Chill spot! The service was great! The food was even better!! I had the crab 🥑 enchiladas!! I've considered making crab enchiladas and would have no idea where to start! No need to worry now, Desperado's has it covered!!! I will definitely be going back!! I had the cheesecake chimmi changa as well, so good!!
Amazing! Wonderful decor with a warm, chill vibe. Wonderful margaritas. I ordered 5 time winning margarita which they can make frozen or on the rocks. It is so refreshing. You can really taste the lime juice. The service was amazing. I had never been here before and the waiter was so informative. He helped me order this delicious trio platter that wasn't on the menu. It came with their famous tacos, carna asada, and bacon wrapped shrimp, rice and a huge salad. This place easily became my favorite Mexican restaurant.
I absolutely love coming here! Willie always has the best customer service and makes the experience amazing! :)
We moved here a few years ago and are happy we found these guys. They’ve become one of our favorite places. Always friendly, good food, and good service. We were there just last Sunday and served again by one of their managers Wilibaldo. He’s always friendly, helpful, and takes care of us. Look through their menu carefully and consider what sounds good to you. All Mexican restaurants are not created equally. My favorite dishes here were not my favorites at other similar restaurants. This was recommended to us by friends, now I’m recommending it to you. Be sure to check out the Churros for dessert!
Jovana was terrific in making recommendations and serving us some tasty Texmex today at the original Desperadoes in Dallas. She was so friendly and a great advertisement for the restaurant. Brilliant!
We had the best time tonight! What made it stand out the most was our server, Ricardo. He was hilarious — had us laughing the entire time — but also incredibly attentive. He anticipated what we needed before we even had to ask, gave great recommendations, and made sure everything came out just right. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does, and it made all the difference. The margaritas are ALWAYS on point. We visit OFTEN— and next time we come I’ll definitely be asking for Ricardo!
Love coming to this place! It's a Dallas icon - food is great & the prices are far superior to the competition. Grayson took excellent care of us this time - as to be expected from the entire staff!
I have been eating here since I was a small kid and now I'm 40. I come about once a week and have always loved the food and service. Guadalupe Gutierrez rocks, Jake rocks!
I am a frequent flyer here and this time was special. Our server was Liam, and he was great.
This place is the BEST in Dallas for Mexican food, especially Wednesday’s for $2 margs (they do cut you off at 3!). The 2 different salsas are fantastic, love the warm one it’s so unique! The sopaipilla is good, I just really love the cheesecake spin though, these are original. Pictured is the Kahlua Cake, definitely recommend!
We just stopped by for drinks but the bartender-ess was friendly and accommodating. A quick drop-in and we’ll be back! The margarita was delicious, by the way!
Food was absolutely amazing, and Ricky was the most awesome server I’ve ever had.
We went here on the Taco and Margaritas tour. We sampled queso, taco and margaritas. This was my favorite and the group’s favorite on the tour. They make traditional tacos - including making their own shell which is hands down the best I have ever had. The shell is toasty but soft and flavorful. They have been making them this way for 45 years. Also the margaritas were great (another tour favorite) and so was the queso. Try some queso on your taco. Other excellent traditional Mexican dishes as well. Full bar available and great service. Note the pictures are of our sample not a full dinner plate.
As always, the drinks and food were amazing. Today, our bartender Saul was also outstanding. Can’t wait til we come back!!!
Came here to celebrate my niece's bday and it was a pleasant surprise. The place is a bit back from the street. If it hadn't of been for the big sign by the street we would of missed it. The inside has a semi-dark ambiance that's nice and cozy. Two eating areas share a double sideded fire place, a large one is in the back part of the restaurant and then they have the bar area with a large portrait of Panch Villa. I loves the music that was playing (different genres of Mexican music). The wait staff was very attentive and quick on their feet. It was the bst service I've had in a long while! The food was amazing. So many different flavors that I had never had before. It's spices and flavors that come from different regions of Mexico that I'm not regularly exposed to. It's more central Mexico style. It was a nice change. We also ordered their award winning Margarita. It was worth the price! You only need one to get a buzz! We were blissfully delighted by the end of our meal! We already want to come back! LOL That patio looked very nice, maybe when the weather gets warmer we can try it out.
One of our favorite Mexican restaurants! Tonight, Wilibaldo was our server and was excellent, very attentive. The food was delicious as always. The roasted salsa, queso and beef fajitas are our faves.
It was the best Texmex food I have ever had. Beside been just near my house I never went. But really the food is amazing 🤩. The ambience is like old cowboy style and food is very authentic. The gauc was out of the world. They also have a very good veg option so you do-not have to worry..! Must go place
Cute building and kindness staff. Isaac is the best! He went out of his way to return my daughters shoe, which I didn't even realize had fallen off! Delicious food and salsas!
I come to desperados all the time, but this time was excepcional. The food was on today, and our server Liam was sublime.
The food was amazing 10/10! My kids are very picky about food but today they ate their plate clean 🫶🏻 ! Margarita was fire and the desperados shrimp tacos were fire too! Def coming back!
I got the carne Argentina and it was absolutely amazing. The Chimichurri was so fresh and the beef cooked perfectly. The potatoes and sauce that came alone with it tasted so good and very authentic! My whole table said they were getting my dish next time they come. 10/10 thank you!
Selvin was so attentive and kind! Such a great waiter, cheerful and accommodating! Desperado's, best Mexican food in DFW, hands down!! They have catered several parties for us, too! Always delicious!!!
Had a great Friday night here. The food was great and our waitress Jovana was even better. She was quick on her feet and answered all of our questions. I’ll definitely be back and ask for her by name.
Great food, great service, and a fun atmosphere! Everything was fresh and flavorful, and the staff was friendly and fast. Definitely a go-to spot for texmex food—highly recommend!
Food is great as always . Service is wonderful , I met a friend for lunch . We showed up by 11:30am . When we left the restaurant was filling up quickly..
Guadalupe is FANTASTIC! She is such a responsive waitress, great with her service. She always knows what the menu items are. She is so thoughtful also to our privacy needs. But she is wonderful with our party happiness.
I’ve literally driven by this place everyday for years & never went. Well today I made it a point to go and I’m so very glad I did. When I tell you the food was PHENOMENAL, I honestly mean it! I can’t believe I’ve never been but that’s over. Already told a few friends how great everything was and planning on going with my hubby soon. I had the Desperados Tacos w/beef & chicken and a small guacamole, chips & salsa. Everything was delicious! I’ll be back ASAP!
Greyson is the best server!! My friends and I have been coming here for weeks, and we request him every time! The best vibe, excellent service, and just adds to the experience!! If you come, ask for him! You will not be disappointed!!
Great service, and the food was good. Santiago was very helpful and recommended a good drink.
Guadelupe Gutierrez was a great server!!!!! Super attentive and was the best waitress I’ve had here!!! Always smiling and happy to help. Highly recommend.
I had a very good experience our server Saul was super excellent my first time being there definitely recommend service excellent
Saul was a great server! He was very attentive and very polite. I will definitely be coming back.
The environment was perfect for the happy hour we attended. Our server Saul was great and very attentive. Would definitely come back for the margaritas.
Come here and order the Desperados Tacos with beef. Trust me. Claimed to be a “dallas best” I was like “I’ll see about that!”. It is. It is Dallas’ best. (They’re also discounted Thursday’s after 4!) Sweet family owned place. Servers are great. Prices super reasonable. Patio available! Happy hour M-F 11-7 and all day Sunday! House margs are $3!!!!! All day Wednesday!
Had a great experience. I believe the managers names was Santiago and he helped check up on us and recommended some great margaritas. Will definitely come back.
Saul was AMAZING! Already loved Desperados, but he made it even better. Made all of our drinks custom and got the food out insanely quick. Of course we will be back!
We have been coming here for years!! The Desperados Tacos are our favorite in Dallas. The staff are wonderful and always so warm. Love love love this place! P.S. Maria is the best!! She is such a kind and attentive server!
Best Tex-Mex, closest to the Real Deal. Cozy, Ducked off Vibes. Good Drinks, Good Food. Jake, The Owners son is very Welcoming. I come here every chance I get! Their dishes are very Delicious. Steak Argentina. Crab Enchiladas. The Crispy Brisket Tacos. The Shrimp n Cactus Guiso. All Their Chicken Entrees as well. Great Lunch specials and Drinks Too!
Great experience, polite and attentive staff, and the food was so yummy! If you’re looking for a delicious meal, get the tacos adobados!!! Highly recommend this place!
We love this Desperados! Saul always goes above and beyond! They are all so friendly and positive! The food never disappoints and we will definitely be back!
My friend and I came for lunch last Tuesday and our server, Saul, was amazing. He was personable, friendly, complimented me, attentive, quick, and an overall great server and person. The atmosphere is cozy, the dishes are tasteful, pricing is reasonable and fair, presentation of the food is a plus, and portions are generous. I had the ceviche , see photo. 🙂 The salsa is also delicious. I cant wait to come back! Saul is a huge factor in us returning again.
Oh boy let me tell you about this place. I was in town for a soccer tournament and found this place. I'm so glad that we did. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The owner was there and he was top notch!! Now to the part you guys really want to know about. The food. I don't know who they have in that kitchen but good lord almighty they can cook!!! Everything we had was absolutely delicious! I had the chicken fajitas and a buddy of mine had the Desperados Tacos. We shared our food and both didn't disappoint. That was the best taco I've ever had. If I'm ever back in Dallas I'll definitely be going back.
Great food! I've gotten two meals to go and they were both very tasty. First one was the Tex Mex meal with a cheese enchilada and puffed beef taco. The enchiladas come with a chili con carne type sauce. The puffed taco was kind of hard to eat but still good. The second meal I got was the Desperado Tacos with beef. These were incredible and I highly recommend them. I got all of this food for about $11 so definitely worth it. Both meals came with a huge bag of chips and salsa which I wasn't expecting because I did take out. The salsa was nice, not too spicy but has a good kick. Great chips too. Had plenty left over for a later snack.
Excellent restaurant I've been passing by several times that I haven't looked into until pulling it up on Google maps. With a rating over a 4.0, great reviews, and pictures of their dishes are sure to trigger an appetite, I figured it's time to give this place a try! My mom and I went the Sunday before labor day, were told it was going to be a 25min wait, but we're seated in ten minutes. I love the dim atmosphere and the decor, it is very nice. Our waitress was very nice and attentive, and the food was spectacular! Excellent authentic chips and salsa was enough to get carried away with, but had to save room for their award winning Desperados homemade chicken tacos and a side of refried beans! I'm really a fan of corn tortillas, but the way these flour tortillas are prepared gives these tacos an amazing bite, and they're so good! My mom did enjoy her steak fajitas, which I could smell from across the table. I will definitely return and would love to be your new regulars!
Closest thing to perfect tex-mex I've had. Chimichanga with chicken was bursting with flavor, and the queso was practically the platonic idea of queso in terms of both texture and taste.
Eat here once if you visit Dallas. I always make a trip if I'm in town. Margs are very good. Gotta say the desperado tacos, the steak, and bacon wrapped shrimp were fantastic! Crab enchiladas were also really good. The owners son was there and went out of his way to make us feel welcome and taken care of.
Love this place!! Every time we go we ask for our sever to be Abigail, she is amazing. I would recommend the chicken enchiladas they 100% delicious. Also, make sure to try the margaritas
We have been going here for years! The food is always good and fresh and the service is great! The manager always comes to check on you to make sure everything is good. One of our faves!
Very nice, we’re visiting family in Texas and met up with some friends at the airport and stopped at desperado‘s for Mexican food recommended by our friends son, from the moment we walked in We were greeted with a very family, friendly atmosphere, The father was leaving for the day” passing out candy for Halloween” the son was taking over there family owned business, we were treated very nicely, let me say we’re from Southern California, moving to North Florida we’ve had a difficult time finding really good Mexican food, we were pleasantly surprised eating at this establishment as the food was excellent, I ordered a chili Riano, my wife got the Desperados flautas, biggest a best chili Riano I’ve ever eaten, my wife said her food was excellent also, Our friends were really impressed with their food as well ❤️
We had a wonderful dinner on Valentine’s Day. Our server Saul was so friendly and attentive. He really elevated our experience. Always love coming here!
The Desperados Tacos are fantastic! Crispy flour tortillas are soon good. Glad I got them.
Ricky was genuinely one of the sweetest and most attentive servers I’ve ever had. He went out of his way to help me find vegetarian options and made me feel completely comfortable asking questions about the menu. You can tell he really cares about giving people a good experience. He checked in at the perfect times, was kind, patient, and had such a warm, positive energy. It made the whole experience feel more personal and enjoyable. I’m so grateful for his help and would absolutely come back because of him.
Years ago, a (church) friend strongly recommended Desperado's to me and I became a regular shortly thereafter. Fast forward after Covid and I've returned here to enjoy their delicious food. Whether it's chicken or steak, the "Desperado's Tacos" are an absolute fan favorite. The host working yesterday evening and our server were very friendly as well as professional. Compared to other Tex Mex restaurants within the DFW Metroplex, Desperado's is quieter and not overpriced either. If you visit during "peak dinner hours" parking might become (slightly) tricky, but please do NOT let that deter you from visiting.
What an amazing experience we had for our first time dining here!! We were celebrating a family member's 50th birthday and fortunate enough to have Saul attend to us. Not only was he kind and patient, but so attentive! He truly went above and beyond, providing impeccable service! All of the entrees he recommended turned out delicious! The San Lorenzo chicken and tortilla soup are amazing - a must try!
Had an amazing experience at this spot! The drinks were fantastic and the appetizers were absolutely delicious—perfect flavors and fresh ingredients. Our server, Santiago, was attentive, friendly, and made the experience even better. Great atmosphere, great service, and I’ll definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommend!
Greenville Ave location celebrating 50 years in business and we’ve been coming here since it opened. One of the best Mexican restaurants in Dallas. Great food, awesome drinks, friendly staff, clean, nice atmosphere. Constantly #1 choice in dining out.
Absolutely amazing experience! The food and drinks were delicious, and everything came out perfect and quick. Mariely and Santiago was incredible— so attentive, friendly, and made the whole night even better. I will 100% be back soon!
I wish i could remember my servers name, he's Asian. He provided great service to not only our party of 8, but the entire section around us. Everything came out fast and was delicious.
I love this restaurant. Their salsa is so good. I always do the taco salad with chicken! They have good margaritas too! Service can be hit or miss, but mostly hits. I’ve only had semi slow service or a server who never checks on me once or twice out of the many times I’ve been. Happy to always go back!
The service was excellent! Great location and the staff was amazing! Salsa and chips were at our table as soon as we sat down. Wilibaldo “Willie” was so sweet. Our drink glasses were never empty. The food was delicious…please try the tacos! Thank you Wilibaldo for being a great host & congrats on 20 years!
I had an absolutely wonderful birthday celebration at this charming restaurant. From the moment we walked in, I was greeted with a warm ambiance and a lively atmosphere that set the perfect tone for the evening. Our waitress, Abigail, was exceptional; her cheerful demeanor and genuine attentiveness made me feel like the guest of honor throughout the night. The food was simply outstanding! Overall, the combination of excellent service, delicious food, and the joyful ambiance made my birthday celebration an unforgettable experience.
I had an amazing experience Desperados The food was absolutely delicious, bursting with flavor and perfectly prepared. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the service was top-notch—Abigail was so friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it and can’t wait to go back!”
My husband and I came in to try their enchiladas after having them at a work meeting. The food was great. Our server Maria was very nice and gave us some good recommendations for drinks. Drinks were just right. My husband went for the fajitas and stated they were tender and cooked just right.
I have been dining at Desperados (on Greenville) since 1976, next year will be their 50th anniversary. Then till now the food and service has been great, thanks to Levy family! I sit in the Michael Grant Booth and have a Michael Grant Margarita and Guiso, every Thursday! Our waitress, Goudeloupe Gutierrez, has been a favorite for some time. She is always gracious, conscientious, dedicated and fast. On a scale of 1-10... she would be an 11.
My favorite Mexican place in Dallas. And that is no joke. The Wednesday margarita special is so good. The anniversary platter. The catucs. The super taco (a taco made from a burrito tortilla), the soup(s). Love it all. But the atmosphere and the staff are what make it feel really special.
Great tex mex food. We had the shrimp quesadillas Acapulos and cheese enchiladas. The shrimp dish had plenty of shrimp, and the cheese enchiladas with con carne sauce were well seasoned and some of the best I have had in a long time. We also had house Margheritas, which were great, but served in a Tom Collins glass. We prefer the traditional Margherita glass.
I knew on my Dallas spring break trip I needed to try Tex Mex, so we checked out this place. I had one of the best food experiences in my entire life. SIZZLING FAJITAS. The tender flavorful and charred steak easily goes in the top 3 beef I've ever eaten. Combined with the pico de gayo, sour cream, guacamole, and charred onions/bell peppers, I was smacked with flavor the whole time. The owner also kindly greeted us and chatted with us about the food and the city when we got our food. Quite sad I will not be able to eat here for a while.
This place made the Dallas Observer's list of essential DFW Tex-Mex restaurants, and so we decided to check it out on a recent evening in the area. Although there was no availability for a table of 6 through their online reservations, I called in and was given a reservation over the phone for 5:30 that same night--a Saturday. What a great move! We got in and were seated just as lots of other folks arrived. No wait! Our server was friendly and professional, the food arrived in a timely manner, and we all enjoyed the delicious fare. I LOVED the desperado tacos, a dish I had never had before. We were especially pleased that the owner/manager stopped by and listened to us and chatted for more than just a moment. Jake was his name, and he was very welcoming. An all around terrific experience!
We were in the area, read the reviews and decided to check this place out. I’ll admit I’m not a big Mexican foodie, due to my lactose intolerance. When we drove up the parking lot was packed. That’s a good sign. As we were entering the restaurant we saw a group of 12 people hanging outside. I decided to ask if the food was good, everyone said yes. Another good sign. Went inside and was seated immediately. One last chance, I asked the couple sitting next to us, “how was the food” they also said the food was good. Items order Ceviche (it’s fish) I’m used to shrimp. Puffed Shrimp Tacos and Fish Tacos. My partner in crime says food was good however the expectations were for more seasoned shrimp tacos Overall good choice, I’d go back again and recommend this restaurant.
I can't say enough about the staff here. So friendly and so professional. Amazing! The food was probably even better. We had the Desperado tacos. I had 1 chicken and 1 beef. Both were good. I liked the beef better. The flour tortilla shell was fried and not soggy. The green salsa was to die for. The flavors were perfect. Just enough spice. Then dessert. I would never order this dessert. It is fried latte. OH MY GOODNESS! So good. If you are in this area you must come here.
Absolutely love their service and food! The Desperado beef taco was cooked to perfection and the taste was delicious. I also ordered fried brisket tacos and they tasted just as good. The owner came out to speak to each table and the staff was so friendly! I will Absolutely come back
me and my roommate love coming to desperados! the $5 happy hour margs are hard to beat and they have some great chicken fajitas. the owner always stops by to say hello and make sure we are enjoying…
Willy was the best server ! Supper fast and he was great! Not to mention the food was amazing !!!

Awesome food . Shrimp fajita was fantastic. Maybe it’s because we live in Georgia, it this is the best mexican food I’ve had in years.
Good, heard good things about it and was very so so. Chips and salsa was good. I will give it another try for sure, very authentic atmosphere.
Desperado beef taco and the La margarita are delicious. They don't use a mix for the margarita. The margaritas are so fresh and flavorful. The taco shell on the desperado tacos is RIDICULOUSLY DELICIOUS. No matter what you order here make sure you order at least one desperado taco you won't regret it. Oh and the owner is super sweet and welcoming. 🥰
Really great food, the Desperados tacos did not disappoint! Their complimentary chips and salsa was wonderful, salsa was a tad on the spicy side but we enjoyed it! The variety of enchiladas was great, the cheese enchilada was stuffed to the gills with cheese (in the best way possible)
We went for dinner. Food was cold but they were very busy with big parties. Our waiter was Running and did a great job with service.
Checked out Desperados on a Sunday afternoon for the first time. We were seated as soon as we walked in & chips & salsa brought to our table. The salsa was a bit spicy but good. They have Happy Hour on Sundays & the small Margaritas we're $3. We were expecting watered down drinks but after 3, they were anything but. Lol. Ordered the Pollo Santa Rosa along w/the Appetizer Sampler. The food was served quickly & was good. The Sampler provided a variety of tastes from the menu & we enjoyed the experience. Will return.
Another one of Dallas's great Mexican restaurants. This was my first visit and beyond the standard quesadillas, fajitas and enchiladas, I'm glad they had multiple chicken entree choices. We got the Chicken Itza and beef fajitas. They serve warm salsa and I'm a fan of that plus excellent ceviche with fish not shrimp. Note to vegetarians, the beans do have pork.
From food, to service I'd say high mid. grade. Nothing was very impressive. I tried their "award winning" Desperado beef tacos. They were 2 deep fried tortillas, with 2 hard to find, but tasty small strips of beef, lettuce and a thin slice of avocado, served with a small cup of beans, no rice.
Well known and highly regarded (locally and nationally) Tex-Mex food whose reputation preceeds it. Don't let the dodgy entry-area dissuade you; the food is good but it didn't knock me over. This place also has the feel of "This place is where deals are done." so come here for the experience.
I was impressed. This is the original Desperados and I'd only been to the Garland location. We were here for a birthday party. \n\nThis is obviously an older restaurant that's weathered a lot, but th…

It was good, not great. Pretty much a standard Tex-Mex offering which is good, not great, not disappointing. Gotta love their response. Yes to a couple. Sill average. Plausibly, over hyped and over priced!
Came in for the first time for dinner wirh my family. The atmosphere and speed of service was really good for the occasion. Our server was very attentive and overall great at their job. However when it came down to the food I was kinda disappointed. The chicken itza I got was bland and lacked any distinct flavor. The rice had a strange after taste. My family wasnt happy with the portions being small for their entrees either. Also I have to give negative marks for them using store bought flour tortillas. The saving grace of the food experience was the dessert. Their Kahlua cake and sopapilla were very tasty. Not sure I'll return for dinner or lunch based on the entrees but I'd consider returning for dessert.

Always excellent food here, so don't fill up on the homemade chips hehe. \nService wasn't the best, as my buddy and I seemed to be 3rd or even 4th in priority, as our server Anna would rather be …
Wife had 2 margaritas and talk about weak. After mentioning to servers about weak and what kind of tequila she wanted a stronger tequila. No buzz what so ever. Gatorade more of a buzz. Food left us both with stomach cramps and diarrhea.
DO NOT get the cheese enchiladas if you don’t eat meat, they come with a meat sauce and nowhere does it specify that nor does the server ask what sauce you want. Usually cheese enchiladas are a safe choice, so I was extremely disappointed when I started eating and realize there was meat and the menu did not say that. Our sever specifically said who ordered the “beef enchiladas” and when no one said it was theirs she took them back. Service was not great, it took forever to get drink refills from our server Maria. She also closed us out before we were done and we never got a refill on chips. We really wanted to like it here and make this a regular place, but overall a disappointing experience.
Food looked good, but the flavor wasn't there. We ordered what they were known for (Desperado Tacos) and were disappointed. The puffy taco shells had great texture and taste, but the fillings did not add much flavor. If you look at the pictures, the tacos fillings were also skimpy except for maybe 2 tacos. We ordered 7 of them. The steak for the fajitas also had no flavor. I'd recommend passing on this place.
Been twice now... food is not good. Too many better Tex-Mex places. Chicken quesadillas 80% cheese, not crispy, no flavor. Margaritas boring.

Worse because of how I thought and heard this place is but really bad. Stale chips to start. Guac uninspired and presentation weak. Gnats all over the hot stifling restaurant. Literally warm air comi…

I rarely give one star reviews, but for Desperados, I unfortunately had no choice. Walking in, the atmosphere is phenomenal! I have to give them that. Now when it comes to the dining experience, it was subpar for what could have been. We asked for one of the many empty booths, but were told that they were unavailable for some undisclosed reason. Never have I experienced such a missed opportunity of a restaurant hitting the mark of atmosphere, but completely missing the point of a restaurant, the food!! I got beef and chicken enchiladas. The beef tasted straight out of the Cosco beef isle and I truly could have seasoned it better myself. The chicken was bland, but the sauce was okay. My girlfriend got the desperado tacos, their signature dish. They looked like something out of an elementary cafeteria. Desperatos is something to forget!
Update: I got incredibly sick several hours after eating here. This is the only thing I ate on this day and was so violently ill & it lasted all night I almost went to the hospital because my symptoms were so severe. There was chicken in what I ate and I'm thinking it was bad. The food is ok but not the best Mexican food in the area. The dishes are a bit overpriced. The ambiance is nice; wood and stone and a fireplace. The restrooms were not in the best shape and a little scary.
Terrible service from Wilbardo. I can excuse getting my drink wrong but my wife didn’t get her order correctly. We waited 20 minutes before getting waited on. He walked past us twice; Didn’t ask if our order came out okay or if we needed anything. Whatever people like Wilbardo has going on at home, don’t bring it to work. We normally have a good experience, we like coming to Desperados, but this time it felt very unwelcoming
