Came here for my Mom's birthday and it was so worth it. A bunch of family and family friends came and everyone enjoyed themselves very much. The salad bar was fantastic and the different types of steaks very to die for! If you haven't tried this place, it's a must! Put it on your bucket list and bring your whole family! 5 stars!

He went above and beyond to make our evening special — incredibly attentive, gracious, and genuinely caring. His professionalism and warmth made us feel truly welcomed and valued. Luciano ensured every detail was perfect, from the flow of service to making sure our table was well taken care of. The food was outstanding, flavorful, and beautifully presented. With service and hospitality like this, it’s easy to see why this restaurant stands out. Highly recommend — especially if Luciano is on duty!

I went to Galpão Gaúcho Brazilian Steakhouse and ordered two Lamb Chop appetizers. They came out really fast, cooked exactly the way I asked, and they were absolutely delicious, full of flavor! The service was excellent as well. Managers Sidinei and Luciano are very charismatic and attentive, truly doing an exceptional job. Great experience, I definitely recommend and will be back again.

Galpão Gaucho is a carnivore’s dream come true! The service is great, with staff so friendly you’ll want to invite them to your next barbecue. The beef ribs and short ribs? Pure, meaty bliss—keep ‘em coming! The cheese with honey and grilled pineapple with cinnamon sugar are sweet, drool-worthy perfection; I’d return just for those. The salad bar is solid, adding some vibrant colors to your plate to balance the meat coma. 😆 A must-visit for meat lovers!

Very amazing experience I have dining at this restaurant. We usually come here for a Brazilian Steakhouse dinner. The ambiance is very fancy and modern. They have a buffet where people can get food before they get served with all types of meats. I would advise not to get too much from the buffet because they tend to serve you a lot and you might get full. Speaking of that, they have like cards where you can flip them if you want them to still serve you meat. The cheese bread was amazing and this is actually my first time trying golden steak! I’m surprised that when I came in, there were so many people and by the time we’re almost done, literally there were more empty seats. It’s really a good time coming here whenever you have celebrations. Highly recommended for you to dine here!

Overall my second Brazilian steak house experience and I'll say it was better then the first. All the meats were pretty good, nothing stood out too heavily from each other but that's fine. Priced pretty competitively as well, for first timers I'd highly recommend this spot. Oh and their tres leches cake was pretty nice.

I've seen some mixed reviews, but my experience was overall positive. The service was impressively fast. We managed to try nearly everything on the menu in under 45 minutes. When my wife requested her lamb chop well done, our server not only remembered but made sure to bring it to our table multiple times throughout the meal. That kind of attentiveness makes a difference. The staff also give great recommendations. We were hesitant about the chicken hearts, but one of the servers encouraged us to give them a shot. Turns out, we loved them. These folks clearly know their menu. Is it pricey? It can be, if you don't have a game plan for a Brazilian buffet. My tip: if you notice the servers cycling through the same cuts, just let them know you'd like to try something different, they're happy to accommodate. That said, I think it's absolutely worth it, especially the weekday lunch. One last piece of advice. check out the menu before you go, and don't hesitate to tell the servers exactly what you want to eat.

2025.08.30, Saturday, 5pm, reservation for 19 people. Total bill was $1,747.04, we tipped 20% so almost $2,000. Positives: Service was AMAZING 👏👏👏 very attentive and checks in with our table constantly. The cheese and salad bar was fantastic with huge variety of choices! Negatives: The meat was “okay”, I don’t know what’s the rave about meat. I rather pay $100 for 4 course meal with incredible quality than $100 for this all you can eat steaks with mediocre quality.

It’s my first time coming to this restaurant. I came for a birthday shindig. I’ve experienced the same type of Brazilian restaurant. I can’t complain the food was/is amazing. This place is an all you can eat of whatever type meal you choose. Since I knew what I was to experience I decided to have the seafood and salad option. I know I cannot eat all the meat they’ll serve and I would get too full. I’m not saying you shouldn’t though. But the seafood and salad option is the same eat all you. The service was great. The people I was with all had meat options and they just kept coming non-stop. They give you a token that when you want to take a break just flip the token and they’ll stop. Pretty cool right?!? The ambiance is beautiful. Quite fancy. Good for a date night however it can get very loud. Now the food tastes great and all the meat you can eat is wonderful but in my opinion it’s a bit pricey. This is not a place I would do a big dinner party in.

I was really excited to try Galpão Gaucho since it's often mentioned as one of the best Brazilian steakhouses in the Bay Area. We had a reservation and were seated right away on a weekend, which I appreciated. We ended up being seated in the very back corner of the covered patio area. It wasn't very busy yet and I noticed some empty tables inside, but I didn't ask to move since I figured those were probably reserved (who knows). Still, being tucked away in the corner kind of took away from the experience. We felt pretty far from the main dining area, so we didn't really get to enjoy the ambience or see much of the gold foil beef preparation they're known for. The servers would just bring slices over to us. There were also a couple of times when the meat servers skipped our table (it happened twice), which I think may have been because of where we were seated. We tried to call him but he already turned his back on us so we just let it go. It was dinner time too and it eventually got cold but they didn't turn on the heater. I saw other diners were wearing their jackets whilst eating. As for the food, it was okay but not especially memorable. For the price, I was expecting something that felt more elevated or unique. Instead, it felt more like eating at a regular buffet rather than having a standout brazilian steakhouse experience. Overall, I left feeling disappointed and didn't think it was worth the price. Unfortunately, I don't think we'll be back.

One of the most overrated, mediocre Brazilian steakhouses I've ever been to. I tried every cut almost everything was over cooked and chewy, nothing was tender even the picanha. Genuinely one of the worst Brazilian steakhouses experiences I have ever had in terms of the food. The best part of the whole meal was the mash potatoes tbh best mash potatoes I've ever had at Brazilian steakhouse and the creme brulee which also was the best creme brulee I've ever had so two stars for that lol if it wasn't for those two itd be a 1 star. Let's put it this way, I ate for free as part of a company dinner and I still want my money back 😂

The service here is truly excellent — everyone was very attentive and kind. However, the food was not as good as we expected. I went with my husband, and at one point I got up to the buffet to get something for him. An employee told me, in a rude way, that I couldn’t eat. I explained that the food was for my husband because I’m currently on a liquid diet and not eating solid food. He even went to confirm it. The same employee was also the one who later brought my husband’s birthday cake, but didn’t say “happy birthday” or anything — just placed the cake on the table and left. My husband didn’t eat it either, and he only liked one of the cuts of meat. Aside from that situation, the rest of the service was exceptional. Everyone else was very polite and professional, and that really made a difference in our experience.
