With the rebirth of Primos in Uptown Dallas, it once again had a glorious chance to redeem itself back to its reputable, well beloved state. With that said, I believe that they have re-incarnated themselves into something better like a Phoenix rising from the ashes. The service is impeccable. Their house margarita is something that I would come back for time and again. Overall, its a great date spot and the aesthetics are instagram worthy. Andew’s service made us feel like vip
I dined in at the bar on Taco Tuesday and had an amazing experience. I was wanting something to drink but wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted. Vincent was my bartender and simply gave some of the best service I’ve had in years. He asked what I had a taste for, if I wanted a sweet drink or something sour, and if I had any allergies to anything. He put a delicious berry drink together for me that wasn’t on the menu and I was amazed. I loved it! I will come back to Primos JUST FOR THAT!
Had a great dinner Wednesday night. The food was amazing and very tasty. We were greeted and seated by Veronica. Our server was Valeria, she was very friendly. The restaurant was nice and clean and had a great atmosphere. Veronica came by and mentioned the wine specials they had that night. Amanda stopped by as we were leaving and thanked us for dinning. We look forward to visiting again soon.
I was introduced to this restaurant for a family members birthday and I'm so glad that it happened. The food was perfect, the service was awesome, and the location is great. I will definitely return and will become a regular customer. *I had the crab enchilada and the loaded fries. 😁
My siblings and I got together here after taking a mother's day picture for my mom, whose bday is the day before mother's day, and the food and service was excellent, the margaritas were on point!! Isavel was our waitress, shout out "hey girl hey!!" 😀yes, we'll be hanging out more here. Good prices👍🏽
This was excellent Mexican food! We started off asking the waiter for a cocktail with some spice/heat to it. He said no problem and promptly returned with 2 house Margheritas with muddled jalapeños in them. Very tasty! The complimentary chips and salsa were good...... the chips were mediocre but the salsas were good. The roasted tomato salsa had a deep, rich, robust flavor, and we requested some hot salsa which was good as well.. We ordered the Carne Assada and the fajitas. Both enterees were cooked perfectly. We both ordered the steak medium rare and it was tender and delicious and perfectly seasoned. The refried black beans were some of the best that I've had and the Spanish rice was tasty. The fajitas came on a 3 tier serving stand which was different ( I think that the stand just took up a lot of table space), but the food was excellent!! I highly recommend this place. The patio was nice and the interior was absolutely beautiful.
I visit this place for the third time and it was great, chef Angelo was amazing he brougth us the food personally and everything was delicious, the tacos were amazing and we also had the brisket tacos and I highly recommend this plate, margaritas are on point I will definitely come back for the experience!
Great location off McKinney next to Breadwinners, only downside is limited parking spots. Inside is spacious and includes a nice bar area and a small area for a band to play live music. Menu covers about everything you’d see at any Tex-mex spot. Frozen house margarita was solid. Ordered the chicken enchiladas with salsa verde. Right off the bat I noticed portion sizes across the table were small, but the food was solid. I liked that they served refried black beans. Overall good experience.
Now this place here. 😵🥴 This was a Tuesday night. I was feeling great after I left there. I had two other drinks that I didn't get a pic of because I was 🤫. Highly recommend if you was good drink for a reasonable price, good service even tho they're understaffed (They're hiring), and a great atmosphere and location. 🤌🏾🤙🏽
Great food, picky service. We reserved a table for our coworkers birthday a few days ahead, and they ended up jamming our party into a booth. We asked if we could switch to one of the empty tables, and they said it was reserved. Not exactly easy to talk to each other in a pretty high noise (sports bar intense sort of volume in a restaurant) environment sitting in a booth, and after being there for about two hours, we couldn’t help but notice the table we asked to move to never got filled. The salsa may as well have been ketchup, the queso as interesting as a melted square of kraft cheese, but the filet mignon fajitas were the most tender I’ve ever had, they served them with a side of melted butter and they were top notch. Six dollar margaritas were a bargain, unfortunately my coworker and I finally had to just stand up on the far side of the table once the food came since the table so was crowded. See crowded table and mysteriously reserved but perpetually empty booth below!
We ordered take out yesterday from this location, and received our entrees RAW!!!! When I bit into my drumstick, I was horrified to bite into very pink meat. My husbands chicken breast was so much worse. Unfortunately, we didn’t think to take a picture into we had already start recooking our meats. But you can still see a little of the pink. We also asked for a medium rare burger BUT this was not even rare. DO NOT ORDER take out from this location. We did not expect to have to COOK our meats.
