New place that has nice fried chicken. So going against the big 2 Popeyes and JollyBee this local place is decent. Price is good for the quantity. Lives up to it's name of Krispy. Meat gets dried out as it sits under the light though and the reason JollyBee wins. If you order the Fish and Shrinp it comes fresh with a 7 min wait. Expect an excess of breading to eat. Chicken is injected with a hot oil for flavor. Biscuit is dry. Overall would go back on occasion as it's decent.

Pretty damn good overall. Most of the regular chicken pieces had amazing crunch, very moist too...a couple pieces werent quite as crunchy but still moist. The tenders went as crunchy but still delicious and moist. Honey biscuits were yummy but the other red beans and rice were just ok. The employees were all super nice!

It is in a gas station convenience store, so I took it with me and drove about 15-20mins. It was still warm when I started devouring it. Nice crispiness, good flavor, not too much salt, not overly greasy. I was pleasantly impressed. The biscuit was good too, honey and butter flavor was nice. I was filled up after finishing it, which was a good sign as.well. I would say this eatery is on par with KFC and Popeye's, it will probably become one of my fried chicken options from now on. You just need to get past the fact that they work out of a gas station convenience store.

The fries, thick wedge cut potatoes coated and then fried had very good flavor, but were served warm, not hot, and had been under the heat lamps too long. The biscuits we're very good. Since it is located inside a Gas Station mini-mart, there's no place to sit and eat. Take out only. This was my first time. I'll be going back very soon.

It ain’t like the one over there on South Van Ness everything‘s fresh and everything tastes real good this place I had high expectations for it is real trash. i’m a cook myself and I know when food‘s been sitting over a hot plate for at least more than an hour. You could taste it. You got the cheapest gas in that area in good snacks

Chicken is ok. Everything not fresh from chicken to biscuits. Looks like a kid was working there, serving people. This place probably has skimmers that the owner installed themselves. Everytime I get gas here or buy something, my cc info always gets stolen. I recommend using cash if you have to shop here.

Horrible Customer Service. I was in like for 15 minutes. I was told to wait 13 minutes on the side. While I was waiting, other people behind me in line were getting their small orders fulfilled. Then after 15 minutes, I stepped up and asked about my order. They said "I don't remember your order" then one of their customers butt in and said "hey I was here before you" and the order taker took his side even though I was already waiting for 30 minutes. 10 of those 15 minutes I was watching this customer flirt and order from the order taker. So yeah, the order taker remembers him instead of me. I was over looked completely. After I told him my order again, he had the nerve to say "we don't have even for your order". Of course they don't have even because they forgotten me, how impolite is that? The food is good, but it's not worth 30 to 40 minutes of your time with a chance of "I don't remember your order, we don't have even for you". I don't have credentials for you to believe me, so go at your own risk. But I wouldn't go here ever again.

Krispy krunchy is good chicken itself but this particular location should loose the right to serve food period never have enough chicken and never want to cook any chicken I asked for three piece dark and they didn't have any cooked and he refused to cook. I'm here to spend money and they don't want to work. This is not the only time it has happened it is a regular occurrence here Krispy krunchy they should not serve your food at this location

His nose is exposed and he's shouting over to his coworkers possibly spraying all his fluids over your food. They don't pay attention to your online orders either. My UberEats app said my order was ready for pick up but when I got there nothing was ready. The guy looked at his tablet and said I will start the order for you. He told me it would be another 20 minutes. Terrible service and dirty.
