Incredible cocktail experience hidden in the Joule hotel. The bartenders were able to craft everything on their menu and also improvise well. Would stop on my next Dallas trip.

Midnight rambler never disappoints! Each time I visit, I experience a place that’s both familiar, and refreshing. The familiarity of the upscale vintage design is a perfect complement to the amazing cocktails and cuisine served by bartenders such as Zack, and midnight ramblers attention to detail from the door to its servers. However the eclectic clientele, and funky beats keep the Vibes fresh daily. If you’re fortunate, you’ll visit on a night when the final layer of drapes are open, taking the night to anther level with Midnight Rambler’s clandestine bar; I hope I’m there with you, Xoxo Lorenzo!

Midnight Rambller is a good place for a classic cocktail. I got an old fashioned which was pretty standard in price. There are some adventurous options on the menu as well. The lady who served us was nice. I don't hang out downtown often, but I will definitely need to revisit this place whenever I'm downtown again.

One of the best and most creative cocktails I've ever had was from here. The bartender was attentive and obviously good at his job. Beautiful atmosphere in the basement of the infamous Joule hotel. I do wish they had more comfy seating rather than the normal table and chair set up.

It's one of the best cocktail bars in Dallas. They offer outstanding service and great, well-made cocktails. I hadn't been here since 2019 and was happy find it was still a great place.

Bastardo Adventures

When I visited, they presented a menu with artists inspiring the drinks. Won me over! It felt very special to drink a unique cocktail out of what seemed to be a real piece of signed art by the artist mentioned in the menu. Very creative! Additionally, very tasty. I don’t think it was their fault that the air in the surrounding area smelled yucky. You could tell the outside oder invaded all the neighboring buildings(I had made other stops this night). So aside from the invasive tench that seemed to be no result of this establishment, the atmosphere was beautiful inside.

This place is awesome! The drinks are super high class and high quality. They have a very well stocked bar and were able to make everything I asked for. The music is loud, but not egregiously so. Definitely a fun time.

Amazing bar and the right ambience that we were looking for. We came here before dinner at around 6, and it was empty so it looked like we had the bar to ourselves. More people started coming in around 7 (which is fair). They explained the drinks really simply. Their filthy martini (not pictured) was different and yummy. The foamy drink was extremely delicious as well (I also forget the name now, oops)

Nice bar under the joule. It's on the small side, which is fine. It leans more grown up than, Woo! which was appreciated. We enjoyed the crafted cocktails. They were expertly made and you could taste the flavor profiles well. We'd come down with our selected drinks in mind, only to discover they'd changed the menu. A little disappointing but we recovered and found good substitutes. Nice to know they keep things fresh. Would come back with friends. One other side note, it had a very strong odor like a swimming pool. They opened the door late so I'm guessing they had to do some type of bio clean up. It was a little distracting from the ambience, which was dark and bluesy, but in a good way.

Great service! Our server didn’t share his name, but he was super attentive and made great recommendations! I hadn’t been here in a while! Cool Pokémon theme. We only came for drinks. They were good.

Ended up at Midnight Rambler because the other speakeasies were closed. Interesting mix of people here and a cool menu. The service wasn’t great though and the drinks were a little bizarre.
