The food here is amazing. Cooked perfectly and big portions. And not a bad price. The pancakes were out favorite. So awesome. Fluffy and warm and amazing taste. Like cake almost. I had the California skillet. The potatoes were crispy and the runny egg. Holondaise sauce and plenty of cheese. It was great. We also tried the ham omelette. It was great..packed with ham. They have a pretty big menu. Nice atmosphere and lots of natural lighting. We were seated quickly and our server was really nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this place.

Quick service with massive portions for great prices that honestly can be split between 2 people. I highly recommend their omelette souffles, but all their dishes come with large portion sides. With full "side salads" and full size pancake options. There is plenty of parking in the plaza behind and they offer both indoor and outdoor seating. The only possible drawback is that their chicken alfredo felt a little greasy.

Nice restaurant, parking is a little tricky. But overall, nice establishment. They are a Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner spot. If you blink when driving by you would miss it. It's on the corner of Valco and Wolfe. It doesn't look big but it is.

2 of us ordered the French toast: 1 combo with scrambled eggs and bacon; and 1 french toast plate with bacon. French toast was delicious. Back could have been a little crispier, but otherwise meal was cooked well. Others in our group ordered chicken fried steak and ham/cheese omelette. Texas boy said chicken fried steak was delicious and better than some he has had back home. Ham & cheese omelette was well made. Large portions and everything came out perfect

My visit to this restaurant was a suggestion from a friend. I was not disappointed. I stopped in around 0930 and was able to have a 🍔 hamburger and a salad, instead of French fries. The salad was amazing and far from the typical tiny side salad a restaurant normally serves instead of French fries 🍟. My hamburger was prepared exactly as requested and it was Angus beef. The facilities were very neat, clean, and well-maintained. It was not crowded but business was flowing efficiently. The restroom was also very well maintained. I loved how there were no mops, buckets, or cleaning supplies within customers' view. Wifi is free, after asking for the password. Ramiro was my server and he should be commended for exemplary service. I would gladly return here.

Holder’s was a great find to have breakfast. The place usually has waiting, the service is a little slow, I guess because of the crowd. It’s great for lazy breakfast and brunches. I could see a good selection of beer on tap, but we were here for breakfast. The breakfast options are ample and the food portions are huge, I wish we had shared. They have boxes to go and we used a number of them to be honest and I guess we will be eating out our next day or 2 breakfast 🤪🤪. Pancakes are great and fluffy, the high protein scramble is great, loved the house coffee, fresh orange juice was nice too… Overall a great place.

Service is excellent! Waiter remembers us, talks about his day and takes our drink orders, all while keeping a steady flow and a happy demeanor. Honestly it's like watching an art form. The food is always so good and filling. It is hands down my fav breakfast food spot, even tho I get their lunch menu a lot. They get super busy but right now they have out and indoor so they sit you really fast.

I came here for brunch and ordered the Supreme Soufflé Omelette — it was excellent! The portion was large, very filling, and the texture of the soufflé was so light and fluffy. It also came with sides of my choice (I tried the crêpe and pancake), and both were delicious. I would definitely order this again. My friend, however, ordered the Steak Diablo, and unfortunately it was a huge disappointment. The steak was very tough and didn’t taste fresh at all — honestly one of the worst steaks we’ve had. So, our experiences were very different depending on what we ordered. On the bright side, the service was wonderful. Our server was super sweet, attentive, and accommodating, which made the visit pleasant overall. Despite the mixed experience with the food, I’d come back for takeout just for the soufflé dishes!

Nice place to hangout. They have plenty of indoor and outdoor sitting. Unlike other brunch places, they do not close in the afternoon. You can get bottomless mimosa and hang out there with friends. The food was okay. I liked the pancakes. Baileys was also nice with whipped cream.

Is it benedict eggs??? No :( Unfortunately… Yes, eggs benedict is definitely not, but everything was very, very tasty! We ordered a dish for everyone and a dessert for shares and it was a very good decision! Unfortunately the service was terrible. The waiters did not understand English and, for example, at our request to bring an additional cup for coffee, they brought a cup of coffee that was included in the bill. My husband just wanted less coffee in his cup because he adds a lot of milk to his coffee. Unfortunately, almond milk is not available, although most places have had it for a long time... I would like to note that the margarita was very tasty and it was worth visiting this establishment just for that reason! But I recommend learning how to make eggs benedict correctly. We didn't have time to order, so we ate as we were served

Really enjoyed the fresh juicy salad. Chicken on the special menu was delicious, big shrimp with nicely cooked chicken, and artichoke! With good rice and veggies! Food portion is huge, great price, very good service - they were out of clam chowder when we ordered, but our waitress brought out an extra clam chowder for us when it was available again, really nice of her!

Huge portions! We had the Chili Omelet, Denver Omelet and a special Chile Verde Omelet. All the plates had enormous portions. We asked for our hashbrowns to be done extra crispy but they were served very soft. It almost felt like steamed, shredded potatoes with very little flavor and we unfortunately could not eat more than couple bites. The omelettes however were delicious. The pancakes that came on the side were huge too! Additionally, we also ordered orange juice and mimosas, both of which were refreshing. The staff was friendly and quick. The ambience was airy and vibrant.
