Ordered the brisket sandwiches, jalepeno beans and mashed potatoes and all were delicious and tasty! The brisket is perfectly cooked and flavorful and the BBQ sauce is on point! Not to mention the customer service here is amazing - the man cashing us out made sure he offered us drinks and other condiments like pickles/onions/jalapeños. Enjoyed this meal and would definitely eat at Dickey’s again!

Like all barbeque it's overpriced. Like all bbq in Texas, you don't get just enough on the plate or sandwich. I'm always hungry an hour later. Same here but nobody comes in this Dickies. Usually 3 to 1. 3x employees and me.its fast for pickup. I've never stayed something maybe the town knows. New to the neighborhood me and others. The horror show investigationb and poltergeist entity kept secret is in the walk in freezer during the day..

Well... if I wanted deconstructed cheese fries, then I would have ordered that. It's absurd and kind of funny. I won't be ordering from this place for a while.

The day that we visited, the air conditioning was out. They had two large fans going. It was quite warm inside. The tables were dirty and wiped down ourselves, especially the toddler chairs. We had the loaded baked potato, which was good. Only downside, you had to add your own condiments, butter, sour cream, and cheese from pre-made small containers, and if you wanted more, you had to pay for them. Hopefully, they will get the air fixed soon.

I can say I must have come right after lunch but this place was very peaceful and quite I loved my jerky brisket slider! I’m glad my crown fell off last week if not this would have surely done it lol!

I order Large bake with no meat and they gave me these little bitty containers with a small amount of toppings for this huge potatoe and so with that being said i felt as i needed more then 1 of each topping knowing it was so large sad to say i had to throw half of it away because it had no toppings left to cover it.. My fiancee had a 2 meat plate which had ribs & brisket 2 sides he said his was pretty good, just lacked flavor really..but tender n juicy.. Sides were good 2.. We spent 32$ on some food i could have made at home MYSelf definitely won't be going back.. Oh and the Mac n cheese was so horrible i couldn't even eat it just trashed it as well.. I thought the food would have been much better then what i got.

This is quite literally the worst Dickeys I've ever visited. I've personally worked at one in the past, and know what to expect. This was honestly atrocious. Our meats were absolutely dry and flavourless, the tables were dirty, and the bathroom wasn't very kept. The best part of the experience was the soda and the fried okra since that was 100% made fresh. The brisket and Ribs looked and tasted like they'd been over cooked for hours and from the day before as left overs reheated. I genuinely don't recommend this place to anyone at all. At least the owner was friendly

BEWARE! BEWARE! We ate there and like a lot of places because we like to believe we aren't being cheated, we didn't check the receipt while there. Later checked the receipt and found that the tip amount had been increased and a renew/recycle fee had been added as well! I specifically remember the tip amount I wrote on the paper receipt they keep! They will never get my service again!

When I picked up my online order the food was cold and the order severely lacking of food.. I even ordered extra meats cause it was for 2 peopleand it was barely enough for one person much less 2. I opened the food there are questioned where's the rest of what ordered the person there was rude and told me that's what ordered and what's what I get .. I'm infuriated by this and will not be coming back since I got treated so badly

Horrible service, couldn’t believe how little amount of food I was served for the 3 meat plate option. I figured it would at least be a decent amount considering the price. Not even a third of the plate was what I received. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Took my fiance to go eat here Man all I can say is two thumbs down absolutely horrible for one it's overpriced, to the servings suck, three is just one good at all. I would not recommend Dickey's BBQ to anyone I'll wear around the board It is absolutely horrible!

I did not look other reviews until returning from the bad experience! Looks like the air conditioner is off for more than 3 Weeks!!! My first feeling was leaving when get into the restaurant but thought just take to go order. The food portion is very small, the beef brisket and pull pork is ok but I feel the meet are out there without AC for quite long time. No sauce on common areas. They do not have typical toast rolls and they charge more if you want additional slide bread ( they only have ONE free slide bread even with a 2 meet combo). Dickey’s BBQ should take the ownership back from the current owner. Really ruin the brand!

Absolutely the worst barbecue I’ve ever had. I got a half pound of brisket to go and the guy had to pull a new brisket out and remove the Saran Wrap before cutting. It was so hard he couldn’t even hack into it and was trying to find pieces to put into the to go container. The new family that owns it has taken it completely down the tubes. They had me pay before I received the brisket. When I got home it looked like shoe leather and I tasted it and immediately spit it into the sink. Absolutely disgusting. I should have known when I went in on a Sunday and no one was there. They don’t have pickles, sauce or anything else out like they used to have. So sad to see as this place used to be packed out on the regular. They’re franchises so we will be going to a different location. Don’t even attempt it. You’ll be wasting your money.

I already had a bad experience once and new the food was questionable. However, I was pressed for time, and I thought, how bad can they mess up a bake potato. My question was answered. I will never go back. I paid $10, and it's going to the trash.
