Great food and no wait but I came on a slower day. I got the beef fried rice and even had some left for the next day!
I got the fried rice with beef and chicken. I saw this place has a a lot of bad reviews but I personally enjoyed my food so much. It was very flavorful and tasty and for the price based on the amount of food they give you in one order I think is worth it. Staff did seem unprofessional but the lady who took my order was very nice with me
Great prices and fresh delicious meals 🙏🏽👍🏽!!! I’m a chef so trust me it’s good mall food! ( So sad to have to say I saw the largest cockroach in my life just 3mins after posting!!! I couldn’t get a refund but gave my food back anyway! He said it’s a mall problem…really Galleria Dallas!!!)

I had a couple of bad experiences with this place, especially how they treat customers. They are very rigid about how they prepare their dishes and not ready to make even a small change. They offer different Thai curries at the same rate with option of either tofu or vegetable. However, they are not flexible to make a dish with half tofu and half vegetable even though it does not cost them any more as they both are same priced. Upon insisting more, they agreed to do it with 25% more cost, which was totally illogical and unreasonable. No wonder why they have worst rating as a restaurant. They are okay to lose business and customers like me forever than being a little flexible in their approach. Their food is not bad, but I don't find it worth with such anti-customer attitude and arrogance.
Food is great but i think they should have a bell at the front so that guests can ring when they're in the back... on their phones by the way... ive been here a couple of times and its always the same thing. theyre always in the back just on their phones and customers at the front for 10 minutes just waiting. so unprofessional

Zero stars. Absolutely horrible food and NO customer service. Rude and dismissive staff. Believe the other bad reviews! The veggies and glass noodles for the Pad Thai we ordered had been sitting out all day and were spoilt. One bite and my daughter spit the baby corn out. I had another bite to confirm the noodles didn’t taste right, the baby corn was especially rancid. Two bites is all we had - but imagine being told that you’re claiming a refund after eating all of the food in front of your teens! Unbelievable. Riled me up so bad I opened the box and showed them the full box. But they showed me a scribbled policy saying no refunds. I said make me a fried rice instead then, they refused. They insisted on giving me another Pad Thai of the same spoilt glass noodles/veggies. I greatly regretted leaving a $3 tip for picking my own food from the counter and then being told the food was fine. For real. I trashed the food in disgust. I could not believe they’re seeing a full box of food and the supposed manager is claiming we ate it and are complaining. Very triggering.

The picture on the menu looks very different to what you get.
The cashier working on Sunday 4/28/24 was very rude. She said that her name was Alejandria. We asked for 'no chicken' in the kids stir fry that we ordered. She confirmed with the cook that we could get the kids meal without chicken. We paid and when we picked up our food there was chicken in the kids stir fry. We brought this to her attending and she laughed and said they can't leave out the meat in kids dishes. This is concerning for kids with allergies. Be careful at this place. Rude workers!

We had order 3 entrees and two bottle waters (they don’t have fountain drink as advertised on their top board which is a downer). We came to this place to dine inside because there was a sign that mentioned Thai express customer only. But once we sat inside, they told us to leave, because their eating area was closed. There was absolutely NO sign that said it was closed. This rudeness made my food taste awful. This is dinner time, so what the heck? No wonder why it doesn’t have a lot of business. We saw it wasn’t busy so we thought we give it a try. I WILL NOT GO BACK THERE AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE OF BEING KICKED OUT. I usually don’t type out harsh words but this place made me ANGRY, discouraged and extremely disappointed.

Service was fine, the restaurant was clean but the food was horrible. I eat Thai food very frequently but I could not eat more than two bites of my meal. It was meal #2. I believe it's pad see ew. Ew is right. It was greasy, bland, not cooked all the way, and so chewy. The veggies weren't good either. The tofu had some flavor but not great either. I'm sad to say this but this was the worst Thai meal Ive ever had. Hope they can improve the quality.
They had a daily special, but then tried to charge us a La carte. When my husband called them out on it they tried to tell us it was 4 dollars tax on a 10 dollar meal. Lol. Very much a bait and switch and dishonest dealings. Or else they don’t know how to do math. Either way, pretty poor business practice, And the food wasn’t great either. Stay away!

Food is ok. But the staff are extremely rude. Atleast hire someone who can understand basic English and has some manners. The cook lady was extremely rude while pointing at a sign saying "customers only for dine in area" and when we showed our receipts she didn't even apologize. Almost gave a rude look and pointed towards dine in area. What a way to treat your few customers. Whoever the management are try to hire someone hospitable or atleast has some manners.
I had a terrible experience at this place. I found a hair in my food, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the food was poorly prepared and tasted awful. The flavors were bland, and it felt like no effort was put into making it authentic or enjoyable. I will never eat here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They don't refund you⚠️
Terrible customer service!!! I was doubting going to this place after reading the reviews, but I needed something to eat near my job. I went to pick up an order that I placed online. The lady at the register told me I needed to cancel the entire order and place a new one because only one item was not available. Mind you, I placed this order 2 hours in advance, so the website should have said this item was out. I asked her if she could cancel the entire thing and just forget about it, but she told me no, that I needed to cancel it since I was the one who ordered and not her. There was no link the emailed receipt for me to track my order, so I couldn’t cancel online. I called 3 times and NOBODY answered me. This isn’t fair to me or others at all. I demand my money back ASAP!!! Now I know to never order from this place again, no matter how hungry I am!
I had one of the worst dining experiences at this place. From the moment I walked in, the staff were extremely rude and dismissive, showing no interest in providing even basic customer service. Things only got worse when the food arrived the smell alone was unbearable. The beef, in particular, had such a strong, unpleasant odor that it was inedible and raised serious concerns about freshness and quality. I couldn’t bring myself to eat it. No one should have to pay for food that smells spoiled or deal with such unprofessional service. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

She gave me my drink fully dirty, and I asked her nicely to give me a clean cup. She slammed the cup to the trash and threw me a new one. Then kept slamming things in the dinning area around me. Thennn she started cleaning the floor while I was eating and I felt dirt and trash around me and my legs. I thought it was rude and unprofessional!!!!
