My very first time ordering from this place. It was recommended to me by a co-worker for a good lunch. Geez, they were not wrong! I got the Seared Ancho Chicken bowl and it was absolutely delicious. Everything was made perfectly. The egg was such a great addition to it I loved every bit of it. It had the perfect level of spice and flavor. I'm always happy to try somewhere for the first time and have my expectations exceeded. I definitely will be coming back to try some more dishes!

Food was great. But it was pretty obvious one of the servers didn't want to serve me. No receipt was given and I was overcharged. All good. Never again.

The Hispanic young girl with the snakebites piercing and brown hair is so unpleasant. Rude, mean mugging everyone, and short with customers. It was my first time here and she made the experience awful. She was not helpful and made me feel bad for simply ordering. Everyone else working there were nice, smiling, and easy to work with. Food was good and store was clean.

Malibu Apothecary

As someone who used to be a big fan of this restaurant, it is just not the same. The burrito was over $20 and was basically all rice and very little meat. The ingredients weren’t mixed up. The portions are big so that is a benefit but I really don’t think the recipe quality is what it used to be. I went to the first location in Rockwall when it opened and used to taste so much more flavorful with affordable pricing

I just went to the location on 1152 N.Buckner Blvd#128 Dallas,Tx 75128.It was my first and last time going.The young ladies that were working had an attitude, even the customers behind me said they always have an attitude. I drove from my part of town which is Cedar Hill, Tx. We don't have a Chiloso and I didn't want Chipotle. And they were just dumping the toppings in any kind of way.I asked if the steak was fresh, their was an attitude about that,I also asked if they had anymore rice?I used to be a supervisor in the hospitality and restaurant business. I would say that the staff at this location needs to be trained to provide better customer service.Also they need to make sure that all food containers are not empty on the food line when serving.It's not a good luck when customers approach the counter.

The only reason that I’m giving a 2 rating is because of the gentleman that prepared the drink for me. The girls that prepared the food was looking at each other giggling as I placed my order. When I walked in at 8:00 pm they were already preparing to shut down. I do not even think she put my burrito on the grill. It does not close until 9:00. Everything was a mess. Food was everywhere. It was not presentable. I should Have just left. My food was cold and messy. I really enjoyed the place the first time, so I’m really sad that this time was horrible.

My husband and I have been eating here for 2 years and regularly get the flautas. The past couple times we have ordered from this restaurant the portion was only half of what it used to be but more expensive than before. The quality of the food has been inconsistent and it's really disappointing when we spend 40+ every time we eat here. My husband ordered a bowl recently and it was basically soup with undercooked vegetables. I'm not sure if they're trying to cut costs or make better profit but if the quality of food remains this way I'm sure they will lose more customers like ourselves.

Too expensive, I could get double portion at Chipotle and still pay less for a steak bowl & guac. And thats after an hour wait and missing ingredients. Smh. Wanted to give it a try because people raved about it. Not worth the price or long wait.

Poor customer service, employee who assisted with putting together a 'sad chicken bowl' for +$13 seemed like she did not want to be there. Food portions are not what I expected and got two of the same bowls for a total amount of about $30. Definitely not worth the cost compared to the other 'bowl restaurant' competitors, especially the one down the road. It was my first time visiting, will be my last time as well. Food is not bad which is important, portions can be much better though. I’m only rating two stars because the food was decent but the employee definitely left a bad taste.

Terrible terrible service from RICHARD!!!! I had an extremely disappointing experience with Richard. His customer service was terrible from start to finish. He was dismissive and , rude. Good customer service is about communication and respect, and unfortunately Richard showed neither. I left the interaction feeling frustrated. Based on this experience, I would not recommend doing business with Chiloso if you value being treated with courtesy and care!! They need to hire better people!

I came in really looking forward to my dinner, but left totally grossed out. The guy making my order was wearing gloves, but then he touched everything—his face, the counters, some dirty dishes, even other employees—without ever changing them. The gloves were already looking pretty nasty by the time he started handling my food. I was completely disgusted. I mentioned it to a couple of other workers, like, "Hey, he really needs fresh gloves," but nothing changed. I know I should've said something to him directly, but he just wasn’t paying attention to anything, even right before handing my burrito to the next person. I ended up paying and taking the food home, but once I got there, I just couldn't bring myself to eat it. The whole thing felt really unsanitary. Food safety is such a basic thing. Really disappointing

I visited this place recently and was disappointed with the level of service. While the food itself was okay, the staff’s behavior was very unprofessional. Employees were laughing, joking loudly, and seemed more focused on each other than on customers. When I asked a question about my order, the response felt dismissive and immature. A restaurant should have a welcoming and respectful environment, and unfortunately this experience did not meet that expectation. With better staff training and professionalism, this place could improve significantly. Would not recommend coming here.

First & last time I will come here. Food is overpriced, no flavor/seasoning, they ran out of rice & the drink station was a mess. Kitchen staff was all over the place. The only thing we enjoyed the most was our drinks and chips/queso even though chips were stale. Not worth the hype, I'll stick to Chipotle.

I recently visited the Dallas location of Chiloso Mexican Bistro, and I must say it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Having previously enjoyed amazing service at the Frisco location, I was shocked by the complete opposite experience here. I ordered a chicken bowl, but upon returning to my office, I discovered it contained pork. Due to religious reasons, I cannot consume pork, and I felt very upset and sick knowing it was in my meal. I returned to the restaurant to speak with the manager, hoping to resolve the issue. I was informed that the beans I chose contained pork, but there was no indication or way for me to know this, as I assumed they were vegetable beans. When I requested a refund, the manager was extremely hostile and unkind. She spoke in Spanish to a colleague in a derogatory manner, which I understood and found deeply offensive. I felt degraded, unwelcome, and as if I was being treated as a problem rather than a valued customer. Despite remaining calm and explaining my situation politely, she refused to issue a refund, stating I needed a receipt. I explained that I wasn’t given a receipt but showed the transaction on my Apple Pay and credit card. However, she still did not help me. The entire encounter left me feeling disrespected and humiliated. This was the worst service I have ever received, and I would strongly advise against speaking with this manager or visiting this location. For anyone who values decent customer service and respectful treatment, I cannot recommend this place. My experience was truly disheartening, and I hope no one else has to go through what I did. I will provide the mangers name also, did not obtain it during that interaction.
