I’ve been coming here for a while now. The waitresses and bartenders are very friendly. In comparison to the new Twin Peaks, Knockouts has a much more sports bar oriented atmosphere and they encourage cheering for your favorite team. Alejandra, Kyla and Korina behind the bar are fantastic. Manuela, Kehnsa and Rose on the floor will keep you coming back for game days. The managers run a tight ship and really push for a good experience. 100 percent recommend coming here! Also the food is good and quick and they carry a large variety of high end whiskeys and tequilas.

New location and have visited a couple of times. Music is similar to the Addison location so that’s a plus in my book. Highly recommend getting the spicy BBQ wings. Diverse crowd and fun environment to watch sports and have some drinks. Good looking ladies as well. Special shout-out to Damaris. Standout waitress. She will take care of you.

Best sports bar in Plano. Good food, great drink specials and the best looking girls. Definitely come check it out. Don’t believe these low reviews I’m literally here 3-4 times a week. Always get good service. And you can’t beat their drink specials.

The service here was/is AMAZING!!! My waiter was YAYA & Rose. They were so nice and friendly. Rose recommended me the Spicy Sou Garlic Wings and they were CHEF KISS! I passed through Plano on my way to Garland often and a few weeks ago I finally stopped for the Garcia fight, and was there last Saturday, as well. Both times I was served by Dania. She's been friendly and very attentive both times. Definitely ask for her.

Overall, great place to relax and have a drink and enjoy watching sports. Football watching weekend is the best. The food is underestimated. The burgers, tacos, and other entrees are really good. Knockout Sports Bar is my absolute favorite hangout! The food is consistently delicious, and the beers are always ice cold—perfect for relaxing and catching the game. Bri and Lindsay are my top picks—they're so engaging and always make me feel right at home. I've been to places like Twin Peaks once, but Knockout Sports Bar will always be my go-to. I went to knockout in Plano and I had a great time. I set with Lindsey and she was amazing. The food was hot and fresh. The drinks were made to perfection. Lindsey made the night fly by with her great personality. If you guys are looking for a nice vibe at reasonable prices, stop by. You will enjoy knockout.

This is the perfect "after work to chill" location. I freakin love Knockouts. I have been to all DFW locations. The vibe and the cold beer are unmatched. I only wish the food was good :(. It’s all very subpar, If you must, get a pizza or the wings. Cause the entrees and appetizers are just no good. But if you wanna drink and chat with the girls and have a good time it’s your spot! I hope they revamp their menu soon.

Seating was cool, but I must say if you have problems climbing up stools or straddling them...*THIS WOULD NOT BE FOR YOU*...but no problems even with 2 elderly ppl in our group. Waitress was very nice, beautiful 😍 smile and attitude. The dress in which they wear, well to each their own. Our waitress carried herself like a lady 🌹. We ordered some appetizers drinks 🍸 🤪 alcohol and non alcohol, entress for each person. Considering the food I would honestly say it's a bit PRICEY FOR MY TASTE BUDS $$...the food was average 🤔, I'd prefer Sports City or Scooters any day...after finally getting finished and got the tab...walked out at $375+ tip...but like I said for a beer 🍺 and some sports on TV and kick back with your buddies 😉 this ain't too bad of a place to be... 😎 😉 😀 😜 🍺🍻🍗🍔🍟

Decent place... music is way to loud, and usually a horrible genre, but it's nothing that keeps me from going.

First timer here for UFC 302. Pros - Had plenty of TVs. The egg roll appetizers were killer. Staff was attentive and most greeted with a smile. Prices were standard. Standard beers on tap. Cons - Some of the bar seats had flimsy backrest so be careful! Our main bartender could have been a bit more friendly and welcoming. A smile is free however I understand we can’t always show our best. Left before the main card, but if I find myself back I’ll update the review.

Good wings here and decent place to come watch the games. The waitresses are very nice and friendly . Drinks are decent .

There is only one girl working. Not a lot of scenery on a Friday. The one in the Colony area is well staffed and plenty to look at. Food and service were good.

They are never open when they say they are. I got here at 10:55 pm for a midnight close…already closed. Meanwhile, add holes inside doing their thing. Take your open sign down, change your hours. Get real.

Food and drinks were okay. It's the service that's going to drive this place out of business if they don't change their ways. Our waiter was Dama and she disappeared for 10-15 mins at a time. When she shows up, it was almost impossible to get her attention as she was more interested in hanging out with her friends and coworkers at the other side of the restaurant. There were maybe 5-6 waitresses working on a Wednesday night and all but 1 was just hanging out in that corner chatting and playing on their phones. One waitress was even walking around serving and taking orders with a vape pen in her mouth.

The music is absolutely atrocious and is loud almost all the time. It is nothing but Hip-Hop that is controlled by one young gentleman every time I come. The service is decent but the ladies seem to have a great time congregating amongst each other or other popular tables. Very good food, but the music single handedly destroys the experience for me and several dozen folks I partner with in the East Plano area. The Colony location has much more of a range of music to jam to and has great service 100% of the time.

Been here a few times during the day. Didn't find the staff too friendly. The waitresses sit at the back table on their phones vaping most if the time I have visited and don't interact with you at all. Food is good but ladies don't put much effort into your visit.

My friend says he would not want to come back because service was terrible, I’ve been here before and agree, not the best service I’ve had. Dawn and Katrina will pour you a beer but that’s about it. The exact same few customers at the bar I’ve seen in here every time I’ve been here. The bartender says to the other one, we’re going to serve that table because they tip really well, not great for the floor people hustling hard. Honestly the best looking girls should be at the bar. This was the second time I visited this location and just like the first time I was not overly impressed. The food was good just like before but, the service was terrible again! Business was slow for a lunch hour with only a handful of customers but, the Amount of waitresses that were on staff were more concerned with playing with their phones and hanging out with other staff members who decided to sit down and chat with each other seated at tables than attending to customers. This is no exaggeration by any means as I can appreciate being left alone to eat my meal without someone hanging over my shoulder to talk because they are bored but, this for the second time was just the same scenario!! This place has potential but, if management doesn’t get a hold of their staffs lack of ability to be more concerned with customer service and satisfaction then chatting with each other than I see this place going under rather quickly.

Absolutely most uncomfortable bar stools I have sat in. There isn't a single person here that the sides are not digging into their thighs. I am fairly thin guy and this is a major failure in the design. Watch how everyone sits as far forward on the front of the chairs to avoid the sides or just stands instead. Kind of a shame since the place has descent food but the chairs are beyond uncomfortable. After 15 minutes you just want to walk out and leave

Last couple times i’ve been there have been pretty much cool until the bartender named “Karen” comes in with this terrible attitude each time. Not only that, her service was awful, my friends and I didn’t feel very welcomed overall and don’t plan on going back…

Hmm where to start?!? First of all we came in for food and drinks and our waitress said drinks ONLY.. but it was only 11pm we were told by another waitress oh yeah you can still order food. So many mixed reasons why we couldn’t get food.. manager came out and still seemed like freaking confusion about food. He ended Up given us the food almost 2 hrs later but really management should have EVERYONE in line about what times and what not but this place seems to be run by nothing but people who APPARENTLY have little ability to run this establishment. Poor and unorganized service!!!!! Too much confusion!!

Been here a few times. I have noticed a downward trend in service. Today I sat at a table, 12 people in the restaurant and it took 15 minutes to get a beer. Once the server took my order i saw her sit in a corner for 10 minutes before she put my beer order in. The servers don’t pay attention to customers unless it is one of their regulars. Update: the bartender is running a bug zapper near the taps, so cleanliness seems to be an issue.

Saw this place and decided to try it out. The first waitress, Erica was great. She was helpful and recommended beers to try etc. Sadly her shift was ending and we were told Trinity (bright red hair, long fake eyelashes and has a tattoo of a word or something tattooed on the back of her right thigh) would be replacing her. Well, Trinity was too busy to wait on us. But not too busy to sit in the corner on her phone. So we went to the bar to order more drinks. The bartender hunted down our waitress. She shows up and says "I was just getting up to check up on you". We could clearly see you on your phone doing nothing. We ordered food. I ordered the chicken fajitas. I received something different. The waitress apologized and offered to comp the meal. The waitress went back to playing on her phone in the corner. We were done drinking and eating and started stacking plates and glasses to get her attention. Still waiting we set a timer and waited for her. She finally shows up. We pay our tab and nothing is comped. Sadly we won't be back.

This place is dawn hill for sure, I used to be there twice a week since first opening, after couple of months service become slow, waitress and bartender careless, they spend most of time on their phones, outside seating on the table Next to the punching machine or doing some other stuff but no taking care of customers, that’s why I stop going for about 5 or 6 months, and yes I went to twins peaks they know what customer service is, tonight I decide to stop by and see if any changes has been made since Twin peaks is open but is even worse, bartender is rude as hell, I wait 10 minutes with an empty drink waiting for someone to refill it and when she appears I told her that and she just didn’t care, I asked for my ticket she threw it to me saying that she doesn’t know what’s going on and didn’t care. Last stop there I’ll never stop by again

Our waitress on our ticket was Kaitlin. Not sure if that was actually our server bc we had 3 different ladies come to us only a few times. For one, the first blonde waitress we had completely forgot my drink. I waited for 20 mins until another lady walked by and ask her if they forgot my drink, she apologized and brought it to me. It took maybe 30 more mins after that for them to take our order. And I’m not even going to go into how our order made no sense & was wrong. After we got our food they never came back to check on us… maybe 40 mins later she came and asked if we were okay. When we asked for our check though she was real quick with that for sure. I also witness another couple sit and wait almost 30 mins for someone to come serve them after they walked in. For sure our first and last time here.

We were excited to have a new option so close to home. If Erica's shift hadn't ended my review would probably be 3-4 stars but service after she left was nonexistent. We wanted to order food and another round of drinks, so I finally went to the bar for another round and asked if we had a server. The bartender went to retrieve our server who was sitting at a table in the corner of the dining room scrolling through her phone. We ordered. My husband got the wrong thing. She said she would comp it, she never did. Food done. Drinks done. Started a timer. 5 minutes later Azia finally must have reached the end of her IG feed and finally peeled herself away from her phone and came over to our table. We would have ordered another round or two, but we didn't feel like aging the 2 years it would take to get another round from our phone addicted server. While we were there the manager stopped by, before Azia became our server, so there was a manager there, but he obviously has no problem with them spending their time mindlessly scrolling rather than taking care of their customers. Food was fine. Prices were decent, but we won't be back since service was so spotty and errors were never corrected in our check for the wrong food.

Come here a lot all my friends and myself have always seat at the bar with Alejandra. Tonight found out that y'all let her go well not only y'all were out of Modelo which that's what we all drink! We won't be back! Unless y'all bring her back she's an amazing bartender!! Always polite, respectful and pay attention at her job!!

Went there for a friends birthday the waitress over charged my card with multiple buckets and added shots to my bill. Would not recommend this place. If you do decide to go be very attentive to your bill.

Extremely Disappointed – Nothing Like the Mesquite Location I’m honestly shocked by how bad my recent visit to Knockout Sports Bar was. I’ve been a loyal fan of Knockouts for years, especially the now-closed Mesquite location, which I used to hit every single week without fail. The wings were always on point — crispy, flavorful, and cooked exactly how I liked them. Unfortunately, the experience I had at this current location was nowhere near the standard Knockouts is known for. I came in midday — the place was nearly empty, so I expected solid service and fresh food. I specifically ordered a 12-piece of my favorite crispy, breaded wings. Instead, what came out was the total opposite: dry, naked, overcooked wings that were damn near inedible. No flavor, no breading, just dry and burnt. I forced myself to eat two just to be sure it wasn’t a fluke, but they were horrible. The worst part? No one checked on me. My server disappeared after dropping off the food and never once came by to ask how everything was. Not even a casual glance. I had to flag her down just to get the check, and when I finally did, she didn’t ask if everything was okay or if there was an issue — she just asked if I wanted a box. I told her no, clearly upset, and even then there was zero effort to understand or fix the situation. For a place I’ve supported for years — and for food I’ve raved about — this visit felt like nobody cared about my business or my experience. If I could give zero stars, I would. Management: I hope you see this. I’m not some random first-timer complaining. I know what Knockouts wings are supposed to taste like. If the food has changed this much and the service has dropped off this bad, something needs to be addressed. Because as it stands now, I won’t be coming back — and that’s a shame.

This is the second time that we decided to show up at around 11:50 and they already have their doors locked when the hours show they close at 1am. If they want to close at 12 they need to change their business hours.

Very poor establishment it took 30 minutes to get served 1 drink and the women treat the customers poorly

i dont know her name but she had a white bow, green crop and jean shorts. i waited 15 minutes for w straw for my drink- on too i had to ask for water 3 times. coming from a server and bar manager ive never seen a server stand at a table and talk with a guy instead of attending to your table. we come to knockouts all the time. but this experience was actually disappointing i get it if she was new but not one time did she apologize for the late convince of anything. we had also ordered a shot? still havent gotten it lol.

Called my order in at 8:00 for wings they told me 20mins i show up at 8:25 took somebody 5mins to greet me for help finally get help just for them to tell me they didnt send my ticket to the back like damn the waitress dont go check on to go orders to make sure they ready
