditional Taiwanese desserts or just looking for a lighter alternative to ice cream or boba tea, Meet Fresh is definitely worth checking out. I keep coming back for the Grass Jelly Signature and the Herbal Tea with taro balls — they never disappoint!

This coffee shop was spacious, fast, and very clean, making it a comfortable place to relax or grab a quick drink. The coffee was delicious, especially since they grind the beans right in front of you, which really brings out the fresh flavors. There’s also a wide variety of toppings and add-ons, so you can customize your drink exactly how you like it. Overall, it’s a great spot for anyone who enjoys high-quality coffee in a bright and welcoming environment.

Nice coffee shop that does pour over coffee for all of their coffees. I couldn’t see the brewer they use but it was a flat bottom paper filter into a metal canister looking thing. They grind the beans fresh. The choice of beans is fairly limited to various house blends with more options towards the medium to dark roast. They have a dark roast decaf blend as well. Their lightest roast is the “New Manhattan” which was brewed to a coffee with a sweeter, medium body profile. I added a little water which helped the red fruit flavors become more discernible. The cafe space itself is nice—high ceilings, lots of windows for light, seating space both inside and outside. The barista was also friendly and helpful.

It's decent but just another average dessert place. We ordered both hot and cold versions and surprisingly found stark differences. The heartland has an appropriate sweetness, but the cold one is relatively underwhelming. Might come again

Always busy but food came out quick. Didn't see an employee clearing the table during our 1 hour visit but place was surprisingly clean due to patrons clearing their tables (and eating on their trays). Protip: parking is horrible, park in the business/apartment complex behind them. Where the evgo chargers are. Shorter walk too

First time here and pretty amazed by their big menu. Ordering was a little tricky. What you see on the board, take a newbie like me a little bit to find it on the kiosk to place the order. They accidentally packed my order to go, so, we really do not know what is what for which.. we love it anywho. Hugh plus when there's plenty of space to sit and chat! Not the cheapest dessert in town, but it's pretty good.

A very good place to get some Chinese dessert and hang out with friends. For soups, like grass jelly soup and red bean soup, they have both cold and hot. They now don't take orders over the counter. Instead you have to use one of their two ordering machines. But this place is so popular that you would have to line up for a long time to order. Alternatively you could order online, but then you have to first download their app and create an account before you could order online.

Can’t beat the coffee and I’m a long long time fan of Philz. However, the service and the overall atmosphere is abysmal. Understaffed on the service. Can’t even clean up outside from the day before. Ugh!! The owners seem to be milking the brand for all they can get. 🙄

The wait was a little long on a Sunday morning. I got an iced rose latte, light sweetness and light creaminess. I thought those were perfect, but was thrown off a little by the taste — I think it was spiced? Didn’t really taste a particular rose flavor. It was an okay drink overall but it was totally not what I was expecting. I’d probably want to come back and try some other items to see what is my speed and what is not.

It takes 10-15 minutes to get coffee here. Taking laid-back too seriously . My 3 experiences are pretty consistent with this time range( all in the afternoon/late afternoon) . You NEED patience... and REALLY want to have your dessert here... + Huge seating area + Good selection of drinks, desserts, hot and cold options - 920p Monday night with 30min wait for 2 bowls - Parking can be a pain It's a big space, good to chill, BUT that also contributes to backlog of orders. The reviews are real as they're really short in staff. With 30mins+ you could easily sit at a restaurant and have your meals on your table already. There's another Korean dessert place next store if ice and ice cream is your thing. With the recent opening of the tea shop in the same plaza, parking situation could only get worse.

Had to wait 30 minutes to get our food. It was a very busy Thursday night. Unfortunately what we ordered was not to our taste. It was too sweet and very messy, especially with the tapioca on the side. Getting the order was also very complicated, with their system seeming quite disorganized.

It was definitely a different experience than what I anticipated. The ambiance of the place was great. As the name suggests it’s a great place for a Meet and great. There are self service ordering, mobile ordering as well as ordering at the counter. Not all the options are available at the self service tab. We ordered soft serves at the counter. Another thing you need to keep in mind while ordering is that the portions are ginormous. So it’s always better to share. We did not plan for that. The shaved ice desserts tasted great. But 3 of us could not tackle the whole thing. The grass jelly was good but did not satiate my palate. Overall, I would say the place is great if you have a group of people wanting to share some cold and sweet desserts with.

I asked for light ice, but the cup was almost completely filled with ice. It honestly felt a bit like a scam. I was surprised by how little tea was actually inside.

I’ve been a loyal Philz customer for many years. This spot at Main St. has been our go to place after a morning jog during weekends. We love their coffee, love the vivid and friendly ambiance. But the service has been going down-spiral. And this morning, I ordered a coffee at Philz, but it never seemed to be ready. I went to check twice and didn’t see my order. The two baristas were chatting the whole time and making drinks very slowly. The third time I asked another staff member, one of the girls pointed to a cup on the side and said, “That’s yours.” I asked why the cup didn’t have a label, since they normally do, and she said she had already called my name. Honestly, in a busy store split into two sides, just shouting a name once and calling it done doesn’t really work. Plus, since we had already come by twice looking for our drinks, she could have simply asked for our names to confirm. From start to finish, there was no sense that they cared to do their job a little better. I am so disappointed and sad to see this at Philz.

This was overall... not a pleasant visit! - Over a DOZEN different signs (menus, notices, warnings, updates) plastered about (see the photos). Before my friend arrived, I spent 10+ minutes just trying to make sense of it all. Not to mention their actual menus are so massive (and confusing) as to just make for decision paralysis :(. - To order, you have to use the kiosks. Not only do they not list ANY ingredients (so you have to go find the separate menu to actually understand what you're ordering) but... if you select "English" then you'll find you're inexplicably not able to add any item to your cart to order. Oh, and you can order a Medium or Large but oddly there's no Small. And after all that hassle, they still prompt you to tip. Man that's lame when there's... literally no service offered (they call your number and you walk up to the counter to pick up your dessert, and you bus your table yourself). - I ordered my dessert "half sweet" and lordy, I'm petrified to even consider what "100% sweet" would have been; maybe just a bag of sugar? 50% sweet was still way, way too sweet! There are plenty of less-stressful, more tasty places (and even more affordable!) places for Taiwanese desserts. I'd avoid going to Meet Fresh unless you want a confusing, loud, and frustrating time. 2 stars only because I didn't get food poisoning.

I’m not exactly sure why so many people love this coffee and think it is so delicious. The beans themselves are pretty poor quality and the only way the drinks will likely taste great is adding a ton of heavy cream and sugar, which will make pretty much any coffee taste decent. I even bought whole beans to see if I could brew a black cup of coffee better myself, and it came out tasting the same as I also used a pour over method. I would not recommend buying this coffee and it is only drinkable if you add a lot of cream and sugar, which is not how I drink my coffee.

Great coffee doesn’t excuse poor customer service. The coffee itself might be good, but the experience was frustrating. Their menu is unnecessarily complicated, and when I asked for simple help understanding what to order, the staff member launched into long, pretentious explanations about tasting notes and wine like descriptions instead of just giving a straightforward recommendation. As a tourist, I was hoping for friendly guidance, not a lecture that made things more confusing. Good service means adapting to the customer , not expecting them to decode an overcomplicated menu using imagination.

They don't wear hairnets, hats, or gloves. Never seen anybody wash their hands. DISGUSTING. Overpriced coffee, quality was mid, also didn't even taste good for the price. Do NOT go here, there are better options around here, I promise. Overall, very disappointed with Cupertino and Philz coffee, do better.

This meet fresh place got worse! Will never be back. I waited for over 40 min and I didn't get my egg waffle even though I ordered. The worker told me that they don't make the waffle after 7pm and they said they refunded but I checked my bank and they never did. I kept waiting for the waffle to come. How do I know that if you don't tell me that you don't make waffles after 7? You can still make a purchase. I know it was only $3.99 but they didn't even tried to explain that egg waffle is not coming out until I asked. I called the store, emailed....no responses at all. Such a bad experience. Be careful of keeping your receipts and check your credit card statement before you leave the store.

Three terminals to order. Two are broken. Long line because the terminals use touch technology from the 90s - slow, unresponsive, laggy. Frustrating as heck. I ask the staff if I can order with them. They just point to terminal with loooong line and walk away. Online ordering doesn't work, and the app they used to have is no longer supported it seems. Order takes ages to fulfill. The staff look really unhappy and generally unhelpful. The portions are smaller now, not much ice in my grass jelly dish. The trash can is overflowing and spilling on to the ground. Paper napkins all over the floor. Four TVs overhead showing me November specials (mind you, it's now nearly January), and two of the TVs are just broken. Looks like the store just gave up. Management doesn't care? They should try to order and see for themselves. I enjoy the desserts here, but the experience and the wait leave a lot to be desired. I really want to support them, but they don't seem like they want to stay in business. Cutting corners everywhere!

Very disappointed! Not with the food though because we didn’t even get to try it after waiting over 90 minutes without any notice. That’s an insanely long wait for just one item! I understand it gets super busy on Saturday nights, but there’s clearly a chaotic problem with the whole prep process and staffing. It was obviously understaffed, with hundreds of orders and only about 5 employees trying to handle both food prep and cashiering at the same time! Some of them also didn’t seem familiar with the recipes, I literally saw one person spend over 5 minutes making a single bowl of shaved ice. I came across many other customers were also waiting for over an hour for just one drink, and quite a few ended up asking for refunds, which, by the way, also took forever to process. I don’t know what’s going on with the backend or management workflow, but it’s honestly frustrating. Meet Fresh has been a long-established dessert spot that I’ve always liked, so it’s really disappointing to see this. I truly hope they fix the whole process soon!

What happened to this location? Only one kiosk available to order. 10 min wait to order 20 min wait for the shaved ice to be ready. Ice is chunky. The taste is overly sweet. Servers were stressed out and struggling to keep up. We barely ate any cause the tastes were so awful and dumped the rest.

Will never come back, ordered twice and each time missing pieces, the remaining ones is as little as possible, I paid 15 just to eat nothing good and much. Recommend everyone to go to the meet fresh in Santa Clara instead, that one taste way better both quality and quantity wise. ( as shown in the picture what you can see is everything, below these visible pieces are just plain ice) I drove 1 hour looking forward to eat something edible but they give me this pig feed?
