Not what I remember growing up on. This place has weird pizza now

why didn't I get a fresh spinach and cheese wrap, rather an older one? I saw y'all bring out the fresh ones... when I asked for a fresh one - the response was a blatant lie, 'this one is fresh,' yet wasn't with the others that had heat projecting out of them... tasted good for probably day old... service was meh, atmosphere was meh... and dark, turn on some lights...

Customer service was decent. Meatballs were okay. I love authentic Italian, but being a cheap option for at least a pasta dish brought me in for a quick bite. Not sure why this tomato sauce was like a thin tomato soup, but it wasn’t my cup of tea. Noodles were on point with tenderness though.

Pizza holds its own when compared with frozen pizza you can get at your local supermarket. Mac and cheese side was definitely below average. Finished about 3/4 of the pizza and 1/2 of the Mac and cheese before tossing them out. Bumped up my rating to two stars from one because the Pepsi tasted pretty good.

Pizza is pizza so I didn’t have high expectations. That being said, the service at this location was incredibly off-putting. The male wasn’t rude, but seemed like he couldn’t wait to get outta there & the female that rang me up at the register was literally leaned over playing on her cellphone before, after, & during the time she was ringing me up. She may have said 10 words during the entire transaction and came off very rude and almost annoyed that I was bothering her while she was so engrossed in her cellphone. She also said something to the effect of “you have to choose a tip” I chose $0. If you are going to ask for a tip, the service should be at least somewhat better than you would expect from a bad drive-thru. It was worse than a drive-thru. She really shouldn’t be in a customer-facing work environment imo. It’s very clear she had no interest in being at work.

Absolutely disgusting. The one tasty thing they had was a fountain drink. Appalling service and the food belongs in a waste bin because they can't cook anything all the way. Start baking the dough 100%.

They didn't offer cup of water, they said the machine is working .

i asked the lady at the cashier 1/26/25 for some napkins and she gave me like two. when i asked for a little more she gave me the dirtiest look and said no. i dont know if they were out of napkins but she did not need to look or talk to me that way. foods delicious but its RUINED by people’s attitudes.

I’m very very disappointed, I came in on my lunch break and there was literally one person in front of me and they were about to get their food . I order a large pepperoni pizza to take back with my team and they forgot to make my order. I’m very pissed because no only did I miss my lunch break I also showed up late to my own meeting as well. I got the XL New York style specialty pizza and at first when I opened the box I was like, ok this doesnt look that bad. The toppings slid right off of every slice. EVERY. SLICE. The taste was watery cardboard. The sausage was bland. The sauce was flavorless. Do not eat here. Do not. Eat. Here. You would probably have a better time eating your own money.

Food has no flavor, guy was kind of a jerk. Food looks nice but tastes like paper. We got the salad, ziti, spinach stromboli and pep,sausage,bacon Stromboli. Go to the pizza place downstairs their food is way better.

Customer service was definitely not the best rather we purchased anything or not the way that we was approached by the employee/owner as he says was in a very disrespectful way. While me and my 3 children were sitting at this place of business we were asked in a rude way to move because we didn’t buy anything from there. As a mother I stayed because my kids was eating and comfortable and was NOT. Going to interrupt their meal as the employee/owner did as he stated he will get security to remove us again we was bothering NO ONE ! After we seen a table FINALLY AVAILABLE out in the mall area we then proceeding to move out of respect fir my children because honestly if I didn’t have them with I would have sat where I was at till I was asked respectfully!!!! So for future reference if you are not buying any of this low class pizza then you are not allowed to sit there even if your not bothering anyone !! They don’t even deserve a star

horrible service 0/5 if i could rate it. The first time i went, the lady kept getting annoyed when we said what we were going to order, and when we asked for 4 pizza slices, she put one in the oven and charged us for all 4. good thing we said something, otherwise we would’ve gotten scammed. 2nd time, we were telling the lady behind the counter what we wanted to order, she ignored us, and didn’t communicate. the other lady was very quiet too, and we could barely hear her. i think this location needs to work on their communication skills so the customers can actually get their payed pizza, and fire all their employees, including the manager. good day.
