LOVED MY FAVE: CRISP CURLY FRIES!!!

One of my favorite places to visit periodically. I usually park in the parking lot and watch the traffic passing by while I enjoy my meal.

I live near by and eat there often. Always fresh and friendly at the drive thru when I'm starving! Some Jack in the box s are better than others. This one out shines most of them !

Super impressed with this location! I placed a complicated order through the app and they got everything right and it was done super quick. The app is pretty sweet too- I got 25% off my order and some other random deals. Nioce.

Jack in the box great place for burgers curly fries and shakes . Like the all day breakfast menu to eat breakfast any time of the day. Like the tacos always get two for one price.

Jack in the Box is probably my favorite fast food places. I love their menu and their rotation of seasonal/periodic menu selections which is just right in opinion (not too frequent but frequent enough to offer menu alternatives).

I only stop here for the egg rolls. Drive thru window by the time you give your order and make it to the window they are ready. Don't forget the sauce quick snack.

I love the mexican ladie that there every morning she brings a smile to my face by being so nice. She has a great bubbly can do attitude and always makes sure to double check my order. I couldn't read her name badge plus it's always go go go go in the drive through.

I normally think Jack in the Box ok, but the Jack in the Box at 7217 Mission St, Daly City, CA 94014 is exceptional. There is one employee that works the drive thru who has to be one of the nicest patient people I have ever met. Everytime we order, it's exactly what was asked for. No misplaced sauces, cheese on something asked with no cheese. It's one of the few fast food places I feel safe with my order. That level of customer service is the on another level. If you are in the area and it is around evening time. Check out this Jack and Box and hopefully you get this Angel of an employee.

Purchased loaded breakfast sandwich meal combo and egg rolls. Was delicious. Always get egg rolls, they are the best, Ordered new jack smash burger 🍔. Enjoyed, very tasty. Would order again.

The food tasted great. I ordered the double jack which tasted one of the great burgers I ever ate. The curly fries were excellent, tasty and cheaper than original fries. Service was pretty quick.

So I would have to say this is a well above average Jack in the Box usually the wait is very tolerable the food is exceptional in the fast food category for what you're paying for and so far the service has been immaculate. The only challenge this location has is it is very busy during certain times today example lunch time cuz it has a high school nearby or right around dinner time but with that said as long as you pay attention to what time you're going and if you want to get in the long line or not then you won't get stuck. I'm not really to say anything that you know make things a hassle for them but they are really good about serving off menu items if they're still able to do it and also substitutions in any other real goofy thing you're going to ask a jack-in-the-box to do for you example put egg on a burger or you know make a drink they don't really offer on the menu anymore. With that said go buy you some Jack in the Box

Good variety of food options, though minimal for veggie-only. Friendly staff that helps each other out. Some tables could be wiped down more often, but not atypical for a fast food chain.

The cashier is very friendly. Food always comes out quickly, and it's always hot .

I have been here many times for dine in and drive thru. I mainly stop by when I am craving for some quality fast food or if I am in the area where I am in need of a quick bite. This location is great, because there are not many Jack in the Box locations in the area and they have better options compared to other fast food spots within the area. Their entire menu is avaliable all day, which consists of breakfast items, sandwiches, burgers, salads, chicken products, a value menu, rice bowls, tacos, munchie meals, desserts and much more to choose from. Everything is made to order which is always a plus for me since it is quality over quantity and I never mind the wait because I am a very patient person. And the soda machine is self serve with many drink options to choose from. The staffs here are well trained, polite, understanding and helpful where I had never encountered an issue during any of my visits. You can choose to dine in, order for takeout, order from their drive thru or get it delivered to you via a delivery app. This place is clean and well maintained which is rare nowadays. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of a quick bite just like me, if you are on a limited time and is hungry or if you just so happen to be in the area to check them out. I definitely will be back to tryout the other delicious options they have to offer.

Jack in the Box is awesome for late nights. If you order online late, you can't go in the dining room. Online orders need to be picked up at the drive through. Last night, I had their meat lovers breakfast burrito $5.69, spicy chicken sandwich $6.79 and southwest salad $7.59. Somehow food taste better at 12am. Service was excellent. My order was ready by the time I arrived.

The coke soda was particularly good. Actually tasted like coke and not Pepsi! We ordered the sausage croissant sandwich and the sourdough chicken sandwich. Both were great! No complaints.

I've been going here for a long time. Nowadays, it's usually busy with doordash orders. The food is always hot and fresh. Service is always good. If you don't want to deal with people, order on the app. The eating area is always clean, and floors are always swept and mopped. My usual go-to's are: French toast, tacos, curly fries, smash burger, and churros.

They BEST Jack's so far. The food is always served fresh and hot. Not waiting too long in the drive thru and love how it has a parking lot to park and eat in your car. The staff are friendly and professional. I feel as if this spot has a new one and running it good from before.

The staff at this location is always chill. Crew must either be getting paid or fed well lol. Whatever management is doing, keep it up.

For fast burgers, I like Jack in the Box's sourdough Jack. Their onion rings are always crispy and a bit peppery for added kick.

I went to the place at about midnight so the inside was locked up but he and I are looking and I’ve looked pretty tidy and someone new so that was a good sign. So I went through the drive-through instead,the service was pretty good they were out of french fries though.

One of the better Jack in the Box's around, only problem is they forgot an item from your order and you have to turn around and go back to get it.

The place provided fast service and food was good. The only complaint is that there were a few flies in the facility. Perhaps trash needs to be removed a little more frequently.

Normally, I would go if there is nothing to eat and I have money. Personally, going inside rather than drive thru is much better. Just because there hardly anyone ordering inside rather than outside.

As I'm driving through mission this place us convenient and looks like they have remodeled some time ago. There is good parking yet I always do drive thru. I was able to order my food without any problems yet when I got to the window it took too long for our food that there was a long line. The service was very friendly and professional but either they need to hire another person or move faster, I think they were moving quickly so I think they need more employees. Beyond all that this was decent that's why it gave it 4 stars.

I don't come here often but usually use the drive-thru when I do. The drive through process has been ok but sometimes not great. This location sells boba milk tea and boba ice coffee. The tea one is pretty good.

Even though they no longer seem to have Fajita Pita salsa and also they sent me away with my $25.00 order, minus 1 Sourdough Jack, their food still tastes better than most of the other nationwide food chains. Although, I won't be buying anymore Fajita Pitas. They're definitely bland without the salsa!!!

It’s good overall. The drive-thru service was very fast and I was shocked. The prices were very cheap for what my family ordered and compared to other fast-food restaurants in the area. I got the Loaded Tiny Tacos with Onion Rings and a Medium Coca-Cola. I was very surprised by the prices of the soft drinks as they were only 20 cents separated in price but had a noticeable difference in size. To be honest, I believe that a Medium Coke (450 calories) for $2.49 is a steal. The Onion Rings has this nice, crisp taste to it and I very much enjoyed it. On the other hand, the Loaded Tiny Tacos are not what was advertised at all so do not get mislead. In my opinion the non-loaded Tiny Tacos are better. Even though the advertisement for some of the items they serve is misleading, I still recommend checking it out and having a nice meal here.

The food here is like any normal Jack in the box but the service is a bit slow. On multiple locations I've been the only customer in the restaurant and I've still had to wait 10 minutes before someone would take my order.

This is Christmas Day. The place was busy, but not enough staff. The cashier held the rest of the staff together. They were doing the best they could under the circumstances.

Its jack in the box, what else could be expected? The lady was rude, and the food was good compared to what's open late.

It is busy as hell at like 10pm and there’s only one person to take orders so it took for ever to place an order and get my order in time given they had a million online orders.

This location is nostalgic in the sense that it takes me back to the times of my last relationship in which I showed up every day well rested and enthusiastic, but left unsatisfied and disappointed. This location demands that you understand if they forget the sauce that makes the magic happen. The sparkle in your eye is up to you to maintain... and your cravings as well. I love JIB, but this location makes me want to get back out there. Wendy's is always willing to take me back. Maybe it's time to pass by and say hello.

While there are two bathrooms here on the public side, the employees wouldn't let me use the vacant one on the ground that it was for 'employees only'. It is not marked for employees, and no other Jack in the Box operates in this manner.

The old jalapeno poppers just aren't what they used to be. Half their former size, flavorless jalapeno pepper fragment, cheezewhiz like nacho stuffing instead of delicious sharp cheddar and a coating of coarse cracked grain like sand paper. Joe Danforth would roll over in his grave.

Tried the spicy chicken strips and they were too hot to enjoy and over battered plus the curly fries were cold.

Order a curly fries got a french fries and plain cheeseburger got one with pickles in it two days in a roll. What’s wrong with these people? can’t get one order right. Frustrating!!!

Wow. Is this place under staffed? Drive takes long. You pay then asked to pull forward, food comes out cold.

Forgot half my order, I ordered 2 Clucks and only got one, which was completely plain. In all honesty, I don't expect much from J in the B anyway, but this was poor even more for a franchise that targets the stoner community. I'd go back but only if I was lit or desperate.

Customer service was good, nothing to complain from them. But the food was bad, tasted as if the food was old or dipped in old oil. If I wanted the gurgles I should've gone to Taco Bell next door.

Fast and convenient, since they operate at hours were other places are close. But the food isn't made on the spot, or at least is the case for their tacos, not crispy and cold.. and forget asking them for extra sauce... but if you want them made on the spot with extra hot sauce... the one on el Camino off of Hickey is legit! Just further down but so worth it.

The worker who helped me tonight was horrible. He had no idea how to navigate the menu, he changed my order way too many times, and tried telling me what to order so that it's easier to save money(he changed a medium to a large which I didn't ask for). This location dropped in quality and it sucks now due to all the kids they are hiring.

Hi went in to restaurant and got kick out by the manager with out ordering they did want to attend my self and a friend and pretty much kicked us out ! Don’t go there.

I went this store on Tues august 30. While the food was good, the service and the conduct of two of the employees (one apparently off-duty) was terrible. As I approached the cashier a young girl cut in front of me asking for 2 cups. When said cashier began to enter the order the girl began to protest (using foul language. The cashier responded likewise but in a joking fashion. The girl was apparently an off-duty emloyee as she made her way behind the counter.To make a long story short, I was completely Ignored for 2-3 minutes while the two carried on. Next time I will find my sourdough elsewhere.

One of the worst in area ,can't enjoy my food cause employees are too loud screaming at each other. I was in line for 5 mins before someone took my order . 4 employees looked at me . This place now is terrible I never coming back again, bad service..If you really know what happened , I ordered two orders of number 30 combos and two orders of number 27 just the sandwiches and two coffees guess what they only give one order of number 30 and one sandwich and two small coffees with no cream and no sugar nothing and for the order number 30 coming with small hot cakes or pancakes with not forks or plastics knife, do I suppose to eat all these with my fingers I just don’t get it the people who’s served these. Wdnesday 4/27/22, I went to their drive through in Daly City at 6:15 AM. There was nobody behind my car, but the cashier asked me to move forward and wait outside of the line; he would bring my order, outside up to my car. Since I did not move fast enough, he insisted, a bit irritated, although there was not a car behind mine. I complied. When I received my order, but he did not provide a receipt. I got out of my car and went in the store asking for my receipt. He, pulled a receipt from a bag of an order he was ready to give out. Curiously, that WAS MY RECEIPT with the last 4 digits of my credit card ... very weird...

The Indian guy at this Daly City Jack in the box drive thru in the night is very rude! I don’t know his name but he is Indian and works in the speaker and drive thru. He speaks too quietly and slow, he is not nice to customers. I cannot hear his voice in the speaker. He cannot work in this drive thru area if his voice is very low. It’s better if his job is the kitchen because he cannot speak loud enough for customer to hear. He’s also rude and don’t talk nicely to customers

Lines, not so long, food like any normal jack in the box however, their language towards one another is horrifying, there is no barrier. Right then and there they said, “You a liein a** n***a.” For me not so much an issue, but I could imagine if you were to bring your kids or even if you aren’t a big fan of this service, you wouldn’t want to come back. Feel free to step into this environment a th location, this is just an observation.

Staff are very very rude, they take too long to take your order, and there is a guy who is rude, he is latino, and he was rude to everyone. He made everyone who was there wait in line, until one of the staff who came back from brake took the orders.

I've been to many Jack in the box's and this one was Horrific, the burger must have been from yesterday because it was hard and cold and tasted like tofu. Unreal how bad they screwed up? I'm from the North East so I look forward to going to places we don't have regionally like Jack in the Box and In-N-out Burger. Thanks for ruining one of my favorite fast food places.

First of all, it’s dirty. There’s stuff everywhere on the floor and even though the bathroom is locked it’s disgusting. Also on the door it says they take EBT. They kept giving me a hard time about it and said it’s only for cold food. Like what’s there that’s cold??!! Also the workers are rude. Everyone seems like they are in a bad mood.

I was on the line where he orders in the car and step where he is ordered and nobody attended to me and then step where the cashier is and tells me that he cannot take my order and alleges that I do not listen to him when he said he will wait for him But he never spoke to me. Of course the white guy and I Latino. I understand that exists in this world. And I would like to give you serious stars, but I can't put it for that (I found the truth very bad customer service I was with my little son he really wanted to eat french fries)

Hi. I don’t usually post a bad review but I had a frustrating moment last night at this Jack. We ordered a pick up, we arrived at the right time and we showed the order to the manager. At the first interaction, the manager was very rude and told us that the order has already taken by another person. (?) we were so disconcerted, we tried and he kept being rude, so we left without making a disturb or starting a fight. But really… this guy doesn’t know anything about customer service and how he gives our order to another person? It’s stupid. I know that it was Christmas Day, it was a busy day at Jack’s but wow. :( we were so hungry, frustrated and we lost our money due to that situation.

I ordered on Uber Eats and they got the whole order wrong, like they didn't even TRY. I ordered a Chicken sandwich 4 tacos a burger and 2 fries with 2 root beers. How did I get 2 burgers 3 fries 2 tacos and 2 Dr peppers???? Like seriously?

The workers here at a random 1:30-2:00pm on a Sunday don’t care to make you feel welcomed. The food is made my working people who stare at you and make you feel unwelcomed. They made my food burnt and looks messy. I won’t be back for drive thru service or dine in.
