Food and service we're great. I do have a complaint...you guys need to fix your sidewalk! I just about fell because of the tiny little step that you can barely see. While we were sitting in our car looking at the map, another customer had been walking out to her car with her elderly mother and she did fall down. She hit her knees hard and she almost hit her face on our bumper.
The food is so fresh off the grill. Request for the burger (no tomato, mayo etc) we perfect. Claudia (cashier) very helpful. Coupons by mail is excellent.. value for my monet. Thank you so much!
Popular morning spot. Clean comfortable dining area. Drive thru open 24 hours. Doors open 7:00am. A couple of power outlets in the dining area. A couple of burgers are available during breakfast hours. This location has $0.59 senior coffee.
A meal without coupons can be pretty pricey for fast food, but that's the same with McD. Recommend getting the BK app and checking out the deals on there. Sometimes you can get a family bundle (3 whoppers, 3 cheeseburgers, and 3 fries) for $12.99-ish.
Delicious Burgers, this location is pretty clean, fair prices and they follow guidelines. I'm not a huge fan of outside food, specially like they call it "junk food " but don't mind to try it once for a while. If I do it can be a Burger King.
The is the best Burger King in the whole world! The food was great and the staff are the most wonderful people in the world! The workers deserve to get a raise!
Pro tip: Use the mobile app and the drive thru. The mobile app has promos you won’t find in the store and you can create a mobile order and drive thru and pick it up. It’s very convenient when you’re on the go and just need to grab a bite.
I love burger king. Coupons in paper are an awesome deal.. they are much more superior than McDonald's (which is only real estate anyway)..
Food is good, but mgt needs to work on how they treat fellow employees. Especially supervisors! Things have improved since my original post. Looks like the main bosses took notice and are retraining their staff.
As far as Burger King is concerned this location is great. Usually go in for breakfast and they are always accommodating and friendly even if a couple minutes past the cutoff time. Location is kept clean and no one is hanging out, pan handling or loitering.
This place has some pretty good food. But the parking is not very good at all. There's also some people who show up there acting a little too off which could scare someone if your not used to people hanging out in the lot as you gas up or grab something to munch on.

Drive thru experience: no complaints at all, really quick service from placing your order to the second window when you get your food. Food always comes out nice and hot too. I always also appreciate the two window drive thrus as well, when you pay at the first window and get your food at the second. It seems a lot more efficient that way, especially since in my experience by the time I pull up to the second window the food is ready.
I want to tell you the story of the Burger King Hero: Back in the 80's.., I was traveling across the country with a punk rock band that liked to pick up strays and take them on tour with them. When SF came, it was their last stop in the US before Japan, so I ended up here for awhile. With no place to stay and not much money,, I did what I still enjoy doing, and that is wandering around town observing people. I met a bunch of kids that used to hang around down by the end of the cable car at Market, they called themselves the Powell St. Punks. Back in the day, you could get what was called a Hotline hotel room to stay in for emergencies, unfortunately it was over in the T-loin which was pretty rough in those days, worse than even now. The kids used to stay together on the benches by the BART, or sleep on cardboard in the doorway of the AT&T building on the corner that used to be a bank. Every time I hear the phrase "trickle down economics", I think of that picture in my head of the kids huddled in the doorway of that huge fancy bank building, like something from a Jacob Riis photo, or Dickens. To be honest, there were plenty of places like the Olive Church to get food. (You may remember it as The Glide from that movie 'The Pursuit of Happiness', and it still exists to serve the homeless population). However, their food wasn't stuff that kids would hunger for: pizza, beer and junk food. A group of the Powell St. kids used to panhandle the tourists along Powell for spare change to get a slice or some liquor. One night we asked some well dressed guy and his wife for change. He stopped and looked at us "what do you want quarters for, the arcade?" One of the littler ones said "I'm hungry". Well this guy immediately sprung into action. He put his fancy Saturday-night-on-the-town-with-the-missus plans on hold for a bit and pulled out his wallet at Burger King and paid for some meals. As soon as the bills came out, it was like a bunch of pigeons when someone throws a crust on the sidewalk. A small crowd of homeless kids came from nowhere and descended upon this guy. And he kept paying for each kid that came in and wanted a meal.. Later that night, well after we had eaten and were chilling on the benches watching the boys skate around the BART entrance, this guy comes back. He had scrapped his own dinner plans and had been on the horn for hours, calling all over town to try to find a place for the younger kids to sleep. All the shelters were full, but he finally found somewhere out in the suburbs, and he had come to tell us that one of the social workers were coming to pickup however many kids she could fit in whatever vehicle they could commandeer. He paced on the curb nervously, like he was trying to keep some wild cubs from running back up into the mountain, and waited until he saw that the kids were safely tucked into the car. The youngest one, a skinhead that was at most 11 or 12, started crying like a baby once he realized that he wasn't going to have to sleep on the cold SF sidewalk for another night. Burger King Hero made sure that us older teens didn't want for anything, and walked over to get his own hamburger, a much more humble dinner than the one he had originally planned I am sure.. I have always been a keen observer of the character of people, and I watched this whole thing play out. I saw how the other tourists smirked at him like he was being foolish, and how ragtag and sullen the little group of street urchins looked, and how he casually walked away thinking that he had not done a great thing. But I saw very clearly what he had done and what it meant...

I had a Whopper with cheese from the drive thru around 3am. It was ready when I got there (I ordered online) and tasted pretty good.

With my breakfast purchase i am fully satisfied. As usual, my order was 2 croissan'wiches for $4, Mixn' Match. One is with sausage and egg and another one is with bacon and egg. I asked to make my order without cheese. After eating, i felt great, full of energy and happiness. Good place to save $.
First visit to a Burger King in about 10 years, and was interestingly surprised. I was driving by the Westlake, Daly City location and decided to try BK's "Impossible Burger, (IB)" (vegetable patty) to decide what science has wrought. I went to the driveway through and after waiting for about 8 minutes got a turn at the faceless speaker. The order taker was friendly, understandable, and efficient - plus I haven't been called "Sir," in a long time. With the order of an IB, an extra 1$ gets you a chicken sandwich, so I did. My IB was with everything, but no onion. With all the condiments, and the snap of the pickles, I really couldn't tell it was a vegetable patty vs. beef. I have to commend this BK location for its fast friendly service - and its IB for a decent vegetarian alternative to beef. Would I make a special trip to BK again for the IB? No, but I don't frequent fast food joints at all, so not a fair question.
The place isn't brand new or anything and it isn't the best looking Burger King that I've gone to, but the drive thru is 24 hours and that's worth mentioning. The food is ok, typical fast food. This place also accepts all expired coupons! This service is usually really good, the older Filipino ladies are really nice and accommodating. Just remember to give a smile and say thank you!
Your standard Burger King experience. Fast service, decent prices, and Whoppers served in their best possible form. This would be a five star experience, however the stench from the nearby sewage treatment plant can be very overwhelming at times. Let me enjoy my burger now, and I'll worry about the smell it makes in 8 hours.
Hello, this BK has the marks of good restaurant. Accurate order, accepts coupons, and good prices. The personnel like working here and a pleasure to work with! See my massive review of BK Colma and find out about all th area BKs. Easy parking is a plus here😀! One star is missing because everyone is in a hurry, which is a path to errors. Only time will tell!
Love the grilled Jr. Whoppers! Fast service; if there is a complaint , it is rectified immediately! The customer service is Right On; fixed just the way you want it! My favorite hamburger place, except for fries - save that compliment for McDonalds!! Lol
This is one of my favorite fast food restaurant compared to all other Burger King's facilities. I came here at least twice for months. However, my only disappointment is that the cleaningness of the store sometimes fluctuate.
24 hour drive through. It's great when there is no line, unfortunately the drive thru will get very popular even late at night, and it takes awhile per car. Usually will take about 15 minutes to get from ordering to the drive thru window, and the vehicle line usually will start even before that point. They're mobile app offers good coupons but if you are in a hurry, you will have better luck with the other fast food locations around
Came here on April 17, 2024 for lunch. Food is alright for its price and service is a little lacking. There were more than enough people working- wished they could have someone wipe the tables/sweep the floors since it was kind of dirty.

I appreciate they open on Christmas day and no music is great! However, they told me there's no wifi. Therefore, I give them 4 stars. Popeyes on market has wifi. The owner is very kind to respond back to me. Now there's no music is even better. I come here to write to the White House telling them todo their jobs right.
We usually do drive thru or take out. A couple of times this year, we were shortchanged a sandwich. Human error, I get it. Now I double check before leaving.

Typically, my experience here is great or worthy of 5 stars. Occasionally however (about 25%of the time), an order is botched. I prefer my sandwiches, in particular the Whopper, with no tomato, extra ketchup, onion, and pickle. That 25% of the time (once per month, each Wednesday or Thursday depending on when I need to shop at the West Lake center across the street), the sandwich is made incorrectly either by not removing the tomato or just giving me a typically Whopper instead. This does not stop me from ordering here though, but truth be told the one in the Serramonte center is better.
Every time I order here using mobile order, it takes so long to get my order. Expect to wait 15-20 mins after your mobile order no matter how simple it is. It just seems the staff are not efficient in working or they are just simply understaffed and overloaded.
As of Feb 2017 visit, layout of tables is much improved. Clean and neutral wall colors. Menu is what you would expect. Nice self serve soda machine for custom sodas. Icee machine available. Watch for traffic in parking lot next to gas station.
Before the 'Rona it always seemed that their new fangled fancy sodie-pop machine never had the options it touted as existing. Tons of signage that Surge is back. Well, it wasn't. Employees are nice and apologetic. Probably because Burger King pays them like a King would. $0, and threats of death if employees don't swear loyalty and fealty. Long live the King!
BK, yep you should know what you are getting yourself into when you step foot inside. It's open late and satisfies a hunger, that pretty much sums it up. Their new cheesy tots are actually pretty tasty and a whopper is a whopper. You get that fake flame broiled taste. Don't forget to download/ use their app because they have lots of deals there.

The food is great. It is 100% cooked and freshly made. But the employees there, the ways they talk to people, are not acceptable. Either please talk to them about their behaviors, or please fire them. Because if you want to continue keeping your business up, you won't at all period, if you have employees who are rude and disrespectful. Just FYI; that's all. P.S. They definitely need to, not should, NEED to, clean up that bathroom! IT IS JUST ABSOLUTELY SO DREADFULLY AND DISGRACEFULLY DISGUSTING!
I don't have fast food that often anymore so I can tell you the food quality is sub par and expensive as hell. $4.00 for a TINY bacon double cheeseburger with HALF a bacon strip cut in 2 pieces! The tiny burger FIT IN THE PALM OF MY HAND. Only at here because I was busy running errands and didn't wanna go home and cook. Drive thru took over 20 minutes from ordering to getting my food. The burger looks like it had been smashed.
We love the charbroiled taste, but these day's its quite pricy ($$) without a coupon. A Whoper with cheese and bacon is almost $11 all by itself, without fries or a drink. We end up spending just under $40 for two of us.
~This is the nearest BK 4 me 2 get an, "Impossible Whopper." Service is hit & miss, although, I do believe that the workers give it their best. Unfortunately, there just seems 2B a communication breakdown sometimes. Although, I do my best 2 speak slowly, loud & clearly, & that usually clears things up. 🙏🏼~
We ordered four meals and got our drinks. We asked for a tray and the cashier told us they were out of drink trays. While waiting for our food, another customer ordered food and drinks and asked for a drink tray and the cashier went and got them a tray immediately. We ended up going back to the counter to ask for a tray, but the cashier turned away before we got there. We ended up getting the drink tray from the stack she left on the counter ourselves. The level of service and attention has been going downhill at this location.
I honestly hate to give a bad rating because i like burger king food. I haven’t been here in a long time even though i want to because im always disappointed. I have only been here 3 times in 10 years because i hate being disappointed. But its just the level of carelessness about the quality of the experience is bad. I could be specific but is clear whoever runs and owns this store simply does not care about quality at all. It could be worse but doing the bare minimum would be 5 star worthy. Food was rank, burger tasted like it was cooked in old fry oil. Fries were not good. Location was not up to BK taste standards... Couldn't finish my meal.
They remodelled the fixtures and decor but do they understand seniors can barely read the tiny letters on the menu? The food doesn't taste like what it use to... The grill dogs are such a rip.
First off their advertisements were really old over a month old and they didn't offer what they were advertising. The woman cashier barely even spoke English enough to understand and didn't get the entire order correct. Their burgers were not cooked thoroughly.
If you use drive thur to buy food and check whether the food is complete before you leave, this restaurant often forgets some contents of the order, and if they are temporarily out of stock, they will not tell you, and you will never want to get an incomplete food order at full price.
Late night drive thru: The food would be good if it was ever fresh and hot. Something's always wrong with my Whopper such as not hot and not enough mayonnaise and/or ketchup and sometimes they give me a problem when I ask for extra ketchup? Tonight I ordered a Bacon King and it was barely warm. The almost nothing tiny pieces of bacon didn't look anything like the giant pieces of bacon in the menu photo. I felt ripped off. Mornings: Standing at the counter inside the store I've seen a lot of pre-made burgers just sitting there long before people buy them at the drive-thru or walk in. I think they care more about how long it takes to serve a customer than the quality of the food. I love Burger King food when it's fresh and hot every time. Maybe the owner doesn't know about the poor quality of service? Drive thru danger: The drive-thru is dangerous because the curb comes out too far and people can scrape the side of their car on it. They need warning poles that come out further then the curb but that might put the customer too far away from the window? There is some damage from previous cars that have scraped on those tall protruding cement curbs. Years ago they remodeled, I'm surprised they didn't correct that drive-thru curb problem.
I have never been more impatient at a fast food place. I get it , they have to serve orders for both drive-thru and dine-in but seriously ? I ordered ahead of few people and they got their food before me. I went in there around 7 :20 PM and the Filipino lady at the cash register was rude and kept glaring at me for some reason. I waited so long for my order and when I finally told them , they looked at me suspiciously and again with the glare. She asked me what kind of sauce I want and I responded back by asking " What are the options ? ". She did not say a word and just gave me a random sauce . The food is great and affordable but customer service seriously need more effort.
Not enough staffing during lunch time 12pm to 1pm. Waited 40min inline other i hear complaining about the drive thru, stuck for 30 min plus and getting the wrong order. Its not the staff and understand they are doing there best, but please add like 3 more workers. 2 cashiers other 2 helping and getting the food right. A Fool place other than the King.
Wouldn't have gone there if we did not have our coupons. This particular Burger King just got remodelled and looks nice from the outside. After ordering our food, I went to grab a table and noticed the majority of the tables were dirty. The floor was filthy and sticky as well. After wiping the table myself, I went to wash my hands and noticed the restroom was filthier. Not sure if it's a lack of employees but this place needs to have a better workflow for cleaning.
Menu can not be read in drive through until you are ready to order and is a mess. Causes delays and long lines. Workers are clearly not happy and seem annoyed if you ask them anything. Food quality has certainly gone down and they charge $3+ for a large diet coke vs $0.99 at McDonalds. How are they still in business?
I am hard of hearing, so when I didn't hear any voice from the speakers in the drive thru I assumed that I just couldn't hear it and drove forward to order at the window. James the order person was very rude about this and told me never to do this again, and that he would take my order this time but not again. He generally had a very bad attitude throughout the whole encounter. Food was as expected, was given it quickly.
Horrible horrible service. Drive thru at night take over 20 minutes from in to out. Waiting at the order box for close to 10 minutes no communication. Order is often wrong. Obvious lack of communication training.
The two Latino guys who worked in the window cashiers were very rude, and gave us an angry look when he gave us our food. If you're working as a cashier, you should always greet the customers with a smile.
Ordered family bundle that includes 3 double whoppers, 3 cheese burgers and 3 fresh fries and they only sent 1 whopper, 2 cheese burgers and 1 fries. Called and talked with Marleen, she stated that the other bag was left because they forgot to tape the 2 bags together, she stated to be the manager but refused to refund money or sent the rest of the order.
Terrible restaurant and I'm not talking about the chain or the name but the mediocre staff that they have Gizé ordered two large fries online and they sent me two small ones, I ordered a hamburger only with mayonnaise and lettuce and they put everything else on it , I paid for a cheese that they never placed and as if that were not enough it was super cold as if they had leftovers and they only placed it so as not to make my order at all, I recommend it. my order was on the night shift on 12/29/21

Middle age Asian employee was extremely rude and unhelpful. I walked over for a pickup order through app and he tells me “you have to go through the drive through. And I told him the reason I ordered pickup was so I don’t have to go through the drive through and he says “that’s your problem”. Had to argue just to get my order I already paid for. Shame some people shouldn’t be working in F&B! Wish I got his name.
They should close this location! I only went there twice because it's the closest Burger King near my house. The 1st time I ordered whopper and spice chicken, and it wasn't as it supposed to be, there was no sauce on them. 2nd time I went there and got spicy chicken same thing there was totally no sauce on that.
I ordered 3rd party via Grub Hub & BK screwed up order! I call store no one answers, Now my family member has to share my meal with me. They simply cannot get their thing together, too fast & not careful. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!!!!!
I got the wrong food delivered. When i called i was passed to a gentleman that never told me his name when i told him i got the wrong item he told me “ what you want me to do”. When i asked for the name to report him he hang up and wont pick up the phone. I got stuck with the wrong item and without reporting the guy who picked up. Don't waste your money time or energy on this bk.
I love Burger King but I hate this Burger King in Daly City specifically I work late and long hours and the only think I crave late night is Burger King and when I call them to see if I can make substitutions to my order they won’t answer like why are you open for door dash and have a phone number to call to just not answer I really hope you fix this because it’s bk or McDonalds any day and I am very displeased with this problem
Me and my roommate rolled up on our skateboards, we sat by the menu obviously we couldn't set off the pressure plate. A employee walks out and very kindly walked out and asked if they answered us, we said no. He then told us to just go to the window, which we did. We waited behind the cars in front of us. Once we got to the window the ladies standing at the register gestured us to leave in a very rude manner. They did not let us order :(. This whole experience made me sad cause I wanted nuggys.
Horrible customer service. They constantly “accidentally” give your order away to the wrong customer. Our number was 85, they skipped our number and kept going all the way to 89. Then when we confront them about it, the worker told us to “be patient, there’s only one worker”... FYI, there’s like 20 workers there. Can’t even be straight with us. Liars. Horrible workers. Go through the drive through if you have a choice. The dine-in people get everything wrong.
Older lady working the drive thru should find a different job because she obviously hates this one. She seemed aggravated that I was ordering food, almost dropped my drink, then practically threw the bag at me before shutting the window without saying a word. I'd get someone different to work the window if I could have it my way.
Went to pick up a doordash order at this burger king around 1am. Waited at the drive thru for 35min with only 3 or 4 cars in front of me. Ended up causing my DD BK order and my other DD order with Nations to be late with cold food. When I got to the window I saw a young girl that worked there was on her phone when she was supposed to be making food. I told her the wait is ridiculous and that she shouldn’t be on her phone. She got angry at me, told me to leave multiple times and slammed the drive thru door on me. I told her Im not leaving I just want the food. She ended up giving me the wrong food and drinks because she was angry and just wanted me to leave. Terrible experience for me and the DD customer. Never coming back even if DD offers a high paying order.
Waited almost 30 mintues and food was cold they didnt have 3 items i ordered and didnt give me back the money i spent on those items.
The staff was nice but when I came to pay I was under $4 but the staff was nice enough to give me the food but after that I had gotten a very bad stomach flu. This is not the way to treat customers
Wow fast food.... More like slow food. Took 25 mins to pickup my online order. I was amazed that people that walked in to order more complex meals were getting their orders before me. I could see my ticket and my 2 burgers sitting in the warmer. I guess getting my order right is worth 1 star but everything else was pretty bad. I would avoid.
Repeated recent visits and they don't seem to be able to serve warm food. Even if it comes straight out of the back room, it is cold by the time it gets to me. Though convenient to my home, I'd rather drive to the next nearest BK if I'm really wanting a whopper. Heck, I'd rather drive across the bay bridge than return here. They either don't get it or don't care. The recent remodel does make it look nicer than it did.
Took 30 minutes to complete order breakfast sandwiches were looked like a toddler prepared them, cheese stuck to bread a very very small piece of egg. Fast food service in bay area is terrible, and at this burger King they may be the worst
There's a young female worker that seems to enjoy making fun of people thank cant speak English. It was difficult to even place a simple order with her. The way she treats customers with ridicule is so disgusting. I never want to go there again because of this woman.
I ordered 2 double cheese burgers and payed for 2 double cheese burgers but instead I got 2 single cheese burgers. To top it all off they gave me ketchup instead of marinara sauce for my mozerella sticks. This place is so much worse than the location off geary
recovering from severe food poisoning (unrelated) so wanted a wrap to ease myself into things - got to burger king really faint and dizzy, knocked on the doors, open signs and gmaps saying it’s open but it’s only the drive thru - doors closed off and blocked… really big bummer as a tourist too - would’ve expected some hospitality…

Pretty terrible Burger King establishment. - The drive thru area is not always attended to, so you may have to pull up and yell through the window to get their attention. - Ordering using the mobile app is a complete nightmare: 1. Terrible reception and no wifi available, so it is almost impossible to know when your order is ready, and 2. There are so many people using the online ordering system and they choose to station only one worker for online food pickup... - Food is alright, but does not make up for the amount of time I have to wait for it to come out. Had to wait, during a pretty quiet hour of the day, along with two others, over 45 mins for a Ch'King.
We arrived to the drive thru around near 1030pm on July 14th, there was quite a few cars in line at that time. My wife and I understood the wait time due to the amount of customers in line. After 30 minutes while barely moving, we started to wondered what the wait was for. Just after the 30 minute mark we finally got to the speaker to order. We heard the cashier talking to her manager over the intercom about asking how to take out an order because the customer left without the food. After a little bit more we got to the window. The cashier was an older lady who was very nice and very patient. She apolgized for the wait and took my card and charged us for our order, the computer did not print out a reciept, the cashier was under the impression because of no reciept it did not charge the card and ask for her manager to help. I worked at burger king years ago as both cashier and cook, the manager looked stressed out, probably due to the long line which was understandable. We waited as the manager on duty unplugged a few cords to get the computer working. We could see our food, and asked if we could at least have our food while they fix their computer and the cashier was still holding onto my debit card. The cashier asked us to wait but she would not give me my debit card back, which we thought it be reasonable to have something to hold onto either food or my debit card. The manager on duty went back to bagging food while the cashier held onto our food and card. We checked our bank app and saw that our card was charged $29.36. We tried to tell the cashier and MOD and even showed our bank app to show the charge, they said it didnt charge and was only pending. Which my wife started to get extremely frustrated because of the wait time and we could not even get my card back. The MOD just kept yelling the computer system was down, which my wife took as her yelling at us which she then said she was yelling at her coworker. This younger filipina MOD yelling at an older filipina cashier or us was not ok at any level. It was more upsetting that there was yelling and the MOD never even said sorry for the wait even once. This was not the customer experience we would expect. We understand high stress level but yelling at and older coworker or us is unacceptable. At this point both sides seem to be really angry, where we told the staff we wanted to leave even if that meant without our food that we were chargered for. We had to ask several times for my debit card, which I completely understandable why she would ask us to wait, but after yelling back and fourth we wanted to leave. We left without our food, and after a few days the $29.36 became a charge on our account where we paid for a product or food we never recieved. I love Burger King, i worked for them, i really like the food, but the customer experience still matters. I hope things got better or the young filipina MOD was able to have a better night, no customer should have to go through that. We accept that we had a part in it and we are sorry for the situation too, but at the end we lost money with nothing in return.
I hate to give a bad review. Staff are working there have no smiles,nor do they like being there. I've seen employees come & go. It's sad. Manager was in the front taking the orders..but his eyes were watching people, homeless using the fountain drinks for free & restrooms. There needs a security man there. That place needs an Overhaul clean. Hamburgers are not hot & juicy. French fries weren't fried enough!My choice now Carl's Jr.
I ordered online , and used drive through. Three different employee come to windows after every three minutes asking the same question if I picking up an order.
I was very disappointed in the food, The whopper was sloppy & cold; the meat was very dried & burnt around the edges, bigger bun & small meat. This was my favorite Burger King; however the foods seem to be going downhill. The tastes are totally different than before. The burger used to be juicy & fresh. Now it tastes like a preheated frozen burger. The store was also lack of customer service.
Went through the drive through on my 30 min lunch, sat at the speaker for 2 minutes and no one said anything. No one else was in front of me so I went to the first window and the older man there got mad I skipped to the window. He sounded like he was forced to work here by his parole officer. This was the second time I had a bad experience with the drive thru. Don't waste your time here and go somewhere else.
THE WORST STAFF. Went to drive thru, and their speaker box was covered with a card board. I assumed it was broken because no one spoke as i paused in front of it, no sign or anything was posted that it was working or not. So i drove up to the payment window and the staff sighed and said "go back around and order through the speaker box". I tried to order through the payment window but the older male frustratedly forced me to go back around and there were already 3 cars behind me and so i just drove off. What an awful and rude experience. Never going back here again. I'd give -5 stars if it had that option. Sheesh.
Extra review: Had been a while since trying this place and forgot about my previous reviews and visits. Big mistake!! Ordered a whopper meal and got food poisoning. Have had the runs since. This place should be shut down. Don't eat here!!! First visit here had the BK King fish and Big King quarter pounder, stale bread and funky smelling fish. Second visit here had 2 whopper jr. and both were cold.
The guy that took my order last night in the drive through had trouble understanding my order. After I paid and went over the receipt I explained to the girl in the next window that there was something wrong with my order. She went to get the guy that took the order ,he came to the window upset cause I ordered it wrong. He didn't make any mistakes... I did. I SAW WHERE THIS WAS GOING So I said fine I'll take it with the extra items that I didn't order (and got charged for)as long as what I ordered was also there.. the guy made his aggressive stance to prove he was the alfa here against the customer and in the end ...I got the food home and I'm still missing a order of fries! They need tho train their employees better.
I ordered one fries and they charged me for 2 and they were so bland and unsalted I had to season them myself at home. it also makes the whole intersection smell bad. I hope they level it and put in something better tbh
Teams unfriendly, supervisor even worst. No sense of communication and not willing to listen. Not willing to solve the problem and just plain dont care. My kids were so excited to come here but after that day, they put this one on a never to go list. STAY AWAY.
I've been here three times and every time I felt sick after. I can't prove anything, bull I'll be avoiding going forward. I don't normally give bad reviews but a doctor's visit merits one.
This worker named Monica was working with another guy that claimed to be the manager. We were dinning in and when we needed help he gave us poor treatment and would not help, they gave attitude and even raised his voice at us saying he was the manager when we asked to speak to the manager very rude/unprofessional and even laughed
CAREFULL BEFORE GOING THERE !!!! i guess they don't even fry frozen food properly this place is really junk costumer service sucks -10 stars for costumer service if you wanna experince to be sick n wanna see your doctor then must visit here !!! Its a big concern on hygine nd public health....
The king is dead here....1st time trying the melt such a disappointment. We should have went to Jack in the box. We asked why the buns were not grilled. The manager says it is supposed to only be grilled on one side 😂 doesn't look like the photos at all. More like sandwich burger lol 🤣 someone really must hate their job. Never again. Jolly bees, Wendy's and Jack is the way to go.
I have been waiting in line for 25 minutes to get my food. At the drive through. Technically, I'm still waiting in line at the drive through to get my food. I feel like there's only one person working right now. Both cooking and helping the drive through
Mediocre cheeseburgers. The charbroiled taste is probably the only saving grace. Burgers other than the whooper are small for the price and not worth the cost. We ordered onion rings too, but they seemed undercooked and could’ve used more time in the fryer. The Staff is exactly what you would expect from a fast food restaurant. Confused and poor customer service. For fast food, you’re better off going to In N Out, Carls Jr. or even McDonalds.
Terrible! Food was not even warm! My burger was a greaseball! I’ve ordered from other locations and they did significantly better than this place! Much caution, they don’t even follow safety regulations for their food!!! EDIT: Reached out to their corporate office, the location called me and gave me the run around. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! THEY DON’T ACCEPT ACCOUNTABILITY! THEIR FOOD IS UNSAFE, FIND ANOTHER LOCATION! Oh, it got even better. Spoke to the manager, there were “no other complaints” and we “must have been targeted”. In all reality, don’t even try to go here. Find a place with good management and good quality food. Not a place that accuses you because you have a life and their corporate department advised us to throw out the food.
