I got the signature chicken sandwich and it was worth the hype. There was enough flavor to go with the kick. It came with fries and dipping sauce that complimented the combo. I think the price is fair at $12.99 for the sandwich and fries. The staff were friendly and helped me navigate the menu. I will definitely be returning to try some other options on their menu. 10/10.

My sibling loves this place so much. We all keep coming here. My favorite is the loaded fries with chicken. I usually opt for medium because I'm not a big fan of spicy food, but my brothers always go for the spiciest chicken. It always makes me laugh when they get teary-eyed, but we all enjoy it. It’s a great place for siblings to hang out and have a laugh at each other. The food is delicious, with the perfect balance of spice and flavor. If you're like me and not into spicy food, just get medium, and you should be fine. The service is really nice, always checking on us to make sure we're enjoying ourselves and doing alright.

This place is golden! The Mac n cheese is to die for! Although I would love to see a bit more noodle for the Mac to go with crispy flavorful tenders on top! The pickles at a great touch! The wings are super crispy and so flavorful! Their desserts are great! Haven’t tried the shakes but it’s next on our list!

Went there for lunch with 7 others. Ordered the chicken and rice plate that also came with a Cole slaw. It was decent at 1 level above no spice. Seems like spice is there thing. I went for chicken which was average. Maybe I’m a little under the weather or something it just didn’t go well with me today. Probably won’t be back for awhile. Ice machine was broke and for a spicy food place there was no toilet paper in either restroom. Check before you order the Super Fiery level😅

Really good fries. I have had better hot chicken. But it took them nearly 15 minutes for just one sandwich. If you're looking for a place to be on your 30-minute lunch break, this might not be the best place.

Friendly staff! Food was pretty good and came out quickly! However the facility definitely needs a DEEP cleaning. We bought a fountain drink and noticed a lot of mold caked up the dispenser. I did tell the staff at the front. But after saying something I did end up seeing multiple people come in afterwards and use the machine... It was kind of hard to enjoy the food after seeing that.

Firstly, thank you for being the few places that use zabiha halal chicken! This is my go to place and I’ve gotten food from here multiple times and it used to be really good and very delicious!! But over the last few times, the quantity/quality kept declining. Today I got 2 burgers and the amount of coleslaw and sauce is very upsetting. It was so dry and no sauce and just a TINY bit of coleslaw- and only 1 pickle?! And no sauce was included, I purchased an extra on the side. The first pic I took after adding extra sauce but look at the small amount of coleslaw. Very disappointed! 😔

Food is good but very spicy, even medium is way too hot for medium spice level. If you can't tolerate hot n spicy, I highly recommend you to get everything with zero spice level. Service was good, but restaurant dining despite not being busy was not as clean as it should have been. Trash bin was also completely full and the toilet was also out of hand napkins.

Tried a new place for weekly date night with my husband. Originally started with 5 stars for service and food. Changed to 3 stars when my tender sliders had something spicy and I made sure to ask for no spice. When I addressed the problem while my mouth was on fire, the associate said there shouldn't be any spice. I offered the other sandwich that I hadn't touched for them to try and see for themselves. They just continued to argue that there shouldn't be a spice. I agreed but my mouth was on fire from something on the slider. I ended up ordering chicken wings that they charged me for instead of swapping the order out like most companies would. I did enjoy the wings and would recommend the wings.

I went there with high hopes only receive one of the worst meals I have ever had in North Texas. The chicken was dry and not fresh and the salad with cole slaw was inedible.

The place needs to be cleaned up from the ceiling tiles to the bathrooms. It’s very embarrassing. The spice levels are all wrong. We ordered mild it was spicy. We ordered the medium It was extremely spicy. The fries were not fresh they were re-cooked. The chicken is good and clean with no smell, but the rest of it needs help. For the prices they are charging the place should be in a lot better shape and always serving fresh food not stale bread or reheated fries.

The service guys in front are mostly awesome.. very nice.. The hot chicken is good, almost same as any other hot chicken, but the meal menu seem useless, if you order meal, just fries are extra, NOT the soda. You pay extra for soda, and the soda they have are below average brands, the soda cup is 16 Oz. This place is on its way going down.. perhaps if product and menu are not upgraded.. soda cup size is same as small water-cup

Second time in a row they have forgotten part of the order and not handled the correction properly. My order was through Uber Eats. I understand that items sometimes are not available. But it is the responsibility of the restaurant to notify Uber Eats of this so that they (UE) can adjust the order and advise the customer that the item is out. This has happened with other restaurants. No problem. Stuff like this happens. But not with Fiery Nashville Hot Chicken. You call them to inform them that they missed something. And they tell you, that YOU have to call UE and there is nothing they can do. Zero F's given. It is squarely YOUR problem. 1st time? Maybe new employee, not familiar with the process, etc. 2nd time? Nah, it's how they do business. In a market where there are other Nashville-style chicken choices, my recommendation is to give your money to somebody else.

I work for DoorDash. I came to pick up an order. The restaurant claimed that somebody else picked up the food. My customer claimed they never got the food. The person working the counter did not double check the order and gave the order to a random person without checking to see if they had the correct name on the order. When I asked him to remake the food for my customer, he refused and got very mad and agitated and started to raise his voice to me so I had to cancel my order. Would this level of customer service? I would not shop here nor would I encourage anybody to DoorDash from this location since they do not check the orders before giving them out to random people. update: I made two calls that were time stamped and recorded concerning this issue and your threat to report me is unfounded and shows your continued unprofessionalism. The customer that ordered food never received their order because it was given out to a person that was not assigned to the order because it was not checked by the store before sending it out. This obvious attempt at intimidation because you received a bad review on your business. Is this really a business that one would like to give their money to?
