Sam is awesome! Had a great time at Pluckers in College Station! Our server, Sam, was seriously the best — super friendly, on top of everything, and made the whole experience way better. She kept our drinks full, got all the orders right, and even gave us some solid wing recommendations (the Spicy Lemon Pepper was 🔥). The place was packed but she handled it like a pro. Definitely ask for Sam if you go — she’ll take good care of you!

Jack was an expert guide for our first visit. Portions were plentiful, wings were fried and basted to perfection with a choice of multiple flavors of sauces , from which to choose. The fried Twinkie was dry, disappointing and nothing near as good as the state fair versions, but it’s all about the wings and fried cheese. This place has made me a wing fan—something I never before considered myself to be.

I loved my experience at pluckers. Sam was the perfect server. Not only was she attentive, but extremely kind. If I were to come back to pluckers, I would want her as my server again!

Let me tell you! Mari was a great server! She made sure to check on us, our drinks were always full, and our food was super fast! My little girl just adored her and the conversation. Will be requesting her every chance we get! I can honestly say that everytime I come to pluckers it’s always a wonderful experience! Must try the hallelujah wings for a little spice in your mouth the flavor was on point

When I entered the building, I noticed a strong smell of new construction, which I actually found to be quite pleasant. I arrived by myself, and the hosts asked if I had a seating preference. I was seated at a booth and was served by Faith, who was an excellent server. I ordered a half order of fried pickles and a mixed 10-wing combo with fries. For the wings, I chose the spicy lemon pepper and buffalo medium sauce flavors, and for my drink, I had the strawberry lemonade. Everything tasted amazing. While I was there, Faith and several other employees checked on me to ensure everything was to my liking. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly, and all the staff were attentive to both me and the other customers. The restaurant was very spacious, and the lighting was just right. The prices were fair and typical for Pluckers.

While I love the flavors of their wing sauces and cocktails, the wings have a habit of coming out cold. The servers also have a hard time distinguishing between blue cheese and ranch dressing to the point where I’ve had to ask more than once for the correct one. All small things, but when combined, make me less likely to visit again any time soon.

Awesome place to take the family. We were in town for a soccer tournament and had a table of 6. Food and service was good. Wings could have been seasoned better but we are from Louisiana and love extra seasoning. The kids got to play on the pickle ball court.

I love pluckers! Love it! They have something for everyone in the family! I have been coming to this location since it opened and have noticed some trends. The servers are extremely slow. We have had a server forget to bring out drinks, we asked for a sample of sauces and got nothing to sample them with, got appetizers and no mini plates. I keep returning because I genuinely love the franchise and the food but I do wish the service was a slightly better.

The wings were very good but the fries were alright, they were bland and very lightly salted. I ended up getting full off of the appetizer because it was so good, but when I reheated the leftovers the wings still tasted great and weren’t dried out , but the fries I reheated,at the same time as the wings, got worse and dry. But what definitely tasted the best was the fried Mac n cheese sticks, definitely the best appetizer I tried out of all of them, and I got it for free because I went on Thursday with a friend!

This place has seen better days. The food was good but took a long time, even around 5:30 PM on a Friday and there were less than 10 parties seated at a time, and despite having 3 hostesses greeting you at the door. The middle TV wall still has light flickering issues since October 2025 that are visually distracting. The blue sign light above the restrooms are too bright, offsetting the mood and the food experience (everything turns blue). The large end-cap table is still broken since December (or earlier). Oh, I also learned that regular soft drinks do not have a free refill. Our table and several other tables were missing the brown paper towels, so please expect to bring your own hand wipes. The total bill for a family of 4 turned out to be around $80 for bone-in chicken wings, sides, and soft drinks. The food seems to have increased in pricing in the past few months. They do, however, have the best (and largest) wings in town compared to Buffalo Wild Wings, Wing Stop, and Wings 'N More. Overall, the food was good but at the trade-off for poor atmosphere and the slow service.

After dining at Pluckers a few times, we've realized that this location just isn't very well run. On our last visit: (1) The biggest "TV", made of 4 TVs, had a TV that flickered and lagged the others. It was unwatchable. It was broken months ago; they've had time but haven't fixed it. (2) The next big screen, also made of 4 TVs, had super-bright neon signs mounted above and to the right, so that the glare made that screen almost unwatchable (see pics). (3) They have broken tables (see pics). (4) It took a SUPER LONG TIME to get seated, even though there were a bunch of open tables even after we were seated. They seated all parties in strict order of arrival, so my party of 2 waited behind a party of 8 and another of 7. (5) Our waitress was as quiet as a mouse - not good in a rowdy environment. That's training - or rather a lack thereof. Our wings were good. I tried Spicy Garlic Parmesan and Dr. Pepper sauces, and would order both again. Our dissatisfaction is about "everything else". [Previous 4-star review] Well, damn. I just went from enthusiastic about this place to kinda unhappy. Why? Well, our waiter - whom I tipped very generously - declined to mention the "5 free wings while any Texas team is playing in the NCAA tournament" promotion that was going on while we were there. Yes, Texas teams were playing; it was on the huge TV. How did I find out? We were given someone else's receipt; each member of their party took advantage of the promotion. And the promotion is described in detail on Pluckers' website. What I was gonna write was how great our visit was. All 3 of the flavors we tried were really good.

I ordered 20 wings and the fried macaroni. The wings were good but certainly on the side of overcooked and slightly dry. It was a busy night, so it is possible the cooks were not paying attention. I would order the Mac N Cheese Bites (Holy Macaroni) again. Those were better than expected. The wings were seasoned with the following and all were enjoyable. I am not sure what I liked the best due to the dry wings, but Cajun and Garlic Parmesan were probably the top 2. Medium Spicy Garlic Parmesan Spicy Lemon Pepper Cajun I will try again and hope for a better experience. The staff was great and atmosphere was fun.

I heard about Pluckers from a friend and decided to give it a try. For the prices they're charging, the food was a huge disappointment, straight-up Sysco-level garbage. The fries tasted stale and completely flavorless. The burger looked and tasted like it came straight from a frozen Sysco patty, nothing special at all. Their 'wings' were basically just oversized chicken nuggets, lacking any real wing texture or quality. Even the so-called 'fresh' potato chips were underwhelming and poorly executed. The wait staff was friendly and did a good job, and the atmosphere seems geared toward a younger crowd with a lively vibe. But honestly, you can find mediocre food like this at plenty of other places without overpaying. I wouldn't return even if it were the last restaurant on Earth. Save your hard-earned money and go somewhere else.

How do you mess up wings and fries? Serve them any temp but hot. It felt like it was taking a while to get my order, the reason must have been because they were sitting in the kitchen cooling off. Only saw 1 other table, so it wasn't busy. No employees on the floor, at least 3 were sitting in booths. This is my 3rd try here, and each visit was disappointing. At least they are consistent.

I have a friend that's good friends with David Paul. so my friend recommended this place to us and my family we was thinking it was a family kid friendly Bar Gill restaurant,, but instead it's kid friendly if you are 19 or 25 years old than this is a place, for those types of kids,,, order came out at all different times was not hot more reheated food,, either way I don't know we Dave Pual or my friends would Recommend this places to a family,, Music so loud some of my family had to leave because of there ear Pieces was going off to muh,, trust me I do understand the Concept of the Music it's to drive Customers out ,, not that loud what's sports if we can't even hear it or the Waitress ,,, So if you're a college kid can you can only drink 4 beers and don't mind cold food in loud music. Then this is a place for you believe the founders are working 💪to spend money for kids to Operate in run,,,Pluckers God bless

This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. We waited well over 1.5 hours before our food arrived. The only reason our food arrived is because we told them to cancel it we were going else where. Very rude manager that made nothing but excuses for why everything took so long. “We are short staffed, we only have so many friers.” The day we visited was 12/12, which happened to be their $1 wing special. You’d think this would be considered and accounted for…. On top of that we were cut off after 4 rounds of beer, which is no issue. It’s the fact that we were not offered anything else at all after the manager came out to tell us that. No water, coke, etc. I will never be stepping foot into this restaurant ever again. No one should ever have to wait 1.5 hours for food or not be offered water. I did think our server was a nice guy, but the manager was absolutely horrible.

Update: After posting my original review, it was requested that I email and provide contact information to speak more about this… I have emailed twice with no response. No voicemail, text, or returned email response. So, after being ignored at the restaurant, my emails have also been ignored. Pluckers, you say “We strive for great service, and it sounds like we missed the mark”. Strike 2. I will not be back and I will make sure everyone I speak to is aware of your customer service. I sat out on the patio and watched the second half of the Texans game. Not one person asked if I had been helped or wanted anything. An hour and a half & not one comment. As if I was invisible. On the bright side, it was the cheapest I’ve ever gone out to watch the game.
