I picked up wings here on my way to the hotel so I wouldn't have to get out again. I ordered 15 bone in wings. Half hot buffalo and half asain. They tasted great flavor wise! The only complaint I have is that they were a little dry inside which is always a bummer. The food was fast getting out to me (probably like 5 minutes) and the bathrooms were clean. There was plenty of open parking available thankfully. My total with just the 15 wings came out to be 23.50 which is a bit pricey honestly.

Suggestion...since this is a wings place, either have paper towels/napkins readily available on each table, or make sure to bring them out with the food. The guy who brought my wings out said he would bring napkins, which he did not. So my food got cold waiting to get the attention of a server on a busy day. Wings require napkins lol

The onion rings were overly greasy and soggy, with a heavy batter that slid right off. The oiliness completely ruined the flavor—definitely not worth ordering again. I didn’t send them back, as I didn’t want to risk retaliation.

I ordered the ultimate nachos and there was so few toppings on there I was basically eating chips with a drizzle of toppings. Not what I would expect from ultimate nachos. This place is always freezing cold that it is almost unbearable to actually sit and eat your food comfortably.

We came to try the $9.99 bottomless appetizers, and overall, everything was just… okay. To start, our server seemed very inexperienced. Whenever we asked a question, we never got a clear answer—she would talk around it until we eventually gave up and moved on. It wasn’t the best service experience. The atmosphere didn’t help either. The restaurant was unusually warm for a dining space, and with the dim lighting, it was hard to understand why it felt so stuffy inside. As for the food, it was just average. We tried all the appetizers: the fried pickles were the biggest letdown—the batter was undercooked and had a strange, gooey texture. The mozzarella sticks were fine but forgettable. The chips and queso were the same—nothing special. We also ordered wings, which were cooked extra well-done as I requested, but still, the flavor was just okay. Overall, it was a mediocre visit: warm, uncomfortable atmosphere, bland food, and lackluster service.

Went to Buffalo Wild Wings after thanksgiving day , it was pretty quiet , did order many spicy flavors wing . We did order about 21 wings . It was pretty good . I’m not sure if I compare price vs food quality I don’t think is matching . This food should be little more cheaper .

I will first say service was great here. I went around 4 in the afternoon and the place was almost empty. There are lots of TVs to watch all of you favorite games at once. I ordered boneless wings and they weren’t great at all- they were just okay. They didn’t taste that fresh. The seasoning on the wings were good. I had jerk chicken and Buffalo. I do like that they have the option to pay online once you have your receipt in case you are in a hurry.

This was my first visit, and I went inside for a take out order. I noticed the restaurant was very clean and lively despite coming in the early afternoon. The staff was attentive and friendly! I ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich which came with fries. I'm striving to determine what the best chicken sandwich is in my local area and this was an obvious choice to try. My expectations were high, as the restaurant looked very nice! However I can honestly say that I was disappointed in both the sandwich and the fries. The chicken sandwich was pricier than several of the competitors, costing me just over $11. Despite the price, the size and generosity of the seasoning was not there. Also there was this strange Brown plastic piece in my sandwich- included in one of my pictures. The fries also were nothing to brag about. The fries were very stringy, greasy, and severely lacked seasoning - especially considering the cost. As odd as it sounds, you could place these fries next to McDonald's french fries, and you really wouldn't know the difference. My food came out hot but I waited about 25 minutes which seemed long for the order, and that there was only 2 other tables besides me. Ultimately, I'd have to give the Nashville hot chicken sandwich a 6 out of 10 - and this is excluding the piece of plastic I found in my sandwich. Although the chicken sandwich, in my opinion, a great disappointment, I would be happy to try the wings next time.

Friendly FYI

Tried ordering ahead of time by website but couldn’t access all options. Using iPhone…walked in and ordered in person. Took awhile but I’m sure it’s because it was still lunch time kinda (1:50p) oh and I ordered extra salt and vinegar rub because last time I got em they were barely flavored. They charged for that and extra blue cheese. Kinda sucks, as it’s already pricey.

I called in a pickup using the app. It was very easy to make the order. There were wing flavors listed that the location didn't carry anymore. The biggest problem was with the lemon pepper wings. They were old and very dry. Overall, the wings were smaller than the wings I had at the Denton location a day earlier. The service at the pickup station was easy and pleasant. The staff was nice.

In town for business. Googled this location, it’s the closest to my hotel. Here now. Ordered wings while at the bar. The restaurant is probably 85% empty. The wings were finally delivered. Extremely slow service, the quality of the wings was poor at best. To top it off bartender has a terrible attitude. I literally witnessed a customer come to the bar and ask to cancel his order because it was over 30 minutes since he placed his order and he still had not received the wings. The bartender said “it takes 20 minutes to cook the wings and there are other orders ahead of yours”. As he walked away after canceling his order the bartender said “there are other restaurants that sale wings”. Incredible. In this environment I chose “not” to use my credit card to pay my check, I gave her cash for the exact amount. She closed my check but did not bring me a receipt. I asked for the receipt, she walked from behind the bar to some other area and returned with my receipt, dropping it on the bar. Leaving now, my tip - $0.00!!

Ordered ahead of time for pick up. Order was not ready. Waited 35minutes! Only comment from staff “it is a large order”. I don’t care, why then offer the option to order ahead? Place to dine in is completely empty so not sure why kitchen took so long.

First time the pickup line is crazy, kitchen is not well organized, there is a big line to pick up and no one has make a comment on the waiting, more than 15 mins without anyone showing up Update after 1 hr and 15 mins we got our cold wings. Some other folks that were trying to pick up food were not "lucky" as we were. Only a sorry we cannot do anything kitchen is busy, that's for sure but the unorganized kitchen is not customers fault

Store needs to be investigated on levels of food order fraud. Just accepting orders and never making them. New owner or just shut down and sell the spot. Wings are barely even better than Whataburger wings

Avoid this place at all cost. The extremely rude blonde manager needs to go. Her attitude is atrocious. Theres a reason 95% of the restaurant is empty during football season and Twin Pweaks a few blocks away is packed. I will be calling corporate. I was sought out by the manager because the last time I cane I told her boss the regional manager how rude she was. Within 15 minutes 3 other customers were cussing out the staff for being rude.

Update: we go here for an affordable dinner, but the kitchen is absolute crap. Again tonight I was served cold wings and slightly warm potato wedges. No table touch by a manager. Second set of wings was still only "warm" because the had been sitting under the warmer while they waited for the remake of wedges. How could I tell, you ask? Because the tray was hot as all get out and the wings were visibly old. There is genuinely a lack of competency in kitchen staff and management. Maybe a one star review will prompt a response, but I doubt it. Original: Bar service is good, food mediocre. Bathrooms are vile. Feces on the men's bathroom floor. Women's restroom a complete icebox with toilet paper confetti everywhere. Literally there was poop all over the floor in the men's room tonight and the women's room was and always is 20 degrees colder than the dining room. The kitchen staff clearly isnt trained or do not care. Food comes out maybe warm-ish but most of the time it's completely cold. Wings are never sauced appropriately at all, you get 3x too much or almost none. Do not recommend eating unless you want a meh experience for your meal. Bartenders are all good, the only redeeming aspect of the restaurant.

Had a pick up order for lots of boneless wings. Everyone who ate them didn’t finish more than half the wings because the chicken was nasty. Chewy in some spots, weird coloration in others. Pretty close to never getting bww again

Absolutely horrible service! We waited over an hour for our to go order just for the wings to be cold, nasty celery, and no order of fries. We asked for our money back and to cancel the order but were told we couldn’t. There’s absolutely no way I’ll ever step foot into this restaurant again.
