Came in earlier tonight to pick up a door dash order for a customer and being from NJ NY style pizza is my favorite style of pizza but it's hard to find anything remotely close to the pizza I grew up on. Decided to check y'all out when I was finally through dashing and will say I was pleasantly suprised. My pizza was the best I've had this far here in Texas and I've been here since 1983. Thank you for making a delicious authentic NY style pizza.

I have always had great meals from Primo Brothers Pizza. My brother-in-law and I ordered the deep dish meat lovers and it was outstanding! We are big eaters and we could not finish it. In fact, there was about half the pizza left over. You get great value and taste with Primo Brothers. Come check it out!

I’ve only gone for the spaghetti to go from Primo Brothers Pizza because I love it! Just hadn’t been in about 18 mos. Someday I’ll try the pizza cause I’m sure it’s just as good, just have my staples at other chains. Not always so busy inside so I know they’d welcome more folks to give them a try if haven’t yet! I’ll be back sooner as use to be.

If you are looking for a thinner slightly crispy thinner New York style slice of pizza then this is the place to go to. Not only do they have some of the best pizza in all of DFW, they also have a full menu of delicious Italian items to choose from. The pizza we had was hot and fresh. Not too thin, not too thick. Sauce has a slight sweetness to it, you can definitely tell its freshly made. All of the staff are friendly, service is prompt, the establishment is very clean, the atmosphere just makes you want to eat more! I have been eating at this place for well over 15 years, and the food has remained thr same....delicious. We also shared a piece of Turtle Cheesecake...it was thick, mouthwatering, just pure joy. I will always come back here when I want an excellent slice of pizza or pasta....and as you can see we left our Platters clean.

As I walked inside, they were playing cool old school jams at a low volume. Nice chill ambiance. I ordered the slice, salad and drink. For $7 you get 1 topping 🍕 but I went for a specialty slice for $8. The house dressing for the salad is delicious, I inhaled it so fast I forgot to take a picture lol. For the slice I got sausage, pepperoni, Canadian bacon, hamburger and cheese. The cook grabbed the dough and made the slice to order. They certainly aren't shy about piling on the meat for a meat lover like myself. The thin crust is fantastic. The table has a variety of additions like garlic, oregano, parmesan and crushed red pepper. I recommend taking a friend or 2 and splitting a whole pizza pie. 🍕

Just wish I had a little more sauce! I didn’t ask for the meal to be swimming in sauce. You could have just suggested ordering extra sauce next time and left it at that!

We asked for no meat on the salad it came with meat. The crunch on the calamari was good but there was no seasoning on it. The fries were overly seasoned, but the texture was good. Everything was the correct temp. I will definitely give you guys another chance, today was a one off I’m sure. 😊

The garlic bread was delicious, star of the show. Alfredo pasta was mid, no taste really.

I asked my possibly could a certain way. By the way, every pasta should come out then today less specified. I brought it back came out almost the exact same way a little less overcooked. Look, when you mess up someone’s food, They have to bring it back in. You’ve got one opportunity to fix the problem. You didn’t. Not only did did you not you didn’t apologize. After having me sit there for 25 minutes to run a plate of pasta. The gal run in the front register, bad. I promise you she’s never worked in a restaurant before if she did that’s why it’s never worked. Pizza wasn’t half bad. need to use a little bit more sauce And you need to do something a little different with your sauce. It’s gotta have a bite. It’s gotta have something. Anyway, I’m pissed. This is the kind of place. I like to have down the block. . I probably will never come back.

I ORDERED THIS PIZZA DIRECTLY FROM PRIMO BROTHERS. THE KITCHEN AND DRIVER MISHANDLED MY ENTIRE ORDER. Please read: My first time experience with Primo Brothers, was well below satisfactory. I ordered a supreme pizza, a Stromboli and two desserts for delivery. The delivery time was pretty good. When it arrived, half of the pizza toppings were not on the pizza. One side was literally bare apart from a bit of cheese and nibble of other toppings scattered about and along the perimeter. My first instinct was disgust - it looked like the toppings were PICKED OFF. I thought out the repercussions of this for the Restaurant and decided to call them. Perhaps, I thought, the topping were just skewed to one side (due to mishandling of the order). Note: I tipped the guy like $10 total. I spent about $48. When I called the restaurant, the lady was fairly friendly and mentioned that they would remake the pizza. She also unveiled that they actually gave me a Calzone, instead of a Stromboli and they planned to redeliver anyway… WEIRD. When were they going to call to tell me this…? This was the strangest pizza delivery experience I’ve every had. Another thing that stuck out to me is - WHILE DOORDASH DID NOT DELIVER MY ORDER, An Internal Driver of Primo Brothers did —- She deflected their error by mentioning that she has gotten calls from customers saying that Doordash would deliver pizza with missing slices…. Naturally, this brought to mind - “Why doesn’t this restaurant invest in safety seals???” I REALLY QUESTION THE Sanitization and handling standards of this restaurant. I am trying my darnest to believe that my pizza wasn’t messed with hence why I didn’t really eat the first one. (the lady on the phone said he had been with company for 20 years and just would not do that and the driver seemed sweet enough when I met him at the door, however, I only left like a $2 tip on my card and gave him $8 in cash at the door, so who knows.) To top it off, the pizza wasn’t good. The doe was chewy, the cheese was cheap and plastic like and the meat especially the pepperoni was flavorless. The Calazone and Stromboli were also virtually flavorless as well. You’ll have to try it to get what I mean. The desserts were amazing.

I wanted some pizza so we picked Primo's. However, upon reading the menu, I decided to order a pasta dish. I tried the lasagna. My husband ordered the chicken parmigiana. You have to order at the counter. I would suggest familiarizing yourself with the menu ahead of time. They brought out some garlic bread which was really good. They brought the lasagna in a bowl. I found it was harder to eat the lasagna in a bowl rather than off a plate. It was good, but nothing special. The chicken primavera was good too, but we have had better. It was very filling. The restaurant was a good size. I'm not sure if we will return.

We have been customers since 1989. Tonight I ordered online, like I have many times before. We received a message that the order was ready. Husband was in the parking lot when the email came in. Once in the restaurant, he was told, that in error, they gave our pizza away with another order. The female staff, said the person was still in the parking lot, but didn’t attempt to notify them they had our order. They did offer to make our pizza while hubby waited. He did not want to wait 20 mins for another pizza because by the time it was ready, it would be 9pm. No one ever apologized for their mistake. For decades, we ate their pasta, pizza & salad dishes. Once there was a change in ownership or management, the quality of the pasta and salads became tasteless and bland. We do not order them. The only dish they could make that was decent was their pizza.

I’m very disappointed I paid 15 dollars and also waited over 20 minutes for chicken Alfredo and legit opened it and there is no sauce on the pasta just noodles and chicken . I had high hopes for this place and was looking forward to trying the food . Editing to respond to owners comment I DO NOT care about regular customers and or the service /food that has been provided to them or how they feel about the service/ food that’s been given to them . I am / was a new customer and I expected to have gotten that same customer service and food experience and the ball was dropped . I called to explain the situation with the owner who was non chalant and told me to come pick up the Sauce I told buddy don’t worry about it because the sauce should’ve been on the pasta I wasn’t about to drive back to the location pasta noodles and chicken would’ve gotten cold . Had I not paid with Apple Pay I would’ve just filed a dispute to get my money back but it’s fine I just wouldn’t be going back the food trash , service trash , and the owners attitude and responses to persons who have/ has an issue with the food or service is trash .
