This place is great. However, just know that the all-you-can-eat portion size is noticeably smaller. Not a big deal, just be prepared for that. The first time I came here I ordered individually and received a large portion of fish when ordered. The single round of fish with the all-you-can-eat menu is in the picture. Overall, a fantastic experience every time I've been here.

We have to add the materials we bought into spicy and non spicy soup which is being boiled in front of us and taste them. A variety of meats, mushrooms and vegetables are available to order. We can slowly cook them and eat and drink them with added spice and sauce.

If you haven't been here, you should definitely try it! We are family of 4. They take reservations only for party of 8 plus. We went during odd hours on a weekday to avoid crowd. Ordered best of both worlds. Liked the spicy broth . It was flavourful and spicy. Wouldn't suggest if you can't take spicy food. Other broth was mild and was perfect for kids. It was a bit salty. We ordered custard buns for dessert. It wasn't the best. Overall we loved our experience here!

This is overall a place worth visiting. We came during off peak hour, which gave us a parking spot, but I can imagine how terrible the situation would be if you visit during normal dinner hours. Overall, the food is decent, with fresh ingredient. However, I am not terribly impressed by the house soup because after a while, it became a rather single dimensional taste. I was initially impressed when on the chopstick, it stated that no sauce is required, and that gave me an impression and expectation that the soup would be so flavorful that indeed no sauce is required - however, I'm slightly disappointed that it's not the case. Good food and service overall, given that we were visiting during off peak hours, and a little expensive in my opinion.

Good meat, solid premade food, yummy osmanthus cakes. Sesame sauce is so watery it might as well be water. Meat arrives quite slowly. Other than that, solid meal

We’ve been here twice. The food quality is consistently good and the meat is fresh, which we really enjoyed. However, the service has been disappointing both times. On our first visit, we were removed from the waitlist without being asked because someone else had the same name. Although they were able to put us back on, we had to wait an extra 15 minutes. The buffet portion system is also very confusing. When we order one portion, it comes in very small amounts that aren’t enough for the whole group. But if we order multiple portions, the staff delays bringing the meat and later brings a large amount at once, then comments that we can’t finish it. The experience feels inconsistent and awkward. Overall, the good food and fresh meat are unfortunately overshadowed by the poor service and confusing portion management.

We always look forward to a hot pot experience as it is so leisurely and something we enjoy doing together. The luncheon pork they served was so tender and flavorful but I wish they had a dipping sauce counter. This place offers a meager collection of dipping sauces and charge $0.50 per helping of dipping sauce. The broth was well-seasoned with the right balance of spicy elements. The servers were very attentive.

I didn't like this place as a vegetarian. The broth options are limited and the one that I got was just filled with red chili and oil. No flavor. Just heat and oil and watery. The veggie options are limited. There is just tofu to fill you up. That itself is tasteless too. The service is very slow and poor. They forxe you to do all you can eat and never show up. You wait for more veggies to arrive. Rice never came. The salad bar area is not labeled and hard to tell if stuff is veggie or not. Very disappointing experience.

Worst experience since the restaurant recently renovated. The service is really an issue: we sat on the table and waited more than 40 mins without any meat being served. Asked the waiter a few times and only get very cold and arrogant response. The place is renovated but the floor is very slippery. It’s very dangerous for adults, not mentioning kids or seniors. The overall experience is so bad.

Our group of five waited over an hour to be seated and were informed only after seating that the restaurant was offering all-you-can-eat only, with no à la carte options. This posed a problem for vegetarians in our group, and the lack of transparency was frustrating—there was no signage or advance communication during the wait. Staff were unable to offer any alternatives when the issue was raised. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but this experience was disappointing. Better communication is needed to respect customers’ time.

Extremely disappointing experience. Our group of five waited over an hour to be seated, only to be informed afterward that the restaurant was offering only an all-you-can-eat menu—no à la carte options. This was never communicated at the entrance or during the long wait, which is especially problematic for vegetarian diners. When we raised the issue, staff showed no willingness to help. After being a loyal customer for over five years and recommending this place to many others, this lack of transparency and disregard for customers’ time ensures we won’t be returning. Long waits are acceptable; poor communication and indifference are not.

Don’t waste your time — worst service I’ve experienced in years. If I could give zero, I would do that. We waited over 1 hour with a group of 5 people just to dine in. After finally being seated at the table, we were told—only then—that they are not offering à la carte at all and are allowing only the all-you-can-eat menu. This is a serious problem when you have vegetarians in the group. An all-you-can-eat hot pot menu simply does not make sense for vegetarian diners. What makes this worse is the complete lack of transparency: • No announcement • No sign or board at the entrance • No communication while people are waiting for over an hour If this is your policy, have the basic decency to inform customers before they wait, not after seating them. When we raised this concern, the waiter’s response was essentially: “This is all we have. Sorry. We can’t help.” That’s not customer service—that’s indifference. I have been a loyal customer for more than 5 years and have personally introduced 50+ people to this place over time. Based on this experience, I am confident none of us will be coming back, and I will actively discourage others from visiting. Long wait times are understandable. Poor communication and zero regard for customers’ time are not. Extremely disappointed. We waited for a table for 7 for more than an hour, even though larger tables were available. Smaller parties of 4-5 were being seated at tables meant for 8, and we were told no tables were available for us. The hostess at the front seemed disorganized and did not manage the waitlist properly. To make things worse, parties who missed their turn and arrived 20 minutes late were added back ahead of us. After waiting so long, we were offered a table for 5 for our group of 7, or asked to wait another 20 minutes. Frustrated, we ended up squeezing in. The food was good as always, but today’s poor management ruined the experience. Sadly, I have to give just 2 stars as no one could really enjoy their meal after such a frustrating wait.”

Changed to 1 star because management changed the discount advertisement to make it more restrictive after the discount period was already advertised. It’s a shame some people are so cheap. The company sent the discount requirements but was told the manager didn’t like it. Will never eat here again because of the poor business practice. -Ate here on a Monday evening to get the $32 all you can eat special. -The options for food were great, but not quite as varied as Goku or Super Hotpot, yet the individual trays that came out were larger and the meat was cut finer, thus making the food here better overall. -Atmosphere was simple. We were sat in the back room and that was enjoyable. -Music seemed to be off a playlist they can change. -Pot came with one regular ladle and one ladle with holes, which is awesome -my soda was only $2 with refills in a heavy wine glass so that was great! -the Lego Chinese money tree was just awesome seeing it at the front counter. -Service was fast and excellent. -They have a 20% off special going on 08-31AUG2023 as shown in last picture ***discount was changed to a la cadre items only… just now (14AUG) due to management decision, NOT company decision.
