I’m from out of town and this place was a cozy joint for our traveling group. The staff was so patient as we asked a million questions and for suggestions . It was hot and fresh . The lamb was specially tender, flavorful and moist . Portions were generous .

Well-lit dining area with a casual ambiance. Busy during dinner time, so seating is limited. The workers are helpful and attentive. Not table service, so you'd order at the counter then find seating. She checked on us several times throughout our meal, and we appreciated that. The cooks are fast, and the food tasted really flavorful. I have the chicken shish kebab plate. The chicken was moist and fresh. The side of rice was seasoned well. The side of hot sauce is a nice compliment to the chicken. The side of pita with the dip was good. We will definitely be back to try other items on the menu.

The restaurant itself might not be the best but the food is great. Came out piping hot and fresh- delicious! Service was really friendly too!

First time here and I had the veggie appetizer combo which was really good. The falafel was cooked so well and the pita too. I would only recommend them to use the original Tahini sauce and not the watered down dairy version which I didn't think was great. Also, Ani who is on their staff was so good in customer service. Felt like I was experiencing good customer service in a restaurant after so long.

My girlfriend and I went here for the first time and it was an amazing overall experience. We ordered the city plate and combo wrap. Food was freshly cooked, meat was tender and tasty, even the vegetables were fresh. The service was great. The lady(I’m sorry I forgot to ask her name) at the registers also serves the tables and she was very accommodating. She went to our table about 5 times checking if we need anything. Definitely will recommend to others and will come back for more.

Love this place! The food and customer service are consistently great. My favorite here is the chicken shish kebab. It's cooked perfectly, not dry, and I like that I can choose and modify where to add this meat, whether in salads, plates, or bowls.

Super yummy restaurant with big portions and reasonable prices. The staff here is also very kind and welcoming. I highly recommend the City Mix plate so you can try more of their meats. Baba ganoush is also really delicious.

This family owned restaurant is one of my favorite places in the Bay Area for a gyro, Turkish black tea. So so delicious! I love the food but I must admit my absolute favorite is the homemade baked rice pudding with pistachios!

We got the Adana Plate and the City Mix Gyro and it was fantastic! Meat was super tender and flavorful The people are incredibly nice and friendly. We were asking questions about the menu and they took the time to explain everything. They also gave us baklava on the house 🥹 and it was delicious. Normally I don’t like it because it’s always soggy — theirs is perfectly flaky and has a nice crunch.

We been here once only we really like it a lot. We will definitely go there again. Great service and great food. My kids made mess and I was going to clean it but there is a girl work there she told me don’t worry about it we can clean it. She was so nice. We will go there again for sure.

This is a Mediterranean foods and atmosphere. We liked the food and it delicious, however please play a Turkish music it will bring a great vibe. There was a weird playing music that you can't even understand or be comfortable with. Remember you don't need to play a jazz music because you have to please customers. People come here because they want something different...

City Kebab and Gyros is a decent spot for a casual meal. The Mixed Kebab Plate is a generous portion, though the shredded lamb was a bit dry and the chicken kebab was just okay - nothing special. The fries were standard, and the drinks were fine. Parking can be a hassle, but the food is decent for the price. It's a good option if you're in the area and craving a kebab, but don't expect anything mind-blowing. Overall, a solid four-star experience.

Food was poor quality and lacked flavor. For the price your expectations are high. $75 for 3 wasted dishes. Salad was not fresh, school bag mix. Rice had a nice flavor. Hummus was runny, very concerning. Has to be fake reviews. Staff was friendly.
