Man, the minute I set foot in the door, lemme tell y’all, it felt just like home!! Any place with chicken and catfish in the hood with Asian workers cooking in the back, is beyond AMAZING!! Kudos to whoever owns this place cuz my chicken was hot, fresh and delicious!! Most definitely coming back to try the fish next time WHEW 😅

So I wanted to try a new place to eat today. I travel all over looking for the best. This place from the time I walked in I had great hopes for the food. The chicken I order was super fresh and very tasteful, it also had a Cajun kick to it. I ordered the fried okra for the side it wasn’t the best but it was hot and freshly cooked. I will try the mashed potatoes next time I go, because I will return to this place. And you should as well.

My sister recommended this place when we were discussing some good catfish in the area. I called and thought I had the wrong number at first but so glad I placed an order. The food is amazingly seasoned. It is always HOT. I drove 20 minutes away after pick up and everything was still fresh. The line these days is not pleasant but I have only seen people patiently wait. It is worth it.

Excellent food and great service. If you want great taste, then go try this place out. The guys were very friendly (Alex and Andy) and our food came out quick and hot. They serve fried okra and 🌽 nugget. My kids both loved the 🌽 nuggets and so did I. The place was clean and so were the restrooms.

Went there before new year's eve for their 8 pieces chicken bucket combo and the owner gave me an extra piece! Food is amazing and the owner and staffs are super nice and friendly. Chicken has a little hint of spiciness to it which is amazing. 10/10 would recommend!

My wife was craving fish so I remembered my coworkers recommending this place. I arrived on location and was able to find a parking spot upfront. I walked in and the smell of the food made me hungrier. Atmosphere: It's a small place with 4 to 5 tables crammed in corners. They also have a TV up for entertainment, but you can't really hear it. In line: I was the second person in line so I focused on what I wanted to order since three people lined up behind me. The menu was posted up on the wall to my right and one directly behind the cashier. At the register: I ordered 2 orders of the 3 piece fish: one order with fries, and the other order with dirty rice & corn nuggets. It probably took me about 5 minutes to order; because he missed understood what I wanted. But I guess it's hard to hear from behind the plastic barrier. . But we finally got it🤣 At home: Our food was packed in a small paper basket, but all was still piping hot. Food: The fish was flakey, and very favorable with a little spicy kick. The corn nuggets was very good with an undefined twist. I mean.. probably some of the best as far as favor. They missed the mark on the dirty rice. It had a little after taste... Overall: The fish was flakey inside and had a great depth of spicy flavor. I wished I had of ordered more corn nuggets 🤣 I'll definitely continue coming and try something else on the menu

Got a 4 piece chicken only to go for lunch today. I wanted to try out their chicken first for my first time here. They made it fresh and it was still hot when I ate it at my desk. Skin was crispy and had a nice kick of spice (for me) and the meat was juicy! Almost got my eye when I was eating it. Will go back to try their fish and sides and when I get another craving for fried chicken 🐔 👍

The restaurant had maybe 4 or 5 small tables and smelled of fried foods oil. There was basically no service to speak of as I had to queue up to place my order. It was also difficult to speak to the cashier as the cashier was behind a plastic barrier. The side of french fries was crispy and tasty. The fried chicken wings themselves were on the saltier side and a bit spicy and overall, they tasted fine, but didn't stand out compared to other fried chickens I tried.

As much as I hate to do this, I have to give this restaurant a low star rating because of the fact that their message is deceiving and you can say it's pretty much false advertisement. I ordered my meal through DoorDash. I won't hold them accountable for anything DoorDash did. However, on DoorDash, when you go to place your order in the menu. The ad is deceptive because they say that a small drink (a Coke but I received a Cherry Coke -- What if I was allergic to cherry?) and a side comes with it. When I wasn't allowed to pick a drink, I was suspicious so therefore I put a drink in my cart. Also with the chicken I don't eat dark meat (a personal choice -- but it's my choice) and they don't specify what pieces of the chicken you'll get, I would have preferred to have 2 wings than to have a leg and thigh, the food is okay and I did try to eat part of the thigh before I was disgusted. However, all of the other things make it unworthwhile and I've had better. I asked for both hot sauce and cocktail sauce. I received hot sauce and tartar sauce and they also don't give you anywhere to put those instructions. So those instructions were given to the DoorDash delivery guy. It's disappointing to say the least. I personally will not be giving them my business again, but to each its own. It's not so much just about the food. It's always about the service you provide with the food. The business can state what information and details are listed on the DoorDash app and by blocking customers from being able to add instructions they are willingly falsely advertising.

Man I usually get my chicken fried rice in Richardson, Tx. But they weren't delivering so I winder up ordering from these bozos! Now when I order from the usual spot, they use like 1” strips of cut up fried chicken breast for the protein in the fried rice. I order from these bozos and they give me GRILLED, PEA SIZED, SMUSHED, CHICKEN BREAST. That crap was nasty, salty and burnt! That crap went straight to the garbage and I reported them to uber eats and got my money back. I will never order from this location again.

My first time trying this place I was impressed with the flavor. However, my subsequent visits were disappointing when I discovered that my fried chicken was pink & bleeding on the inside under the fried crust. When I complained , they chastised me & told me ( a 50 year old Black man ) that I didn't know anything about fried chicken. Even more ridiculous than that , I was told that I should have requested my temperature to be well done. ( Who ITF orders Rare fried chicken ?) I requested another order that would be prepared to first world standards & practices, adhering to the basic principals of Temperature & Time Requirements , i.e., 165° for poultry in most civilized nations. I after all was not trying to contract Salmonella or worse, I remember all too well what happened when that guy ate that under cooked Bat and caused all sorts of inconveniences. Over all, the experience was terrible. The little ladies behind the ballistic glass were rude and condescending speaking to guest and cursing in their native tongue. OH ! If you require an additional packet of hot-sauce or soy-sauce be prepared to remunerate a penalty of an extra 30 cents for your gluttony. In closing, Louisiana Famous Fried Chicken ( North Dallas ) does not receive my endorsement and this establishment should be immediately sanctioned by the Food and Drug Administration.
