Opinions de Partenope Dallas
The Calabrese spicy pizza is where it's at. The calabrian honey elevates this pie to a 10 out of 10. They ranked 17th for best pizzeria in the US and I agree. The ambiance is perfect for a date night and Keith's crew has an attention for detail.
This place is incredible. I am so happy we ended up here while we stayed in Dallas for the symphony. The lasagna is only available on the weekends so I had to try it and it did not disappoint. My husband got a pizza with prosciutto on it and the crust was some of the best crust I’ve ever had. I had a mocktail and my husband had an NA beer. It was a lovey atmosphere and wonderful for a date night. We dressed casually and walked to and from our hotel. Please try this place if you’re interested in Italian food. You will not be disappointed.
The rumors are true: the best pizza in Dallas is at Partenope. I’ve been hearing about this spot for years but finally tried it out for the first time tonight— all I can say is wow! We tried the Gladiator + the Napoli pizza and both were incredible. The crust was perfect, the flavors amazing, and easily had the best sauce I’ve ever had on a pizza. I’ve been to many spots in Italy and can confidently say this even rivals some of the pizza I have tried there. The atmosphere is cozy and sophisticated, without feeling stuffy. A true family-owned feel that I like in a restaurant. The service was fantastic. From the host to our awesome server, my husband and I felt genuinely welcomed. Not to mention, our server gave us great recommendations on the drink menu. I had hesitated visiting since it seemed a bit pricey for pizza, but I will absolutely be back again and again because by the end of the meal I realized that the prices are very reasonable for the high quality service and food this restaurant delivers.
This is our go to place when we come to Dallas for concerts @ the Majestic Theater. The food is consistently FANTASTIC! The wine list is full of Lucious Italian brilliance. We thoroughly enjoyed our epicurean experience. Make reservations! You will not be disappointed with this authentic made from scratch with the finest authentic fresh ingredients 🩷🩷🩷👏👏👏
We got to town in the afternoon in the midst of the icepocalypse and our lives were saved by this restaurant bravely being open, and serving us delicious food accompanied by great service. Hannah was super helpful and friendly and the food was incredible (we even ordered more just to have food in case we’re snowed in in the hotel again - and that was also delicious). Thank you for serving us in such a hectic time, didn’t take photos cause we were so hungry - but the sorrento pizza is 🙌🏼. Don’t miss out on this one!!
The antipasti portions were super generous. They served the burrata with the most delicious toast, pesto, and crispy brussels sprouts. The frittelles - zucchini and ricotta fritters - were an incredible textural experience. They would be amazing dipped in pesto or marinara. We ordered the prize-winning montanara pizza, which is like a margherita but with tomato sauce and flash-fried dough. Simply delicious. The texture of the crust was unreal. The service was also ridiculously personable and friendly. Despite all the accolades, this place does not feel pretentious. Just a neighborhood spot for finer tastes. Shout to our server Sara who was so kind. We will be back!
Had a great experience with a group of 6 of us. I had a margarita pizza and it was phenomenal. Seemed to be a brick oven style pizza and they home make the bread for their sandwiches. The sandwiches are huge and were great to my colleagues who ordered. The bruschetta was delicious. Our server was very knowledgeable and checked on us appropriately. Not too much or too little. Enjoyable experience overall.
Post office parties call for a glass of wine and girl talk, right? My friend and I have been to this restaurant countless times. I used to live right down the street, and my friend has become an obsessive fan. Honestly, I could tell you a million good things about it, but I’ll share what I’d like to read in a review. The food is spectacular. The pizza dough is heavenly. The wine list is brimming with options, and our waiter brought us samples and was incredibly knowledgeable about wine (I’m not). The atmosphere within is gorgeous—a mix of old and new, full of personality from the moment you walk in. If you’re looking for a good pizza, pasta, or a wine night, I highly recommend Partenopes.
Was initially quite deceived by the photos on Google because the interior looked kind of strip mall like. Not to say there isn’t great pizza in strip malls because great pizza can be anywhere and when it came down to it that’s what drew us. My gosh, were we wrong and also right! The interior was very cool dim lighting, wonderful decor with a bustling counter scene and lots of people looking very happy eating their delicious meals! We had a salad that had bread and goat cheese and butternut squash and arugula. It was refreshing and hearty at the same time. Our pizza had goat cheese and some sort of spicy salami or something and hot honey. They were kind enough to even do half non-dairy cheese, half regular cheese. The pizza was bomb! Our server, Hanna was a delight and took really great care of us. If we lived here we would definitely be coming back.
Delicious! We had the Calebrese pizza and the calzone, along with a cider and amber lager. We were blown away. Everything was absolutely delicious. I asked for a small bit of extra honey to dip my crust in. You can tell all the ingredients were quality and the food was hand made. We did go on a Tuesday during dinner time and were surprised how packed it was. Might be worth making a reservation if you have a group. We were just two so were happy to sit at the bar.
Came to Dallas for a Luke Bryan show and this restaurant was next door to the hotel. If you haven’t been here or don’t come your missing one of the best Italian places on the planet. I’m a pizza fanatic and this place has the best I came back the next day. Kevin and his staff are an excellent example of customer service to the max. Hard to find places like this anymore after Covid!
Fantastic pizza and a better than usual tiramisu. Very pleasant and helpful service. I will go again if I get the chance (only in Dallas on a brief visit). Recommended! I went at an unusual time, 4.30pm on a Monday, so it was not busy at all so can't really comment on the atmosphere but it was starting to fill up at 5.45pm.
Nothing really to say about this place. Pizza was great, dessert was great! We didn’t have to wait. Calabrese was amazing, their pizza Olympics winner was also good but calalbrese was better. I loved this place and no comment debate nothing. You can also sit at the bar wit less wait and that was also exciting to see. Didn’t get pasta so can’t speak o that. THR panna cotta was also great!
First time there and we loved it! We went for lunch on a Saturday. We ordered Mr. T’s, the veggie fritters (best ones I’ve ever had), and the burrata for appetizers. Then their montanara (award winning!) and Napoli pizza which were both spectacular. Their panna cotta, cannoli, and pistachio dessert were outstanding. I appreciated their non-alcoholic drink menu too. They have gluten free pizza & pasta as well.
There’s only a few really special spots in Richardson and this is one of them. My Italian girlfriend whose father is from Naples absolutely loved this restaurant. We live down the street and were mad we didn’t visit sooner. Can’t wait to go back and also try the Downtown Dallas location! Sea bass was amazing Make reservations if possible if going on Friday or Saturday night. Everything was stupendous from start to finish. I don’t think you can go wrong with anything on the menu. Service and atmosphere doesn’t get any better. Generous portions too! As first timers, our waitress was more than happy to help us pick accommodating our palates. We ordered the Fritto misto for an appetizer, chop salad Napoli Centrale and Sea Bass For drinks, try the Godfather or something from the dessert drink menu, you won’t be disappointed. We regret not ordering a dessert. Affogato or tiramisu will be ordered next time.
If you're searching for a slice of Naples in the heart of Dallas, look no further than Partenope Ristorante. Their pizza is nothing short of spectacular authentic, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The ambiance is warm and inviting, making it perfect for both casual lunches and romantic dinners. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable, always ready with a recommendation or a friendly chat. Whether you're a pizza aficionado or just someone who appreciates good food, Partenope Ristorante is a must-visit. I can't wait to return and explore more of their menu!
Amazing food and good service located in downtown Dallas. The menu had a good variety and both food and drinks were prepared with skill and lots of flavor!! Wine list was diverse and the wait staff new their stuff. If you are bringing a large party, keep it to 14 or fewer, because their big room caps at 14 and they won't let you seat even 1 more due to fire codes.
Absolutely loved my experience at Partenope Ristorante! No surprise it’s ranked #12 in the USA and #74 in the world in 2024 — everything we tried was incredible. We had the bruschetta, Gladiator pizza without meat, pesto pasta, and a lavender ginger beer mocktail. The pizza was light and flavorful, the pasta was delicious, and the mocktail was a total standout. Great ambience and warm service — can’t wait to go back!
Food was a bit underwhelming, especially for the price. Service and ambience was good. For starters, we got the frittelle (fried zucchini and ricotta appetizer) and the Mr T. Mr T was great. The bread was soft and lightly toasted. The frittele was freshly fried, but a bit underwhelming. It didn’t have much flavor and tasted like a fried ball of dough. For entrees, got the pork chops, spaghetti alla nerano, Ragù, and chopped salad to share. The pork chop was a little overcooked and needed more seasoning. The pastas all were a bit overcooked as well and thus, were too soft (not al dente!). The ragu had more flavor while the spaghetti alla nerano tasted mostly like cream. Chopped salad was decent. Three other friends got pizza and they seemed to enjoy it.
This place came highly recommended so I had to check it out. We started out with a bang but then it sizzled out. We started with the burrata and brussel sprouts (5/5) and meatballs (4/5). While the burrata and brussels were delicious and offset each other in a melodic way, the meatballs were marinated but the marinara was just okay. The pan seared sea bass was out of this world. The accompanying broth does a good job bringing out the taste and crispness of the bass (6/5). However, the meta di Sorrento was not good (2/5). The crust had great texture, but it was extremely bland. I had to request salt to give it any kind of seasoning. The alcohol drinks were good, but the Italian soda (1/5) was way too sweet. I thought I would go into diabetic shock from it. I was wrong. The limencello (dessert) is what would have sent me over. One spoon was enough for me to end my meal. It was so sweet that my teeth hurt after (0/5). Overall it was hit and miss.
