We came in on a Monday night and I was very surprised it wasn’t busy because the food is AMAZING! Beats every Indian restaurant I’ve been to in OK and TX so far and it was only 75 dollars for everything minus the samosas and drinks! Which definitely try the lassi!

Our new Favorite place to go eat after Dallas Market trips❣️❣️❣️ so authentic, staff were very helpful helping us figure out what to eat. The prices were very reasonable….. can’t say enough good things about this place ❤️❤️❤️ (Gobbled our food up to fast to get a picture of the food)

Delicious! They have a few Jain options (see photo). I have garlic and onion intolerance from IBS so it's helpful to have those options available! I chose the paneer butter masala and it was delicious. My husband (no problems with onion and garlic) had lamb Malabar and couldn't stop raving about how good it was. Definitely recommend!

Delicious appetizers/kebabs, esp the chicken tikka! Served hot and sizzling. Spices are fresh. Lychee martini was a perfect blend, not too bitter nor too sweet. The chicken xacuti had a nice sweet coconutty taste with a kick at the end. Dal tadka was to die for: the perfect soul food. Service was awesome too. They were always available for addl orders/questions. Highly recommend if you’re ever in the area!

Shiva’s Bar and Grill is one of the rare Indian restaurants that truly serves authentic Indian food. Raj, who attended us in the the restaurant during our visit, provided excellent service. We ordered Royal Thali for two. I would definitely recommend the chicken saag, the butter chicken, Shrimp Vindaloo and naan—both are must-tries—along with the onion bhajji and lentil soup. All the best to Shiva’s, and highly recommended for anyone looking for great Indian food.

Food was amazing came out quick. It was delicious. The best food that I ever tasted. I have never ate anything like this before. This is my first time and I am glad that I came and thank you to RJ for serving us. He was a great serve server. we left no food at it all

Raj was our server, he was absolutely amazing, went over and above for us. We order our food too spicy (totally our fault) Never complained but he noticed and took it back and made it less spicy. And brought out pudding to help clear our pallets to make it better. Just exceptional service, best I have had in a long time! TRY THE RICE PUDDING!!

Stopped in this place today for lunch due to the good reviews. Parking was a bit of a challenge as I did not want to pay. I did finally find on street parking with no fee. Ordered chicken bariyani and garlic nan bread. The bread was amazing and full of flavor. I also ordered a blueberry mojito and it's honestly the best drink I have had in awhile. Nice clean restaurant with friendly staff.

I had such a wonderful experience at Shiva’s restaurant in Dallas. The paneer coconut curry was absolutely amazing, rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. A big thank you to Raj for his warm hospitality that made the meal even more enjoyable. I’m also really excited about the gulab jamun and the masala tea, such a perfect way to end a delicious meal. Highly recommend!

Everything was absolutely delicious. I tried the chicken chicken masala. Ola and My Friend tried the butter chicken masala Ola and it was amazing. We had a Mojito. I had the Indian sunset and everything was 10 out of 10. I especially love the garlic naan. The food was very filling out we took everything to go.

Exceptional Indian Food! We had lunch at Shivas Bar and Grill Indian Palace in Dallas, and this place is the real deal. The flavors were absolutely outstanding; rich, vibrant, and perfectly balanced. Raj took great care of us and made sure everything was perfect. This is hands down the best Indian cuisine we have ever experienced at a restaurant, and we have very high standards when it comes to Indian food. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Dallas! Thank you for the exceptional food!

I really loved their food and service. Everything is topnotch compared to other Indian places. I ordered lamp chops and chicken curry. so delicious. but those items are in their regular menu. you have to ask for chef's special menu. everything comes with rice and naan. So you don't need to order those separately.

Absolutely delicious. This is my third time eating here when in town. I try to come every time. The staff is always super nice and attentive and helpful if you are unfamiliar with any of the dishes. The flavor is out of this world and the spice levels are perfect. Highly recommend

I got the lamb chops, pineapple chicken, and virgin mango and tamarind margarita. Loved the service by Raj! Very generous portions and you can pick your spice level for the dishes. Would love to come back and try more food here! They serve halal meats.

Amazing Indian food but a little expensive though. Had their butter chicken, mango lassi, lobster prawn curry, chicken biriyani and naan basket. Everything was good and service was nice. The restaurant is situated in the heart of Dallas downtown in walkable distance from the Perot museum and Dallas Aquarium. You might have to find paid parking around the area, there is a paid parking lot right opposite the restaurant.

Good food and service. Higher prices than comparable Indian restaurants. Paneer Tikka Appetizer - Good flavor Paneer Tikka Masala - good taste Paneer Nilgiri - Decent taste but expensive Malai Kofta - Decent gravy, Kofta were ok Vegetable Biryani - not good Garlic Naan, Chilli Naan, Onion Kulcha were good. Roti/chapati and plain naan were ok.

Very nice Indian food in downtown dallas. For an Indian guy, I was skeptical walking in. But, as it turns out, I was completely wrong. We ordered the chef special - Nilgiri Paneer. It was very flavorful. The naan was soft and fresh. Prices are quite reasonable as well. Overall, a good experience. I would suggest doing an interior redo to attract more diners.

The meal was excellent. The pairing of the garlic naan with the butter chicken was a culinary knockout. The quality of the food and the overall atmosphere/service combined for a satisfying visit.

After a day out at DWA, it was a great stop. Mainly all 5 stars are for service. The staff is extremely caring and nice. Food is delicious as well. I specially loved the chili paneer in appetizers. We tried vegetarian food. It was great taste with elegant ambience. We would surely prefer to go back.

Hope you’ll take this as constructive feedback. Your food and service are absolutely amazing! The staff is very attentive and friendly, and the dishes are full of flavor and really delicious. That said, we had a hard time fully enjoying the experience because of how warm the restaurant was. The ceiling fans alone don’t keep the space comfortable; before we even finished our water, the ice had already melted. It seems like the AC comes on occasionally but then shuts off for a long while, which leaves the dining area hot. In addition, quite a bit of kitchen smoke and fumes drifted into the dining room. One more small note: if beer is being served, it really needs to be served cold, not just slightly above room temperature. We truly enjoyed the food and the hospitality, and with a few improvements on comfort, I believe the dining experience could be just as outstanding as the food and service!
