Young man that works there was so professional and welcoming. He had blonde hair and a difficult name for me to remember but I won't forget a face and he definitely made me a reoccurring customer. Food was delicious and the restaurant was clean and it even has a cute step so kids can watch the folks make the food!! Love it

Changing my review from a 1 to 5. I hope you treat your staff that’s working on 10/3/25 night shift good because my pizzas and delivery went great!!!! I usually pick up my orders from here because well it takes forever. Tonight was awesome. Thank you so much! I wish I knew when just these people were working because it would be the only time I came! Good job to the crew! Everything was 10/10 6seven
The thin and crispy pepperoni pizza with pineapple and extra cheese was excellent.
Ordered pizza while attending an event at Danville Community Market. It took a long time to get but when i watched the driver on maps he went the long way around. The foods flavor was hot but the chicken Alfredo Bowl was barely half ful.

I only gave this location a 1 because it wouldn’t allow me to do a zero. Where do i begin. Our order was completely wrong when we finally got it. Then every single item we bought was burnt. The employees response is that they were busy, so I guess that makes it alright to have to throw away our entire meal. I don’t suggest this location at all. Update: They did finally give us a refund and hopefully took care of this moving forward.
They don’t even put sauce on your pizza! Many slices with no sauce at all. Staff aren’t friendly at all either. Tried asking for crushed red pepper flakes and staff gave a rude look and said they don’t do that any more. Pizza was also burnt.

Ordered my food at 10pm, it was in quality check from 10:28 until after 11:18. Finally received the order about 1130. I had my lights off and started eating my cheese bread and noticed it felt weird. Turned my flash light on to see that it was literally raw. You can literally see it is raw dough. 🤮 this is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

Placed order at 646pm. After no updates loaded on app, called to check on order at 733pm-- was told order was on the way. At 836pm, order still hadnt arrived. Called to check on order. States again, order just went out the door its on the way. Received order at 855pm. They need some help or to not take delivery orders. Don't know what their staffing looks like-- but if a business cant handle a function, dont offer it. We were missing our sauces, which doesnt seem like a big deal but was 5 dollars of the order. Considering what we paid plus tip for a cold pizza.... come on. Could have easily gone elsewhere and not have to write this review had the first person just look we are slammed let me give you your money back. Would have went over better. More palpable if you will. Won't be trying this again.
I called to inform an employee that I was missing a small part of my order. He stated he wasn’t going to make his only driver come back out because they are busy with other orders. I said ok and asked for a refund and he told me call another time because I needed to speak to one of the managers. Then I said ok can I speak with a manager and he said well I am the manager and we can’t be on the phone and hung up. There was never an apology. I did not come off as rude, loud or disrespectful. I spoke with the utmost respect regarding the matter and he was very dismissive and rude from the start of the call. Very unfortunate experience as I do not order from here much but this does explain the low rating.
-0/-0 called about 3 and order the food about 3:10, they claimed it would be delivered about 4:15 given time(turns of the worst)time was getting late and no update messages or even a call, tried calling each time ended up being 25-39 minutes at the most on hold everytime , called the food takers and they said it was busy, but the food was made way before it should've been and the least effort could've been made to give a small update, to which we just didn't have pizza tonight apparently. Only good thing was we didn't pay over the phone and never had to pay a dime to a non satisfying place that doesn't care about the pleasants of their customers unlike they their food menu everything time when your on hold, wish to never let anyone experience this as most review point out to which they have.
The store only made half my order gave me 3 pizzas. I went inside they told me I had to wait 15 minutes, while the weather is freezing, my other pizzas will be cold. I have been waiting for my order about an hour now, didn't leave my house until 5 minutes before the pick up time displayed. This is not how you treat customers if you want them to be repeat customers. Something needs to be done about this store. Domino's is going to lose a regular customer because of this. The employees acted like it was an inconvenience to straighten out my order. Domino's doesn't seem to care about customers, being busy is no excuse to give people half their order, and act the customer is an inconvenience.
Placed an order waited longer than it said to make sure it was done by the time I got there because I had to have someone watch my son to go out and get the food. Got there and they were just starting on the order. Wasted my time, gas, and caused me to go without food because I couldn’t wait for them to start my order that was placed almost an hour ago. It is bull. They need to get some more help or something. It’s not the employees fault because there was only 2 people in the entire place but they need to do better with staffing that place. I gave them extra time that it said it was going to be ready because I wanted to make sure it was ready by the time I got there
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service at this Domino's location. I have been waiting outside for an hour to receive my two pizzas, which I had previously ordered online. The service is slow, unprofessional, and inefficient. Despite having a full staff, including a manager and crew members, and possibly even the owner, the phone remains unanswered all the time. Throw the whole Store in the trash
Ordered pizza at 11:45 am and waited over an hour for pizza. Will not order from them again. This place sucks
They usually run way behind (hour plus wait) and may be understaffed. If you want food in a reasonable time, go somewhere else, bad representative of the Dominoes brand. Ordered an hour prior to going to pick up and they had not even made it yet (meaning assembly) so I canceled the order and left. Not the first time but it is the last time.
Placed a prepaid order 1 1/2 hours ago that said delivery in 20 minutes. The app still shows my pizza is in prep. Sat on hold for thirty minutes but no one answers. This is the second time in three months this location has taken my money but not delivered. Used to be good, but lately they just don't care. You don't get a third strike. I'm done.
Big 0 Iv been a store manager for 6 YEARS and if my managers did what the manager did here she be fired I’ll be calling the Rd and Hr department I called as a customer to get my food fixed and she hangs up on me twice that’s how you treat your customers!!! That’s not good customer service and you shouldn’t be a manager representing that brand with a attitude like that I’ll be getting my food fixed and calling your higher ups about this
Wish I read the reviews before ordering, food was not well made as well as super small portions. After $27 to get 2 $6.99 pasta bowl and sandwich with a coke, I feel violated for the after eating here.
I’ve ordered for delivery from this location twice each time I’ve waited over an hour just for them to cancel the order and not answer the phone when I tried to figure out why.
Ordered delivery to their store since they don’t offer pickup after 11pm. Waited outside 10 minutes before I got a text they canceled. Asked a driver what was up and he said I needed to download the app and order it to a pickup location. I do that and drive to the location. I wait 30 minutes at the pickup location and then get a text they canceled my order again. And now they won’t answer the phone. I better get my money back on my card.

Forgot my order in the system so left out with nothing. Good way to start the new year, knowing not to come here.

Absolutely horrible customer service!!!!! How do you mess up my pasta bowl when it’s build your own and when I call to get it fixed, you get an attitude with me and tell me that it comes with chicken automatically, which is not true because build your own means I pick what I want in my pasta bowl, which was not chicken And they didn’t offer anything to fix it like that’s truly horrible customer service I would’ve gave the customer something for free cause now I have to wait 45 minutes for them to come all the way back to bring me my pasta bowl. How hard is it to get something right? If you’re not good at your job, find a new one.
