Super Duper Burgers

If you are watching your blood sugar, get the salad and add a burger and other toppings. It won't disappoint for a healthier low-carb option.

Walked in and ordered at the kiosk. Received a light up pager to let us know when food is ready. I liked the ciabatta bun option. Sauces are all good. Pickles are still delicious and unlimited.

Loved the Dirty Dog Burger! Great flavor and just the right spice. Garlic fries were amazing too!

This is my favorite Super Duper location. I didn't realize how clean it was until I visited their Irving St. location. Lunch today was a super duper burger w/egg, jack cheese $13.50 and garlic fries $4.75. Both were OK. Garlic fries needed more garlic. The burger was juicy. Filled with some greasy goodness. Previously, you can add an extra slice of tomato or more lettuce/onions. That option is now gone from the terminal. The default amount of lettuce, tomato and onions is anemic. More lettuce and tomato for the super duper burger will balance out the extra patty. Service was quick. This location is 10 out 10. Good job.

This was my first - but not last visit - to Super Duper. Very impressed. A good veggie burger is hard to find - you would easy but no! The Super Duper Veggie is delicious and chock full of veg - not just grains. The fries were hot and tasty. The shake was wonderful. My companion's burger was just right. You can dine inside or outside. My only question is why - in such a sustainability focused restaurant - isn't there a place to compost or recycle? Maybe Serramonte Mall doesn't provide these services - could be. Parking is sometimes busy at the mall but overall doable. There is a busline that arrives to the mall - on the other side from Super Duper.

If you want to somewhere one step up from In n Out I'd recommend Super Duper Burgers. Burgers always made fresh to order. Well seasoned and very juicy. Easy to customize using the tablets. I'd recommend substituting the buns for their homemade ciabatta bread and getting the chipotle mayo. Garlic parmesan fries are a must.

Before the Pandemic my husband took me to the one near Embarcadero by my old job. I love burgers and omggg I loved it... especially I loved their homemade pickles which I was very happy it's unlimited like yaaaaasss. Burgers were tasty and I loved their sauce. I found out they had opened one at Serramonte mall near my new job where my hubby and I went to enjoy a day out on a beautiful Sunday. We sat outside and the super duper burgers tasted just as I remembered and pickles were soooo good. Ordered chocolate and strawberry shakes and was pleased that they served it in glasses so that we can enjoy the full taste of a milkshake (diff from a to go cup) wished they included the leftovers in a metal container because the weather was perfect and you can never go wrong with a burger, fries and a cold milkshake on a sunny day ☀️.

The spicy chicken sandwich was well done - flavorful and satisfying with a side of homemade fries topped with jalapeños for an extra kick!

You pay a premium for the quality, but it's still a better deal compared to some of the other premium burger places. A super burger with cheese and bacon, fries, and a strawberry milkshake will cost you about $25. Everything tastes great.

Love the fact that you can customize your burger and have the option of no bun. Have your burger as a lettuce wrap. Garlic fries are definitely worth it. My favorite was chicken sandwich on fresh ciabatta bun & chipotle aioli, I added fried egg & grilled onions, oh boy, it was so good.🔥 Must try their shakes & soft serve cone. They do have an outside patio. I usually order for pickup, sit outside to get fresh air & enjoy the sunny weather during my lunch break.

That was the tastiest juiciest burgers I’ve ever had. The service was highly friendly and respectful. I have to say this again. That was an incredible burger. 9.9/10

A burger chain I wished that was available everywhere else around the world is Super Duper Burgers!! Not only the meat and ingredients are fresh, the burgers customisable, but you are sure what you get is worth it and really good! If I have the chance, would visit a few times a month, if not every week!! Love the millshake too! 👍😊

Great burgers! Fries are just okay. Limited items versus other burger joints, but easier to specialize in making burgers tasty. You can even smell the burger smell from stores away. The service especially is always great too

Pretty decent burgers. Fries are good. Shakes come in a cute glass. Outdoor seating. Pretty small inside. Was pretty busy when I was there though so it felt cramped. Staff has some knowledge for allergies. Good for a quick bite outside while sightseeing.

I was impressed. The Hamburger and condiments were of good quality. Next time I'm looking for Chicken Sandwich or Burger I'll go back to this place.

We did an online order and it was a smooth process. We parked at the curb and let them know we arrived. The order came out in less than 5 minutes (much earlier than estimated)! The employee who brought it out was super (no pun intended) courteous, informative, and friendly. They also packed the items neatly in the takeout bag! My only disappointment was the fried chicken sandwich, which was dry and rubbery (see pic) with very little cole slaw inside. If you've ever had a Bakesale Betty's fried chicken sandwich (super moist and abundant with the cole slaw), there's NO comparison! Sorry, Super Duper, but your fried chicken was neither super nor duper...

I don't know but I did find myself here after a disappointing visit to "Jumanji" Korean market next door. The burger is good! Really good. Could not find any reasonable fault. It is a bit pricey. It's a good burger. I'd eat there again.

Super duper burgers always hit the spot when you're craving oily food and I'm excited that it's so close to me now. The patties are juicy and packed with toppings, but the patties aren't salted and I didn't get any super duper sauce so it was a little bland. The garlic fries live up to its name and the strawberry shortcake shake is creamy, sweet and strong in the strawberry flavor.

The meat is well cooked and the bread is not soggy. The burger tastes great with cheese. ADD chili to add kick. The garlic fries have more flavor than their regular fries.

Super average food i personally think this is fast food quality food definitely not restaurant grade prices are horribly overpriced you can get a better experience else where easily and at a much more reasonable price i only give it 3 stars because atleast its clean and safe to eat definitely capitalizes the mall experience even though they are outside

Super duper? This burger is tiny….

Normally our experience with Super Duper has been great but this time, when we cut our burger we found a very large screw in it.... how does that even happen in preparation?? not to mention, there were tons of flies flying around the inside near the entrance....gross🤢 Size of everything seems smaller & messier, quality definitely seems worse now 😓 Edit* We received a refund for our order & free sandwich for what happened. I appreciated that they also investigated & provided an explanation for the scew. I understand mistakes happen but mannnn, it could have gone sideways bc I was really hungry & almost inhaled that sandwich. *new fear unlocked* Thanks for taking care of us tho

The employees were friendly and the atmosphere was fine, but it's pretty heartbreaking to find a burger joint that you have to pay extra just to get cheese on your burger, only to find out it doesn't even taste that good yet you paid extra money for it. Total bummer.

I order here all the time but I can safely say I will never eat at this super duper location again my chicken sandwich was burnt and after taking bites of it I noticed the bread had spots of mold.Extremely disappointing and disgusting!

Tried to eat here yesterday, but their "system" was down, and they couldn't take any orders. I was surprised at how helpless they were without their computers working. Shake Shack was delicious.

This location is the worst Super Duper burger I've ever been to. The only one I've been that doesn't take your order, or even greet you. You have to use their new do it yourself screens. As for the food, they got both of our orders completely wrong. And to top it off, the burger was so greasy that as soon as I picked it up, grease covered the table, my lap, and the floor. When brought up to the staff they just gave a half-ass apology. Horrible experience.

I do not recommend this restaurant. The fries were soggy and lukewarm, not freshly fried, and the hamburger was awful and expensive for what it promised. I do not recommend this location.

They open the restaurant doors an hour before official opening, making it look like they are open. Then you spend 5 minutes entering your order, only to find out that “sorry, we are closed” when a cashier cares to come by. I love Super Duper, but 1 star is deliberate because what you are doing is not acceptable, you need to change your procedures. Either keep the doors shut, or at least keep your self-ordering computers shut until you are really ready to accept orders. Let me know if you made systemic changes to prevent this from happening again and I’ll update review to 5 stars that you normally would have deserved.
