This was my 2nd time coming to Happiest Hour. This bar has a great atmosphere and wonderful staff. The energy was positive, and the rooftop bar has decent views. If you get there in late afternoon, you will have the post-work crowd, and later in the evening, you will encounter the pre-club/starting the night out crowd. The number of TVs makes this a great venue for food & drink during sporting events. I have not had the opportunity to try the food yet. I will definitely come back.

First visit 5-4-24. Visited day after 22nd anniversary. Seen this place on Instagram, like many others, but it was 12pm and heading to a usual spot and wanted something new.. Walking in we loved the feel and the vibe of the place, because you know, if you don't feel it most likely you won't like it. Games on on all the tvs, good music playing, nice and cold inside, and one thing I really liked is that it was spacious between tables all around. Ordered fried pickles, wings, and a normal cheese burger with fries. Fried pickles: good taste, they were not all covered in batter, which I liked. Wife tried them with ranch and loved the thickness of ranch. Got a side of Buffalo sauce, but I wasn't pleased with the taste. I couldn't seem to find what it tasted like, and after so much of it, I could barely eat it. Maybe too vinegary and sweetness too it. Burger and fries: very tasteful. Meat looked like fresh beef, not some frozen stuff. It was juicy and tasted great. And the fries were amazing, almost like some thick curly fries, they were soft but yet crispy at the same time. Wings: Ordered lemon pepper with a side of Buffalo sauce (before I tried it). Wings were a reasonable size, steaming hot, and juicy. Not overwhelming with lemon pepper, which is a plus, and still dipped it Buffalo sauce to get the feeling of Buffalo wings. Still good, but won't get Buffalo. With all said, I will definitely come back and try a different item, but probably not I'm a wing person.

I came to a party here. It's a beautiful place. It's for ages 21 and up so it's a much younger group than I'm used to but they had plenty of police officers to ensure safety. Valet was free which was a plus.

An amazing bar and restaurant. I love the open atmosphere and lively environment. The staff was very helpful and friendly which added to the experience. Ill definitely be back everytime I'm in town.

The food was great but the valet service really set it apart. Yemi's personality was so welcoming and we felt comfortable leaving our car with him while we had drinks without worrying about parking in Dallas. And he was so quick with the service when we were ready to go. Got our car in about 2 minutes. Literally jogged with a smile.

I’ve been several times with friends. Great place with plenty of room. Staff is fantastic. Drinks are delicious. Great views of Dallas on upstairs balcony area. Drip by. You’ll be glad you did.

My wife chose this place on a whim while family was visiting without checking food options. Definitely don't visit if expecting a full menu! Music was loud, a little difficult to converse. Atmosphere was awesome though, drinks were great, and large shareable food portions. Complimentary valet parking was a nice surprise. Pictured are the fried pickles and calamari, yum!

Came here on a Wednesday after work. It was pretty busy, looks like they were hosting some event. Their upstairs patio area was great to lounge in and spacious. Good service and good food.

The rooftop vibes were the highlight—such a great atmosphere with awesome views and a fun, lively energy. I had a couple of mimosas, and they were perfect for the setting. Everything about the place just felt right—the music, the crowd, and the overall vibe made it a great spot to relax and enjoy the day. Definitely a place I’d come back to, especially for that rooftop experience!

Let me just say the “Hardwood Paradise” drink is amazing it was so good I ordered two. My Shrimp Po boy didn’t disappoint, but the Caesar salad was just ok. Overall good food and great atmosphere. I like the layout of the place too.

Had a wonderful time spending with friends last time!! The place looks soo fabulous with all the lights and ambiance is so good i felt like it’s the most happening place in dallas with all the music and dancing. We need valid ID to enter inside and there’s complimentary valley parking that’s something i was happy about. The food is nice like cheddar fries, cheese pizza, even tried cocktails and mock tails they are nice!! and finally martini shortcake that’s tasted soo great!!! Overall, it’s good experience and had a great start to weekend!!!

2nd time here in the past two weeks. Love it!! Food always on point. Celebrated my daughter’s 18th birthday 7/6 tonight with a large party of 18. Our food came fast and perfect. Free valet parking. Didn’t need reservations and we were seated with no problem. Our waitress was amazing. She was the highlight of our night! Hate I didn’t get her name. Beautiful young lady. She Made our experience the best ever! Did not mind tipping her extra on top of the included tip! Will definitely be back. One suggestion…with the hot temperature if this place had frozen margaritas, man! 🙂🙂

I love this place. It was my first time and it definitely made a good impression on me. Had a drink and chill evening with a group of friends. I love the setting. The soft music in the background.The fire pool up at the patio was everything. The waitress who attended to us was very polite and nice. Loved the ambience. I especially loved the restrooms area, those inspiring words on the walls make for a beautiful view. Very creatively designed. I will definitely be back here. Can't wait to hang out at the outdoor sitting area in the summer. Good job, good job.

Incredible spot! Very lively, plenty of different seating areas with great views of the games, large drink selection. Had the turkey burger and it was delicious.

A friend and I met here for an early dinner. Our server was amazing. The drink he recommended was everything.

We came here for the first time to check out what they were doing for St. Patrick's Day. It was very crowded and there was over an hour wait for seating so we decided we would stand by the bar. We ordered the Green Frozé (not sure if I spelled it right) I was satisfied with the Deep Ellum IPA. The music was good, the atmosphere varied depending on what part of the bar you were at. There are 3 bars I believe, and one has enclosed seating that was exposed to the outside. The main bar is the first one you'll see in the middle and the upstairs bar area has a great view of Dallas as well as an outside and inside patio as well. The music is louder and you'll catch people jiving up here and loosening up more. We also ordered food. I order 3 brisket tacos and they were perfect all the way around. I ate them soo fast as it was a bit cold at the time and I wanted to enjoy them warm. We also ordered a chicken sandwich, only finish half and it was thrown away. Good thing is it was a very memorable sandwich, bad thing is we didn't get to finish the other half. Jill was awesome and was able to provide seating for us. Jill gets things done! She was helping enforce fair seating as patrons would scoop into a table and cause a delay for others waiting. Steven was the best as well. He helped me get a beer faster than expected after trying to get one myself. He also helped us acquire more seating and tended to all of us in a timely manner. Thanks! We'll stop by again some time!

The vibe at Happiest Hour is amazing. They have what everyone looking for a fun night out is looking for. On the first floor, there are many tables where people can enjoy a meal while watching the game. Looking for something more exciting? Go up to the rooftop bar to enjoy the live music, where the DJ plays a great mix of old and new music. They also have a large gravel patio for those looking for something relatively quieter if you’re looking to have a great conversation with your friends.

Just wow, that's how I'll open this review. My waiter Jeff was one of a kind. He helped me, a blind person, with no hesitation. I didn't feel like I had to fight to be included like I do at other places. The place was jumping on a game night and service was still top notch. At the end of the couple hours I was there, I met the service manager who happily walked me out and ensured I safely got in my Uber. I will recommend Happiest Hour to all my friends, business colleagues, and I'll give them as much business as I can. Very few places offer me an experience this good right out of the gate. Keep up the good work and I'll personally see to it that you receive tons of referrals.

At first glance the vibe was spot on, the employees looked like they like working there. All great attitudes and good vibes! There is an upstairs that I personally didn’t get a chance to look at but will soon. Place was well kept clean tables and chairs where modern and no sign of anything broken. Restrooms where extra clean and mirrors in the bathroom are very neat (lighting is 10/10!). Food was just up to par as well as the drinks! I can’t express how much I enjoyed my experience there! Will I go back oh for sure no questions asked! Also, I would like to experience it at night as brunch was just so good I can’t imagine how it would be! Recommend 10/10!

We’ve come before but we went on a Friday night for drinks and expectations were definitely met. Our bartender (wish I got her name) was attentive and made suggestions that didn’t disappoint. The drinks were tasty and strong. And I love the valet parking. The guys outside deserve a mention too cause they were very helpful bringing my car back when I forgot my wallet with my ID. Cheese fries were good and a huge portion for 2. We like to stop by before Stars games too!

We truly cannot thank the Happiest Hour team enough for hosting our welcome party! It was an INCREDIBLE evening and us and all of our guests had the best time. They have an amazing coordinator named Lauren, who is fantastic to work with - she made the welcome party the easiest part of our entire wedding weekend to plan! The process was smooth, efficient, professional, and incredibly uncomplicated, which is rare when planning an event for 200. The services and elements included (between spaces, staffing, AV, menu, set up/tear down, additional tables, etc) were exactly what we needed, making us able to easily customize everything exactly how we wanted. Lauren was highly responsive and helpful with her recommendations as well regarding food quantities, space reservations, and layout! The night of, the staff was beyond kind, helpful and accommodating the entire time! Arnold and Megan led the evening and they were so proactive making sure us and our guests were taken care of the entire time. The team helped us make last minute set up adjustments, pass out welcome bags, and helped clean up, really allowing us to be guests at our own event. Could not have asked for a better team across the board!! Lastly, many of our guests went out of their way to give us amazing feedback on the quality of the food!! Between he buffet and the passed apps, everything was delicious. Overall we had such a positive experience, and definitely recommend hosting events with the Harwood team!

I almost don't want to put this review because I don't want to disturb the ecosystem they have going on but here it is. This Spot is a rare find. Amazing vibe and interior setup with fabulous rooftop patio surrounded by the gorgeous downtown lights and skyscrapers. The staff is engaging and friendly and there were lots of beautiful patrons. Bottle service upstairs. Come and enjoy yourself but don't disturb the ratio. That's part of what makes this place so special.

We tried this place recently for a happy hour and had a good experience. The place is massive with seating inside, outside on the patio, and on the rooftop. It was 90+ degrees, so we sat in the bar area at a table. They have great happy hour specials with half-off appetizers and cocktails. We tried the dip trio as an appetizer. Great portions of dip for the price. My wife tried the Berries from the West and I tried the Game Time old fashioned. Both had great flavor. Our service was great. We will definitely be back.

Wow. This is a cool spot for Happy Hour. I came here to meet up with friends before a Dallas Mavericks game. I ordered the fried pickles and a dark beer. Both were delicious and filling. The bartenders were really nice and attentive. They always made sure my water and beer glass were full. The reason why I gave this place four stars is because their prices were higher than what they should be. A few dollars less and this place would get five stars.

Atmosphere is perfect for socializing. Tons of outdoor seating which makes it a great middle of the day spot. They can get super busy and when they do there will be a wait otherwise it’s pretty smooth service. The drinks are ok and the food is average. I’m sharing photos of the Cobb and taco salad. Everything looks great but again they are only average on the food scale/ Overall a great place to hangout with friends.

It was very crowded since we went on a Friday evening and it’s located in prime downtown, but the outdoor seats are free, so you can sit there if you can find one. There where we sat. They had a lot of safety protocols and asked the guys of our group to show their waist line to suspect any firearms I guess! Gave it a 4 because at times we felt maybe the staff is less for the amount of crowd they get. But overall it was pretty good!

Ordered the philly cheese steak, which was good but was missing something. Also ordered the grilled chicken sandwich which was amazing. They played classic rock music in the dining area and upstairs they had a DJ who played pop music. They have something for everybody. If not for our food taking so long to come out, would of rated this place 5 stars.

Happiest Hour saved the day when Hero had a long wait. We sat outdoors and ordered at the bar. Food surprised us – great burger and fries, but avoid the chicken tenders. Service was a bit confusing without clear instructions or numbers for orders. Overall, good food, service could be better. Oh ya, not ideal to watch the game unless you are sitting directly at the bar.

Nice place to enjoy in group, here menu options are made for teams to enjoy happiest hour. Interesting way to represent restrooms with shoes as an identifier.

The food is decent here, nothing rave about, but I like the large outdoor patio and many seating areas. There’s no cover to come in, and I absolutely love the complimentary valet. I didn’t drink, but my friends had several, so I assume they make good drinks? lol We ordered the Calamari, Salmon burger, Crab Mac & Cheese, and the D4K burger. I loved the portion of everything; however, the flavor was lacking in the Mac and cheese. The calamari was my favorite!

My husband and I traveled to Dallas, TX to see Anita Baker in concert. One of the restaurants near our hotel was Happiest Hour. The restaurant looked busy! They have indoor, outdoor, upper level private parties and several other rooms reserved for friend and family holiday parties! It was really cool. The atmosphere was decorated with Christmas lights. The music was loud, which made it very difficult to have a conversation without leaning forward to screaming across the table. I paid $40 for a soft pretzel. My first thought was, “wow, $40, for a pretzel!?!? It better be worth it.” Well, it definitely was the largest pretzel I’ve ever shared with my friends and family at a restaurant. It was super soft and the cheese, horseradish and creamy glaze dip was plentiful and tasty. If you are out with a group of friend, I recommend sharing this pretzel. We also ordered some wings to share with everyone. The Jerk and Garlic Parmesan flavors were delicious! The large pretzel and wings filled us up so we never got around to ordering an actual meal. Trust me, you won’t need to order more food. We also ordered a large Modelo drink to share. It came in a tall beaker dispenser. It was really cool. Stop and check Happiest Hour out when you are in Dallas, TX. Very cool and hip atmosphere.

Cool sports bar in a great location with decent food. The place is large, with a second floor and tons of outdoor seating. They had heaters going outside. Great views of the city especially from outside. Service was good. We just tried the three dip plate and it was okay, nothing to write home about. Pretty good beer selection but not as great as some other places in the area. Really trendy crowd and a positive place to spend time. They had some yard games outside and an outdoor bar for the warmer months. Prices were a bit high.

Very good food multiple options available good Bar Menu. Try their flat breads and cocktails. Tip: Happy Hours at Happiest Hour are from Sunday till Thursday 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Cannot beat it. Enjoyed sitting on patio reflecting upon our visit to the Museum of Illusions Dallas and planning what we were going to do on Friday night. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT - THERE IS NO happy hour ON FRIDAYS!!…

First off, we had RSVP. Got seated on time, but we didn’t have a server for 15 mins. No one came by to greet us or even give us water. We had to ask the hostess. Finally, a female came but she was horrible. She only came by to our table 3 times the whole time we were here. First to take our order, ask us how we’re doing after other people dropped off our food, then to check us out. She then messed up our bill. Don’t think she was all there mentally. Trout was ok, HIGHLY recommend the chef removing the skin.. it was wayyyy fishy. Good selection of wines though.

Came in by myself and sat at the bar Place was only about 10% full so I was surprised when it took the bartender so long to even acknowledge me. So I ordered a drink, their whiskey selection being pretty basic Had to ask 2x for water I ordered the chicken sandwich..... and was that a disappointment. So small and so dry. And the char from the grill was intense. Left me still completely hungry. This place is definitely a cool spot to watch a game or get some over the top beer tower or a popcorn machine filled with chicken if you're into that sorta thing but I definitely won't be back

The rooftop overview of Downtown Dallas is very inviting and a social gathering, you have to be over the age of 21 for the rooftop. They offer indoor eating as well as eating outdoors in a picnic-park type of environment. The vibe is nice. They have music playing and sports on the TVs. Outdoors there are a few freestanding games : oversized jenga, corn hole, connect four was broken. There are picnic tables outdoors and a bar. If you choose to sit out you have to order your food at the bar. I wouldn't come for the food it was subpar and the drinks were okay. The environment was nice and inviting for friends to throw on jeans and hand out for conversation.

An upscale bar that's also casual in vibe, the music is good and the rooftop does meet the hype! The drinks come out quickly but the servers are on the slower side. The menu is certainly appetizing but it sounds better than its really is. This is definitely a nice place and great space to hang out in, but there are better options for food!

Always a great time at Happiest Hour! It’s fun to see the different crowds and vibes that come through depending on the time of day. If you’re looking for a fun place to watch the Stars or the Mavs, this is it! HUGE screen and other multiple screens to watch, with the game sound feeding through the speakers. They have both fans and heaters for their outdoor area which is a nice touch for Texas weather. For a fun place to just grab a drink and hang, especially when we’re having great weather, this is a no-brainer. The only reason I’m docking a couple of stars: (One star) is for lack of gluten-free indicators on their menu, (One star) as well as the way their food service is set up. With having no GF indicators, they just took the queso off the cheese fries I ordered, and I was left with this horrible sadness that you see here, which I ended up returning for just a basket of fries instead. I’m a HUGE loaded cheese fries fan, but these weren’t it. As for the food service set up: we sat at the outdoor patio area and were told we could order from the bar and have the food delivered. We did just that, but there’s no real way to indicate where you’re sitting, such as table number or geo-track, so the poor bartender was walking laps trying to find us with our food until he finally spotted us (meaning he also had to leave a busy bar to trek all over the restaurant looking for us). At which point our food wasn’t as hot. Would be cool if they could figure out a system to perhaps scan a QR code to order from your phone then put in your table number to alleviate the busy bartenders and the confusion!

Me and the wife went to enjoy our Sunday fun day football games. She loves the Niners and I love the Commanders, Dallas just lost to the Panthers ( of course we were rooting for Panthers lol. When the next game began to play they showed the game with no sound. We were told that they only play Cowboy games with sound. Well I won't be back there smh. Definitely not inclusive of all football fans

This is a huge sport bar for a younger crowd, based on how loud they run their multiple areas, even outside was loud. Food and service was ok, but some of my friends were. It too happy. Ordered a funnel cake and it was really hard, they brought a 2nd cake and it was even harder. At the end they charged me for both $24. Even though they took the first one away. Things that I really appreciate. prob wont try it again. Our server was really trying, but I believe it’s managerial thing.

The restaurant was rather empty which was ok. The speed of the service was good as well as the customer service from my waitress was 10/10 she made sure everything was good for me and she checked on my in a timely manner while still helping other tables she had. She was happy to do her job! The food was ok. The chips and queso was good the wings were not so great they were all fatty! I had 4 drums which were tough and one flat wing that was good. The garlic parmesan wings needed more sauce. I ordered the frozen margaritas. The strawberry was good but the peach wasn’t great. Also they need more apps for happy hour. Mozzarella sticks would be a nice addition!

This is a sports bar with a lot of TVs and high volume noise. The food is fairly good, but a lot of salt was used in the preparation for most of our dishes. There were four of us and we had a total of six different dishes.

I came here for the happy hour. Ended up ordering the nachos and a mocktail, which were decent. The bartender wasn’t the most attentive. Not that I’m needy, but occasionally you should check on the customers sitting at the bar .

I was visiting from out of town and stopped by the Happiest Hour for drinks and lunch. The staff was fine, but they seemed more engaged in their own conversation when I arrived, which may have distracted them from attending to me right away. I ordered my food at the bar and chose to sit outside on the rooftop patio, where I was welcome to seat myself. I ordered brisket nachos, which were brought to me, but I didn't receive any utensils or napkins. The view was pleasant, but overall, the food and service were mediocre.

I hate leaving a bad review on what would have otherwise been a very pleasant experience. I noticed I was missing my credit cards the next morning, and thought maybe I’d forgotten to take the one out of the check holder when we left the downstairs bar. I called at least 10x over the next few days, attempting to reach someone to simply ask if the cards were there, so that my trip back to the restaurant would be worth it. I even sent an email. Their voicemail box is full and no one EVER answers the phone. Fine but then at least utilize some other form of communication. Extremely disappointing customer service for what should have been a simple question.

Walked up to the downstairs bar where we were ignored so we moved around to another bartender and she was helpful. We gravitated upstairs where the most rude bartender of all time was. The first time I approached the bar, he looked over me and helped people who approached the bar AFTER me. He finally got to me, I asked for two different drinks. One of them was only served downstairs. Ok cool that’s fine. I said okay well just two of the other drink that I asked for. He made only one. I told him I asked for two. He said that I did not ask for two and that I asked for the drink that isn’t upstairs. I repeated to him that I understood that and that I wanted two of the other drink I mentioned. He made the drinks but didn’t put two limes like I asked the very first time. So I asked for the another lime in each. He chunked them in as hard as he could…so I’m like whatever. He moved on to take other orders. I stood there a little longer and just walked away. I left my card thinking that they keep them if your tab is open. We decide to close the tab later on. I return back to the bar. Once again ignored and he greets a person that arrived there after me. He moves on to the next person that arrived after me. Each person is on either side of me. He completely avoided total eye contact and ignored me. I interrupted the second person because how rude of you to act as if I don’t exist! I stated that all I wanted was my card back. He asked my name and I told him. He said he didn’t have my card. I said yes you do. You never gave it back and I also never got a receipt to sign. He reached down and boom, there’s my card. I requested for a receipt. He told me it was my responsibility to get my card and get the receipt but instead I walked away. How about you didn’t give me a receipt to begin with because you didn’t even realize you still had my card!! That man was RUDE. Great place and the music was awesome but he made the experience sour.

I came here on a date and the food was not very good. Who puts "shaved boiled eggs" on a cesar salad? The flatbread was burnt. Ranch was gross. The tempura shrimp was good. I won't be coming back.

Not my type of atmosphere the music they were playing was good, food is not tasty ordered a chicken sandwich that honestly a chicken sandwich from chick fil a is way better. Drinks are served in plastic cups and are super small. They add 18% for gratuity to the bill which based on the service we received is not reasonable, they just dropped off the food and we didn’t see our waiter ever again, such a ripoff.

CHECK your bill! Shady charges! First time visiting here and really enjoyed the food, drinks, and atmosphere, until we got the check. Despite being there at 5:00 pm which is advertised as their happy hour and ordering items from the happy hour menu, we were shocked to see we'd been charged full price. When I questioned the difference, I was told that the manager had decided to NOT do happy hour this day. No signs, no heads up. Mind you, this is the Friday before the OU vs UT game too. They did fix the check, but I will not be returning. That's some seriously shady business practice there!

If you’re looking for a great time out, then skip here! Never in my many years of coming to this place have I ever been carded at the door. Getting carded is one thing but getting card by a rude, unpleasant, smug old man is another. Yet he allowed someone in that was obviously drunk that looked 12! Do better

I went here for an event. On their website it was described that tables inside were reserved but outside tables were available to general admission. We arrived super early that morning to get a table. We ordered appetizers, entrees, and a drink tower. Halfway through our meal, we were informed someone bought our table and we have to leave right then and there. We asked if we could at least finish our food and drinks and they stated no. They bussed our table and security came over and yelled at us to leave. When we asked to speak with a manager, we were told they were too busy to talk with us. After we offered to pay double of what the people payed, we were finally assist and a manager immediately came over and "helped us". We eventually got another table but it ruined the entire day. I've never ever experienced such awful customer service until then. I was a server for years so I understand how awful customers can be. But we were kind and tried to be undstanding. We weren't compensated at all. The food and drinks that were swept out from underneath us, we had to pay full price. The manager was incredibly disrespectful and doesn't know the first thing about customer service. I dont know where they got this woman from, but she should never be in charge of anything. Her eyes only had money signs in them. I will NEVER be going here again and I advice anyone looking to go here, please do not waste your hard earned cash on a place who does not care about you at all.

This place is HORRIBLE. If I could give it a 0 I would. The manager of this place is the most unprofessional person you’ll ever meet. We traveled 5 hours got there at 10:30 since it was first come first serve then they proceeded to take our table after saying someone paid for it. They already had us move once for this reason and said no one could take our table. This all happened right at game time as well. There were no signs saying anything was reserved. Save your money!

TDLR: If you’re thinking of booking a table or traveling in for an event here — don’t. The venue looks fun from the outside, but behind the scenes it’s disorganized, dismissive, and clearly prioritizes squeezing money over treating guests fairly. My group traveled from Oklahoma specifically for the OU vs TX tailgate on Oct 11. We bought tickets in advance, arrived early and confirmed with a server that outdoor tables were first-come, first-served. We sat, ordered $130 in food & drinks — then suddenly a security guard showed up and told us to leave immediately. We were forced to throw away half our food and drinks because they sold our table to someone. When we asked for help, the manager was dismissive and kept saying “nothing I can do” — until one of us finally asked if we needed to pay double just to be allowed to stay. Only then did anyone treat us with basic respect. We ended up paying $300 for a table ($75/person) — and even after paying extra, service was terrible. Our food didn’t fully arrive until after the game ended, our $10 drinks were never delivered but still charged, and water stations were empty for hours at a hot, crowded drinking event. In total we spent over $540 just to be kicked around, ignored, and upsold. I have tried privately contacting the venue multiple times to resolve this — no response. Fun atmosphere means nothing if the staff and management treat paying customers like an inconvenience. Won’t be returning, and I’d warn anyone traveling in for an event here to think twice. Edit: I spoke with a manager after posting this review. He acknowledged we were double charged (table and events tickets), but said he couldn’t refund the tickets. He told me to contact corporate for tickets refund yet couldn’t say who or how. After talking we only received $34 back for missing drinks/food— nowhere close to what’s fair after being overcharged, dismissed, and misrepresented publicly.

I sat at the bar and watched a server use the straw in a drink to swirl the frozen drink . He was playing with the straw as if it were his drink. Then went to serve to a guest. My biggest issue is my card has been charged $55 ,idk if as a tip or for someone else’s food as it was after a stars game. I called and the manager said she would call back in 20 mins. She never called back. I’ve called 8 times and no answer. My next step is to go up there. Very unprofessional and bad customer service.

The place itself is beautiful especially during the daytime. The patio and the colorful red chairs. However, my one star comes to the rude staff encounters. I don't like to go to bars anymore for this exact reason. If I want to exchange or modify my drink it shouldn't be reason for a bartender to shame and ignore me. It's super unprofessional and almost ruined the experience for me. I told the manager how I felt and she was super sweet so I appreciate her listening to me. Hopefully no one else experiences this. No one deserves that.

Be careful and always ask for a receipt. I ordered a vodka soda and was told it was $20 and that I could send the money via Zelle. I asked for the receipt, and it turned out the actual price on the check was $13. This is very dishonest behavior. If I hadn’t asked for the check, I would have overpaid. Not a good experience.

I was really looking forward to a good time at this bar until a very unpleasant, rude and unprofessional bartender ruined the time spent here. It was a great crowd and two guys allowed my friend and I to have their seats at the bar. It’s really busy so we wait about ten minutes before either bartender could assist us. A wait is understandable but to be blatantly skipped is not. Christian the rude, obnoxious and disrespectful employee purposely looked behind my friend and I and took a guy’s order. When we jokingly asked him how he just looked over us he rudely said “this isn’t a grocery store.” I guess that means he doesn’t have to go in order. He purposely waters down my drink I watch him make it. My friend declined him making hers and waits on Sydney who saved the experience from being all bad and made really good and strong cocktails. Unfortunately Christian is jerk who lacks quality customer service, manners and respect for paying and tipping customers. I hope the establishment is able to hire more qualified staff in the future.
